Ask yourself: why might someone need to spray virtually all over the world, in a scatter-gun, unfocused manner? What necessary purpose might best be served by so general a dispersal? Bio-war agents would be most efficiently and safely applied to specific targets, and weather modification likewise would be better utilized on a selective basis, with localized campaigns, so as to target a particular enemy state or "breadbasket" region . . rather than the sort of wholesale global spread now being generated. [Darn near any country with a "friendly" (i.e. non-communist) airfield with sufficient logistical support infrastructure seems to be in use!] So then, here's a theory that may sound bizarre, but might nevertheless be worth investigating: The whole thing is primarily designed to implement a near-future psyche-war program, wherein after severe terrorism, war, fiscal/social collapse, etc, -- lo and behold -- amazing phenomena suddenly begin appearing in the sky all over the world . . holographic [though few would comprehend this] religious symbols, faces, icons, etc, -- perhaps even "alien" beings and/or virtual-reality spacecraft "inviting/demanding" the active participation of all peoples in a noble Galactic Federation [under the "wise auspices" of the United Nations, of course!] This gigantic space/sky opera might well be technologically feasible, right now. How? Via the various metal-base and other chemtrail compounds that [might?] glow or fluoresce if properly excited -- as by, for instance, one or more satellites and/or ground base stations, perhaps utilizing laser x-ray or other specific wavelengths. Once these spray materials have been dispersed widely and densely enough, it could frighten and convince and awe the general [largely uneducated] populace all over the globe . . if this theory is correct! Previous researchers have, after all, turned up voluminous evidence [Iron mountain Report, etc] suggesting that a future psyche-warfare campaign might be in the works . . and with the aid of HAARP and other transmission devices, the images might even be realistically accompanied by perceived inner "voices" or powerful mood-altering effects. How might the technology work? Quite simply, it may be possible that, by converging separate [non-visible] beams from a network of satellites, one could "build" an image much like a TV picture tube scan is accomplished. Perhaps the compounds would fluoresce just long enough to glow and be re-scanned at a rate sufficient to maintain a coherent image . . maybe even in broad daylight if the energy souce(s) are powerful enough. But it would certainly be more effective, and more spectacular, at night! Maybe some of the "strange lights" seen moving at odd angles and speeds in the night skys during the last decade or two could be explained as relatively low-impact [and low resolution] tests of the imaging equipment . . !Of course, this psyche-war spray program [if that's what it is] may very well be of a multi-feature design, also involving weather tracking and modification, very slow-acting biowar agents and such like . . but it's worth serious thought that the psyche-war angle may in fact be the PRIMARY [or only actual] ultimate function of the whole exercise, and the health effects so widely noted may merely be regarded as "acceptable" costs of implemention, rather than a directed culling campaign. [That will come later, via more time-honored means -- firing squads, mass graves, actual bio-war agents, etc., etc!] I would certainly appreciate some critical analysis/feedback on this idea from anyone interested . . and thanks for your attention.

Hi richloomis and welcome to the forum. You have a very interesting hypotheses there. Several of us have thought of this scenario of the "psychological Warfare" aspect and indeed, it sounds do-able, feasible....but...and here comes the BIG BUT, (no, not me, I've lost some weight),....I have been a skywatcher and ufo investigator and researcher for some 25 yrs. and have not only observed anomolous craft in close proximity, but have felt the "physical effects" off of some of these objects as well as observed ground trace evidence. These types of craft have been observed for a very long time by many credible witnesses...long before the chemtrail scenario came in to play.++++Also, I question how successful a psychological campaign of this nature would be, as I have noticed general "apathy" and self-centeredness in folks ,long before these chems started, which, by various accounts, started anywhere from 3 to 5 yrs. ago...most settle on 3. During the "Reagan Era", this was already evident...the "yuppie, ME" generation. You can't get many folks interested and aware in the chemtrail activities occurring in broad day-light, let alone "scare them to death" with a fake ufo event. The "Laugh-curtain" is still "up" on the ufo subject. As far as physics go, would "standing waves" really need a back-drop...like a movie screen? If folks did see a "fake" ufo event, with a nation and world already "lulled" from Prozac type pills, would they care? Or would they be that stupid to fall for such a scenario? People can be "lulled" to a point but that dosen't mean they'd be stupid in intelligence...relaxed is one thing, stupid is another. If that truly is TPTB plan, they may not succeed. Many Religious folks would refuse the "Alien" scenario altogether and would question. If mind control was used, that would put a different slant on things...In an indirect way, I agree with some of what you've said...HAARP probably can have such uses...but, separate of that, I still believe the chems are about Bilogicals, testing and warfare. Another scenario I really hate to think of, UFOs and "Aliens" are REAL and that your type of scenario could be a good tool to try and have folks fear all aliens, good or bad! I would like to think the human race would be smarter and more discerning but as you mention, "Mind Control" would change that...I still have "faith and hope" that somehow, if that is TPTB plan, that the plan would not succeed and topple, as we live in a universal "family", not just a "global" one. Hopefully, some "flaw" in mind-control would deem the scenario un-workable in the long run...maybe that flaw would be the human "spirit" or the human soul...perhaps that cannot be changed or controlled!! Hi-tech, Thank you for the information link set-up you posted. You're right...that's the "scary" part about the world now-a-days, almost any scenario could be played out! Even us "suspecting" that Holography could be used on us is a form of "psychological Warfare," in and of itself. Imagine, if it does come into use that way, how it would make the "World" populous "doubt" their "faith" or re-enforce it if a "Christ image was used....to control or confuse! And how a "faked" Alien invasion could make folks fearful and "hateful" towards ALL Aliens, regardless if some types were benevolent! How horrible...I hope it never comes to pass, that we all could be used or controlled or manipulated in this way! Some 95% of the Worlds population "believe" in some "type" of God or Supreme Being...imagine how easily THAT could be used "against" folks or to confuse or freighten even??
