Been having much rain everyday here in NW Louisiana...some white-gray-out skies also, but if you are observant and watch long enough, you see thick, droopy chems and even new chems above it all and in between if clouds part for a bit. Low chemplane noise for hours, many planes, more so than normal traffic for the area. Saw a chemplane that was lower than overcast, (20,000) about, spewing dark gray/black chem from one end of sky to other as far as was visible from my vantage point. Odd odors for 2 weeks now, intermittently. Air is thick and feels filthy to breathe...causes eye irritation, dry throat, watering eyes and some coughing to. Never have had so much rain and be this cool in this area for as far as we have been here, for August that is....almost 20 yrs. Weather very strange. Blessings, Joanne ^j^

Went on vaca last week Va beech. Drove down and could see mega trails all the way down.We where at the edge of a cold front all the way down.Almost got in an accident too buisy watching chemjets apear and disapear from the leading edge of the front from Ct to Va.Once we where at the beech,I spent most of the week lieing on the beech watching the military fighters from Oceana naval base performing tough and go landings off the carriers.High above however at aprox 40kft there was an incredible amount of trail activity. The east coast has been covered in heavy trails most every day, for the past 3 weeks. Only about 6 really clear days with no trails in the past 3 wks I wook outside. And spend alot of time looking Up.------------------ Sky Watcher
