In the Bin Laden/CIA thread, during a discussion related to the fact that Osama Bin Laden, like Hussein, Noriega and others are or were CIA 'assets', Chem11 writes;"I've always felt there was a psychological warfare component to the chemtrail operation. As if some sort of message was being sent... and reactions being gauged. There's a message behind those lines in the sky, and I can't help but wonder if the people who are openly concerned about this program are not considered 'assets' themselves in some form or fashion". I responded by saying; "Yes, good question. Are we someones assets? or a bellweather, canaries in a coal mine to guage public reaction to covert/overt Nonconsensual Human Experimentation. Maybe TPTB have learned that even though we question this phenomenon, we are having minimal effect on public opinion? They control conventional media, who knows if they aren't already in control of the Internet. I'd actually be surprised if they weren't to some extent".
I'm sure I'm not the first one to think of this, but it seemed like a revelation to me when I thought of it last night; ...We would be the perfect method for TPTB to determine the effects of a wide variety of chemicals. As I've said months ago in the thread related to Non-Consensual Human Experimentation, our government(?) has given the okay to defense-related interests to experiment on American citizens without our knowledge. (Did you ever see this on a ballot?... or even hear or read about it anywhere other than the internet?) Senator John Glenn among others has tried to end this practice through normal channels but failed in Congress to stop this practice. Mainstream Media has also failed to report this and as far as we know, it goes on to this very day, probably even in the form of chemtrails! What I mean is, how easy it would be for TPTB and/or those defense-related research corporations to guage the effects of these chemicals by monitoring us on the internet. They can spray certain areas of the country (or world), and then just tune in to some websites to read about what we think about them, how they have effected us physically and psychologically. It makes perfect sense to me, that that is exactly what they are doing. They can justify it, by saying, 'Well, we're not spraying enough of the stuff to actually kill anybody' 'How else are we supposed to test these chemcicals and this aerial spraying technology and how they might be used in a future war?' They can test all kinds of things on us with
the vast majority of the population having no idea that it's happening and only a very few of us questioning it. We, as concerned citizens are doing their job for them, by reporting the effects they are having on us! Maybe they are a form of innoculation to bio-warfare, but is that diabolical, or what? We, my friends, are 'assets' too, whether we like it or not!.... just like canaries in a coal mine!

Yep, surfing the net would be an ideal way for a cladestined operation to be able to view and gauge the results of their dastardly deeds. Heck, they wouldn't even have to employ very many people to keep tabs on any given experiment, just read the web forum pages, and they'd have the answers...Boy, I'd be "peed" to find out that my tax dollars were paying for an experiment where I and my chem pals were helping with correlating the data for TPTB! Now that would really suck...The thing that bothers me about the innoculation scenario, I've mentioned elsewhere also, are as follows...Firstly, There are such a myriad of biologicals and pathogens in existence, aerosol spraying could not be effective protection for them all. And how would "they" know which ONE to spray for? Secondly, if they could "spray" innoculate...why dosen't the miltary do it now to their men, instead of still using the standard innoculation "gun", needles, etc. It would be much easier and more cost effective to just walk down the line of men and spray innoculate them from a "spray can" innoculation device instead of the old fashioned way. Thirdly, why do we get urged to get all kinds of flu shots, pneumonia shots, etc? If innoculating via an aerosol spray vector were feasible and possible, then this should be done every "flu season", yet it isn't. Even the kinds of flu shots change seasonally, depending on what the CDC feels will be the most prominent "bug" of that particular season. That shows right there, that they have no ONE easy answer for the flu so I doubt they could have one answer to protect us all from all biologicals/pathogens/fungus...etc. via being encapsulated in an aerosol spray...sort of like the "be all, end all" answer to anything and everything that could possibly be thrown at us...just dosen't add up too well to the "plus side" as far as spraying being for innoculation purposes. Wish it was feasible, but seems unlikely. Bless us all! Joanne ^j^

I have 2 questions-1. How do they keep the pilots quiet? 2. They have to live and breathe air too- so how do they protect themselves from "their" air?

1) Keep pilots quiet?....Wouldn't be a problem if they were/are foriegn pilots doing the "work" for TPTB. The WTC tragedy has already shown how easy it can be for foriegners to be living here for 5, even 10 yrs. before their "mission". They spoke to no one, (neighbors said), kept to themselves, and waited until it was time to do their deed. The recent event here also showed us just how very many foriegn folks have arrived here and are living here in relative ease and were able to move around and accomplish much with ease also. Most of the worlds terrorists have recieved schooling at our Universities. There are a great number of foriegn folks here, foriegn nationals, etc. that would not "speak" to anyone about terrorist plans, especially if they believe what they do is for the sake of their people and THEIR religion against what they call us, "The Great Satan", America.++++2) Concerns about the air "they" are breathing would not be a problem if they KNOW what they are spraying. It would be much easier for THEM to be innoculated if they knew what to get such for...Another factor, if they are "suicidal" religious folks bent on meeting Allah through their so-called self-less acts, they would not care. Also, if none of the above applies, perhaps many or some pilots do not KNOW what is in the spray and have no concern, or have been told that there is something in the spray but that it is beneficial to all...or, perhaps they are told the same thing our representatives, EPA, and such tell us in those cute lil pre-made pamphlets...that they are "normal" contrails that have merely changed because of different fuel mixtures and increased air-traffic...that last one is bull, as we had chemtrails here today and the air-traffic for normal flights are way down, so...? None of the above may apply, some of the above may apply, or all of the above...Constant new "emerging" illnesses that seemed to have cropped up in unison with the "spraying" does give one pause for thought. Before all this chem stuff, there wasn't so much or much at all of Mad Cow Dis., Mycoplasma pathogens, (man-made) newer, stronger strains, and so on, many new strange illnesses and some way stronger versions of some older ones, something doesn't seem right about it all. J.
