It's still pretty quiet here right now but we'll probably see some spraying by sunset. The temperature is 93 degrees now with 19% humidity. We definitely broke a record here and so did NY City. The last time it was close to being this hot on this day was in 1896 and the temperature back then was only in the 80's. Solar X-rays:M CLASS FLARE - Geomagnetic:QUIET

The haze and old fat trails are starting to roll in from the west and they're spraying us now. Two jets were sighted within the last 10 minutes making trails.

Tuesday the 16th, light spray day, from east of Colebrook pathway southwest. Drove south to Waterbury, always managed to see spray planes with dissipating trails, saw a few lasting trails here and there. As day came to a close activity picked up a bit, had the feeling they were priming the sky for a big day tomorrow.

I repeat... Bog day for chems here today. All day. I did notice they like to start the spray in a small haze/cloud puff whent hey can. I guess it is to hide the blatant start of the chemtrail more or something. Anyway very bad here today.

Eyesopen -I corroborate your report of trails activity today. This is getting pretty damned depressing. Day after day after day. Best, Deborah

It was really hot today here with no signs of any Chem-jets or clouds till around 6:30 when a few old trails and thin whispy clouds floated by. One jet made a trail as it was flying SW around the same time. The sky is almost clear now with just a little haze and no clouds anywhere to be seen.Solar X-Rays:M CLASS FLARE Geomagnetic:QUIET

Gosh... you folks over on the east coast must be cooking... this must be the event Art Bell was talking about on his show when he said some areas in the U.S. have reported going from winter to summer in a matter of days. This is really weird. Our temperatures here today were down right chilly. Lots and lots of cold wind, I didn't even want to go outside. One nice thing to report... the trails around here have been light or maybe it's cause it's been so cloudy I can't see them. But on the days it's mostly clear I haven't seen a lot of activity.

We're starting to cook again Catnip. The temperature is now 86 degrees with 42% humidity and is expected to go back up into the 90's. There's some big gray and white clouds in the slightly hazy sky today so at least we've got a little bit of shade. No signs of any old fat trails or active spraying yet. Solar X-rays:M CLASS FLARE - Geomagnetic:STORM Note: This is only the 2nd time since I've been monitoring the solar data that I've seen these readings. WOW - The temperature just jumped up to 91 degrees with 21% humidity then dropped to 86 with 45% humidity - then it jumped back to 91 degrees with 25% humidity. - Must be some clouds moving in or something.

Welcome, C & G. We greatly appreciate observations from Canada! Boston, MA 4/17/02
Temperature Log: 2:00am EDT - 72 9:15amEDT - 83 10:45am EDT - 90 12:30pm EDT - 93 3:15pm EDT - 95 Humidity: 25-27% Normal daytime temperature for this area this time of year: mid-upper 50's. We are now into a week-and-a-half, minus one day last week, of daytime temps from 20-40 degrees above normal. H-to-H trails currently in-progress above all-day mixture of scattered cumulus, mare's tail cirrus and large patches of haze. Severe thunderstorm watch is posted for Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine. Currently 95 degrees in NYC and 96 in Hartford, CT. It is extremely uncomfortable here today. If the humidity were higher, it would really be unbearable for many people.

dan rockwell, this may or may not explaing your trail sightings in the last few days but a warm front did pass thru your area recently, as evident by your high temps, and contrails are known to thrive in the air that proceeds these fronts. you also noted that in the last day or so the trails have deminished. this would tie in with the front moving thru.

There's haze rolling in from the west again and they're spraying to the north of my location and I can see haze in that direction too. I saw 2 jets traveling SW making thick trails in the last 15 minutes. The temperature is 83 degrees with 39% humidity.Solar X-rays:M CLASS FLARE - Geomagnetic:STORM

Weather has been pleasant here for two days, no trails yesterday not even normal comet like contrails. Today we were partly sunny with normal looking clouds up until about 4PM we had plenty of the old fashioned fat horizon to horizon lines in the west portion of the sky. All planes observed at that time were leaving no contrails so I obviously missed the spray planes in action.Current Temp: 82 °F Heat Index: 84 °F Wind: east at 16 mph Humidity: 58% Dewpoint: 66 °F Barometer: 30.14 " and steady Solar X-rays: M Class Flare Geomagnetic Field: Storm

By 6:50pm EDT the temperature in Boston had dropped to 65.Edited to add the following: 10:15pm EDT Temperature - 55 degrees. Mr. Bystander -
As for "warm fronts" passing through - nothing new there - that's been going on for millennia. I don't see your point, really. Since when does the sky automatically fill up with an ultimately sun-occluding layer of aerosol resulting from the dispersion of persistent, thick, titanium-white *contrails* every single time a "warm front" passes through? If you want to continue to disingenuously challenge the fact that our skies look RADICALLY different since 1999, and that this transformation is consistently observed to be directly connected to a MAJOR DIFFERENCE in the character of certain *aircraft emissions*, I guess there's nothing anyone can do about it. But it's getting pretty boring, frankly. It's not that you don't *see* what is going on. You clearly just don't give a damn. Who do you think you're kidding, anyway? I'm sorry, but your orientation to this matter is very annoying to me. I'm just being honest about that.

North Stamford got chemmed pretty bad around 7:00 PM. The western part of the sky before sunset was a greasy hazy mess. There were a few small black clouds mixed in with the haze but they pretty much shrank down to nothing. The temperature is 66 degrees with 75% humidity.Solar X-rays:M CLASS FLARE - Geomagnetic:STORM

Moved here from another thread: ...With all the talk of drought in the East and excessive rainfall in other areas, we are missing something very obvious. The precipitation patterns have changed in response to the temperature rise, which has obviously been extreme.Already, in Michigan, Maine and other extreme northern localites are experiencing 90 degree plus temperatures, breaking records daily. You all know by now by my constant raving on the subject that the Sun is producing 10-20 percent more energy than normal, if all types of energy are counted, such as infared .radio wavelenghts microwaves and gamma radiation.Point is, of course its getting hot, and if the Sun doesnt return to a normal output of energy soon, this summer will not only be hot, it may be catastophic. It is hard to predict how hot it will get, all I can say is the average high temperatures over the globe the last 5 months are around 20 degrees higher than nominal, and if this pattern holds true for summer, temperatures could theoretically reach 125-130 degrees in parts of the south, which normally post temperatures of 100-105 degrees yearly. If temperatures of 130 degrees are reached, massive die offs of many species may occur, including our own ------------------ Those Who Will Not Fight For Freedom Do Not Deserve To Live--LIVE FREE OR DIE!!!

The sky is filled with haze with chem-clouds and old fat trails visible. No signs of the chem-jets though. The temperature is 80 degrees with 49% humidity.Solar X-rays:M CLASS FLARE - Geomagnetic:STORM This is the longest time that I have seen these solar readings (The readings have remained unchanged for almost 22 hours)and this is the longest geomagnetic storm I've seen too. According to Art Bell last night, there was even a CME reported. - I'm beginning to wonder if this planetary allignment that is currently going on might have something to do with this unusual solar activity.
