thanks amber, i had seen something like this before, and then lost it, so thanks for finding it again. It is definately one of the things in my theory bag~ thinning the herds? or setting back the advancement of knowledge of the herd (us)like the tower of bable so we don't get "uppity" or dangerous to our "superiors" in the "heavens"
so my question on this topic would be~ are the military part of implementation, thinking they can play with the power and not get burnned, and gain power to themselves, or has the military been taken over like the government and used as a modern front for the them? strange thoughts~ better to just go shopping for the sake of the economy~ tra la la and be "patriotic"

Amber,I've read 'God's of Eden' and reccommended it several times. It's really fascinating and thought-provoking esp. for anyone interested in Chariots of the Gods, ancient astronaut evidence, Sitchins writings, etc.

My question is: Who is in control of the military if they are behind these experiments? They must have a lot of resources at their disposal if they can carry on the war and continue with the spraying, too. Our tax dollars at work.

Well David Morton I only have the evidence that i can see telling me that "whoever is doing this" does not like the atmosphere of the planet the way it was, does not like freedom or democracy, does not like the plants and animals on the ground and in the sea, and really likes hellish skies that rain down up you and me, and has the media polititions and military behind them all the way.

Dave~ you know when in 1913 the "federal reserve" (which is niether federal nor a reserve) stole the power to mint money from congress, it gained the power to print money unrelated to true wealth. The "government" can now issue tax rebates, steal the social sequrity "trust funds" (15% of all wages), opperate many black budget programs funded by drug addicts who then steal from us to buy the drugs from them (afganistan numuro ono in opiates), arms sales, HUD scams,on and on and on~ yep they have the bucks~ and if they dont ~they just print some more and dilute the value of your paper dollar more.
All those vietnam era planes that were mothballed down at evergreen in arizona?

Thanks Mark Sky, ...you said alot in that last post. You touched on several important issues there. No rational person can argue with those issues if they ever bothered to study them.
Narco-trafficking, black budgets, 'federal reserve'. The information is out there if people would take the blinders off, pull their heads out of the sand and pull the info-tainment needles out of their arms long enough to pay attention.
