Chemclouds have been around alot longer than we think.Or, are the people at the NOAA rewriting history for the future generation? http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/historic/nws/imsges/wea00010.htm

I'd say no, IMHO. This is a lenticular cloud, looks hind of like it's cloaking "The Mothership", but it is a beautiful and natural formation. Chemtrail reports started coming in during the 90's and increased sharply in '98.
