I applaud you for your research! In my summary of your data it looks as if the sky in the beggining was hit very hard for the first two years more than likely and now they only need to lay down there special brew once and awhile . They have effected or manipulated the atmospheric conditions and have even allowed regular contrails to persist longer on a more frequent basis in which is irregular without the manipulation on a large scale from before. The unidentifiable jets would most certainly be military and just the fact that they leave persistant trails lasting 4-8 hours shows the project is still in full swing.
