This site is coming apart at the seams...Why don't you girls close it down and send everyone 825 of us somewhere else.This site is growing and growing Dave, far from coming apart at the seams. In fact, this site is so popular, and such a threat to the debunkers that they resort to libelous slander. Think about it. BTW Thermit is a man, it's his site, we "girls" just help out.

I agree 100%. It isn't up to anyone to post others info. If as T/S says... quote:

and even if he is a slug, two wrongs don't make a right. Back ONE WHOLE YEAR AGO when NSAsucks was posting I don't remember him ever using anyone's information. Sure maybe he was a bit paranoid, but no more unstable than Col. Dan appeared to be in several email correspondences. Whomever Chem11 decides to chum around with is his own business. And another thing...How dare you T/S say that this is somesort of vendetta to have Mav's board shut down. That very board has broken many of the established rules if not LAWS. Tell you what, why wait to be shut down...just go ahead and fold it now. Why spend another minute on what you feel is non-issue. Afterall, the government has never sprayed it's citizens right?

GEEZ.The subject of this thread - or so I thought - was in regard to the most recent in a series of specific, focused attempts by one Jay Reynolds [and now D. Phalen] to publicly damage the reputations of several individuals. Reynolds has been involved in this kind of activity for at least two years. What he and D. Phalen have just done to Lorie Kramer is DISGUSTING - and is, unfortunately, NOT THE FIRST TIME he/they have done this. I think it's time these people were stopped. This is NOT the same thing as "flaming." I'm making a STATEMENT here - period. Did anyone even LOOK at the link I put up???

I looked at it too Deborah. I don't know Lori Kramer but their portrayal of her as their rantings about other activists is less than flattering. Why do you suppose the debunk crowd is so mean spirited?

Lulu -In answer to your question - yes. That link is the site from which the page entitled "The 4:30 Express Exposed" came. The whole site is Reynolds' project. And, as I said, this is by no means his first. He has done a lot of damage to a lot of people.

In answer to your question - I have no idea why these people are so mean-spirited. Especially in view of the fact that they themselves consider their "mission" to be so "spiritually pure." Anyway, it's not like me to _vent_ so spontaneously in a public venue. I generally think very carefully about what I'm saying before posting it. But in this case, I am just plain disgusted with what has just happened and I don't feel like being particularly restrained about expressing that at this late date. I have met Lorie on one occasion. She is a very open, warm, articulate and down-to-earth person. She is NOT the flake she is made out to be in that vicious screed of Reynolds/Phalen's. As I said, it's time those people were stopped. And that's all I have left to say. Thanks.

damn it chem, just when I was building a good intentional dislike for you, you just had to go and post a link from the good ole days...when you were funny...lol...I really miss delphi...sniff...sniff...getting back on topic, the original link on the top of the page... from my understanding the "4:30 expresss" was originally researched f/e data (factual) and such, by deb, and the objectionable text, pic and what have you added in as the op-ed portion of the piece provided by Jay Reynolds... considering the statements in some areas above regarding this latest piece, my question to those, would be, would you expect anything less from Jay ? are you really that surprised ? and in the grand scheme of things is this not just a clever way to get questions answered from a stubborn few ? hell...I don't know...BARTENDER !!!! I'm getting my ass chewed by toot...I consider your chewed ass a badge of honor, seeker. (No jpg's please.  ) I was only able to read a few posts at the debunkatorium before I became nauseated (again) at the majority of the posters' implicit motto: "If you don't believe what I believe, you are a sorry human being." Keep being yourself, seeker. I don't always agree with you, either, but I do always enjoy reading what you have to say.

I see that EZboard went ahead and deleted the offending thread. Poor Maverick. It must be quite a blow to his pumped-up ego.Nicely done, Lulu. I hope your example shows people that they do not have to acccept the unacceptable, just because the miscreant flys a fighter plane or works for military intel. God, what a team those two make. I sure hope nobody plans an attack on the US with folks like these behind the stick. We might find ourselves in a bit of trouble...

Certainly, Mr. Reynolds knows the difference between “public” and “private” people. At least he should, as he fancies himself as an investigative “journalist”. He’d better know the difference with regards to libel, if that’s the case.Who or what is Jay Reynolds? His own illusion can be found at one of the many web sites he claims to have developed all by himself. If such productivity did indeed exist, there would be little need for large corporations. And only a complete imbecile will take that as a compliment. Compare his online behavior with his own personal bio and ask yourselves, “Who is he kidding, besides himself?”...

Where Reynolds crosses the line into libel is the manner in which he shamelessly asserts his knowledge of “intent” on the part of a third party. One should not be surprised, however. This is the hallmark of a novice “journalist” who is desperate for attention...

I guess in a warped sense, it’s an honor to be on the receiving end of a Reynolds “short story”. It’s an indication that he is back in his “wits end” mode, which just happens to occupy the majority of his time.What is so humorous is that he displays a tabloid style of writing. Usually, it is characterized by a statement or two, based ever so losely on a mere fragment of the truth, which are then padded by generous amounts of fictional commentary from within the dark recesses of his own troubled mind. It has been brought to my attention that my picture-taking doesn’t meet the rigorous documentary standards of one Mr. “Frightened-to-Death-of-Witches”. This has me so distraught that tonight I may be forced to consume the remaining one third of that banana cream pie sitting in my refrigerator (Yesterday, I was just called “skinny” by a friend, BTW). To which pictures he was referring, he carefully avoided mentioning. Should I have been thoughtful enough as to present him with a string of photographic evidence, documenting persistence of ten minutes or ten hours, he would undoubtedly denounce any time-stamps on those images as being “fraudulent”. Nothing more than his word against mine. Critical scientific observation, as in the Analyze This thread, Reynolds won’t even touch. Here’s the deal... With his own past history of flimsy message board posts presented as evidence, it is clear for all the world to see that personal integrity is a concept that is totally foreign to Jay Reynolds. Whatever he has to say about me or anyone else doesn’t merit a second look, much less even finishing with the first pass. The truth is, Reynolds is self-published because not even The Weekly World News would print what he passes off as “investigative journalism”...

Well said, WiseQuakker. Mr. Reynolds is a legend in his own mind. And perhaps Chickie Deb's. One wonders what his position is on space aliens, since his mentor obviously believed in them.
Regarding the libel suit: Now that I've learned that the letters Reynolds sent out about me were e-mail and not U.S. Mail, I'm less concerned. It's a whole lot easier for a recipient to forget an e-mail communication than one that came through the U.S. Postal Service. On the other hand, if a group of you is interested in pursuing legal action against Reynolds, I'll be more than happy to participate.
