Spring Cleaning. Time to re-post an issue that I have brought up before. Maybe,... maybe someone will be able to pick up the ball on this one and get some definitive results.The question was posed, "Can one remotely determine chemicals in the atmosphere?" The answer is YES. Here's WHO can do it and what instrumentation they use. What we're talking about is SPECTRORADIOMETRY. Here's a good place to start from the University of Washington, Department of Health Services:

"Remote Detection of Gaseous Emanations" Here's a commercial lab which apparently has such capability (see FTIR): http://www.pacelabs.com/analyses.htm Yep, I'll bet a few days with one of these instruments could answer a lot of questions. One problem, they aren't cheap and an operator needs to be trained. And yet, somewhere out there, there just might be a curious scientist (or business entrepreneur) who would be willing to take a good look at our "clouds"...both "normal" and otherwise. Imagine...hard data. It sends chills up my spine.

Essentially, the instrument measures chemicals by shining an invisible light beam over a distance up to 1000 meters through the air...1000 meters=3000 feet. You'd still have to get pretty close to the chemtrail to analyze it. On the other hand, it looks like ABB Bomem is putting FT-IR on balloon-borne platforms-- The large temperature variations experienced in balloon flights are at first sight incompatible with FT-IR spectrometers. In order to make FT-IR a practical solution to high spectral resolution measurements from balloons, ABB Bomem developed the technology of dynamic alignment where the interferometer is monitored and corrected continuously as it is acquiring a spectrum.

I have spoken to manufacturers. 3,000 ft is less than a mile. Not very valuable if you're trying to avoid toxic clouds on the battlefield. Let's remember where commercial markets and the deep pockets are.Ranges do exceed the 1,000 meters cited in the U of W documentation. But as I've said, if this was easy we would have managed to do it by now.

Scientists who study the atomosphere, including weather specialists or meteorologists, all are aware, Im sure of abnormalities in the atomosphere.They arent talking, and based on my conversations with several of them, I would say it's because theyre scared to. No scientist who recieves government grants will dare endanger their gravy train by speaking out about this, and no tv meteorologist will endanger his job by saying anything,It wouldnt get on the air anyway.A local weather man, MIke Pass, ended up on a different network after he mentioned aluminum from military operations making the doppler radar essentially unusable.When asked why he was fired, he refused to answer, and never, ever, mentioned it again, although the interference in the radars operation continues.The intellectual community, especially the scientists, know whats going on, they are keeping it quiet for the "good of mankind".Mass panic and would be the result of public knowledge of the facts, which would endanger the elite.

Well, that may be what those in oversight have *decided* for the rest of us, but I strongly DISAGREE that the general public would disintegrate into a state of "mass panic" if told the truth about our situation.
In my observation, most people KNOW things are not right with our skies -- and yes, they ARE uneasy about it. The withholding, from the public, of the complete TRUTH of this matter is only making things WORSE. This disgusts me, and I'm not afraid to say it. You're right about one thing, Bob. Those with the most to lose *materially* are the ones withholding the facts of our situation. They don't want their *beautiful lives* disrupted. I hope they're happy with themselves.
