Evolution and Racism: Bodysnatching
Bodysnatching and the Australian Aborigines
In the late 1800's and early 1900's many in the scientific community viewed non-Caucasian races as evolutionary ancestors, human subspecies, and/or not quite human. As a result of this thinking humans of certain races were treated as laboratory specimens. The Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. holds the remains of 15,000 individuals of various races and it appears that 10,000 Australian Aborigines were shipped to the British museum in an attempt to determine if they were the "missing link".

Some of the leading evolutionists of the day, including anatomist Sir Richard Owen, anthropologist Sir Arthur Keith and Charles Darwin himself wanted samples. Museums were not only interested in bones, but of fresh samples and pickled Aboriginal brains, and good prices were being offered. Tragically, there is evidence that Australian Aborigines may have been killed for use as specimens. Consider these notes:

"A death bed memoir from Korah Wills, who became mayor of Bowen, Queensland, in 1866, graphically describes how he killed and dismembered a local tribesman in 1865 to provide a scientific specimen".

Edward Ramsey, curator of the Australian Museum in Sydney (1874-1894) published a museum booklet that appeared to describe Aborigines as "Australian animals". It also gave instructions on how to rob graves and plug bullet wounds in freshly killed "specimens". He complained in the 1880s that a Queensland law to stop slaughtering Aborigines was affecting his supply.

Amalie Dietrich, a German evolutionist (nicknamed the 'Angel of Black Death') came to Australia and asked that Aborigines be shot for specimens, so their skin could be stuffed and mounted. "Although evicted from at least one property, she shortly returned home with her specimens."

"A new South Wales missionary was a horrified witness to the slaughter by mounted police of a group of Aboriginal men, women and children. Forty-five heads were then boiled down and the best 10 skulls were packed off for overseas."

This perverse tale of human debauchery can only be regarded as another bad fruit of evolutionary thought.

It just may be possible that a way remains open to us to learn to control birth rates in human populations, before the cruel realities of nature do it for us.

The possibility of an effective check on human fertility may soon be realized through biological means. Specifically, via a process of fertility control delivered through viral transmission, a process known as immuno-contraception (or immuno-sterilisation ).

Generally speaking the idea behind immuno-contraception is that viruses may be genetically modified so that a host's immune system responses to those viruses also act to inhibit the fertility of that host, a kind of viral 'immunisation' against reproduction.

The Green Genocide Agenda:
Saving the Earth by Killing Humans

The late Jacques Cousteau, a famed advocate for the oceans and the environment, was quoted in a November 1991 UNESCO Courier saying, "One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangladeshis. This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world populations, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it's just as bad not to say it."

People more devoted to saving whales than saving humans have strange dangerous priorities. The notion of ridding the earth of people in order to save it is the core belief of the inner circle of those who determine national and global environmental policies. Until this is understood, there is no way to understand why the Greens advocate programs tied to a growing body of United Nations treaties, all of which have either already killed millions or surely will in the future.

It is vital to put the issue of population in perspective. The entire population of the United States of America lives on three percent (3.5%) of the nation's landmass. Most Americans live within 50 miles of the East and West Coast of the nation. That includes all cities, suburbs, highways, bridges, railroads, and airports combined. Every prediction about population growth has been proven untrue. Indeed, as individual countries become more prosperous as defined by Western, industrialized standards, their birth rates decline.

Little known to the public is a man named Maurice Strong. He is the right-hand man to the Secretary General of the United Nations, charged with its "reform." In 1992, he addressed the opening session of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, saying "it is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class, involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts of frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and workplace air conditioning, and suburban housing, are not sustainable."

Pause now to think about this. Strong's solution is the Green Solution. He proposes to reverse the advances of human civilization in order to deprive everyone, everywhere, of these and other life enhancing benefits. Industrial, technological, agricultural, medical, energy, transportation, and communications advances, all dependent on the Earth's resources. All deemed "unsustainable" despite known, vast, untapped, and renewable resources. Sustainability is the Big Lie. The instrument to make it happen is the United Nations.

Connect the dots. If you were determined to destroy Capitalism (read "affluent middle class") and the protection and extension worldwide of liberties established by the U.S. Constitution. If you were convinced that humanity must be destroyed to "Save the Earth," then a supranational bureaucracy composed of unelected Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) composed of Greens, would be the perfect instrument.

Why haven't most Americans been more aware of this? Because the activities of the Greens have been and continued to be reported in an endless stream of seemingly unrelated "environmental" stories.

In addition to having been a business and science writer of three decades, I have also been a public relations counselor. With enough money and planning, people can be convinced of anything. But the truth will triumph, you say. No. The known, documented facts concerning the Earth's weather system utterly and completely disprove the Global Warming theory and yet millions are convinced we are either in a cycle of warming or are about to be. We are told this at the highest levels of government. Opposition to this Big Lie is suppressed or attacked in the nation's print and broadcast media. Indeed, it is advanced by that media, either out of ignorance or because "saving the Earth" is deemed a higher priority.

The Earth is 5.4 billion years old. It is, by all known, scientific data, an extraordinary, self adjusting mechanism, subject only to the role of the Sun, the oceans, and naturally occurring events such as volcanic eruptions and El Nino's.

Despite this, the Greens pursue their objectives which show up as headlines about ranchers whose grazing rights are under siege; farmers who continue to lose vital herbicides and pesticides, needed to achieve high levels of production, and who live in fear of losing their water rights; mining interests whose efforts to produce more energy resources have been thwarted; the timber industry, vital for housing and countless other uses; on every form of motorized transportation and the petroleum resources they require; proposed restrictions on the commercial and recreational use of the nation's rivers; the removal of commonplace garbage; and on any development of any kind, anywhere, if it threatens a designated endangered species.

Almost from the beginning of the organized environmental movement in the nation and worldwide, the print and broadcast press has been enlisted to further the cause of saving the Earth. To this day, one can turn on nightly television news such as NBC to hear a reporter like Robert Hager breathlessly tell us that airplane contrails are altering Earth's climate by -- gasp! -- creating clouds. When global warming came along as a story, after the earlier failure in the 1970's of the "coming Ice Age" theory, it was tailor-made for journalists who love any kind of doomsday scenario.

Global warming has become a huge cash cow for Greens. A review of Environmental Protection Agency grants demonstrates that almost $7 million in taxpayer dollars has been given to private groups that advocate the U.N. climate treaty. Among them have been the Natural Resources Defense Council, the Climate Institute, and the World Resources Institute. However, this has not been reported in the nation's press. Foundation money flows to this cause as well. The Pew Charitable Trusts gave $5.2 million to establish a Washington-based center to "study global warming and promote public understanding of the issue", i.e., manipulate the nation's press to further this most dubious of theories.

By contrast, when a petition representing (then) 15,000 (now well over 19,000) scientists opposed to the global warming theory was made public, it was immediately attacked on April 22nd by The New York Times environmental science reporter, William K. Stevens. In addition, an informal gathering of industry representatives was attacked in an April 26th front page New York Times article by John Cushman, "Industrial Group Plans to Fight Climate Treaty", based on notes purloined by the National Environmental Trust whose principal founder was the Pew Charitable Trusts! Stevens has written more than 130 articles since 1990, asserting that global warming is occurring; 26 articles in 1997 and, by October 1998, 15 additional articles.

Few will dispute that The New York Times determines what is news for the rest of the nation's press, the damage inflicted is significant. However, the nation's and world's press has faithfully reported the Green Agenda for two decades since the first Earth Day, April 22, 1970, a date which, by the most extraordinary coincidence, is also the birthdate of Nicholai Lenin, the founder of Soviet Communism.

The U.S. press has, too often of late, become the megaphone for what can only be described as outright lies. Examples abound on a daily basis, but one will be sufficient. On July 26th, an Associated Press story reported that President Clinton has ordered "energy saving measures in all federal buildings", saying, "Despite mounting evidence (Congress) would deny the science and ignore the warning signs Global warming is real, the risks it poses are real." Unless the full, original text (unavailable at presstime) was edited, readers found no opposing point of view, i.e., not one, single scientist or group was asked to comment on the President's unambiguous statement. Even if edited, this is not good journalism.

Thus, the public, misinformed, disinformed, and uninformed, remains ignorant of the Green Agenda except for "studies", "research", and, of course, "legislation", all intended to further the Green Agenda.

Greener than Thou

Fully one third of all Federal laws and regulations on the books today are devoted to the "protection of the environment." Republicans and Democrats vie to prove how Green they are as laws are enacted which drive industries and enterprises out of business and out of the nation.

The compliance of Congress, supported by the compliance of the nation's media, is driven by a sophisticated Save The Earth propaganda machine, operated by the Environmental Protection Agency, closely coordinating and often leading seemingly countless Green organizations.

Magically, they all attack the same issues at the same time, then move on to attack new ones, until a new legislative mandate or international treaty has been imposed.

This Green Cancer infests the nation's schools and its churches. It creates concepts of "environmental justice" which, in turn, are used to thwart every kind of economic development needed by the nation's cities. Hasn't anyone noticed this?

Millions of taxpayer and foundation dollars have been devoted to advancing these dubious and costly programs. Since 1993, the number of regulations proposed or issued by the EPA has increased twenty percent. The costs of complying with Federal environmental regulations have risen from $53 billion in 1980 to more than $150 billion today. Fully one third of all current Federal laws and regulations are devoted to the so-called protection of the environment.

The Fifth Amendment protecting property rights, the keystone of capitalism, is under severe attack. There is a War on Drivers. Vast areas of the nation's landmass are being declared off limits to any legitimate access or use. Government agencies such as the EPA, the Department of the Interior, and the White House routinely lie to achieve their goals.

The Save the Earth programs emanate out of the labyrinth of United Nations environmental agencies, so dense that it is a virtually impenetrable jungle of interlocking bureaucracies, supported by NGO'S, impact domestic policy in the most subtle and dangerous way ever conceived since the emergence of worldwide socialism.

Little wonder the Communist Party USA was advocating as far back as 1945 that "Great popular support and enthusiasm for the United Nations policies should be built up, well organized, and fully articulate." Typical of the chilling views shared by Greens are the words of Strobe Talbott in 1992 when he was the Deputy Secretary of State, who wrote "Nationhood as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single global authority." Yet most Americans are totally unaware that the UN has a Commission on Global Governance with programs for taxation, a standing army, and now an independent court.

How dangerous to human life are the UN treaties? One need only examine the consequences of the UN treaty, the Montreal Protocol, which, in the name of protecting the Earth's ozone layer, banned freon, an inexpensive, extremely effective refrigerant and fire suppressant agent. What better way to eliminate air conditioning which, during the summer heat wave that gripped the U.S., literally saved lives. Eliminate refrigeration, essential worldwide to protect food and drugs, and hundreds of thousands, particularly in undeveloped nations, will die.

As recently as June 1998, when a worsening Malaria epidemic was killing 5,000 children a day in countries south of the equator, the same folks who gathered in Montreal to ban freon, were discussing the expansion to phase out production of DDT and eleven other essential pesticides worldwide.

One of the earliest victories for the Greens, riding in on Rachel Carson's absurd book, 'Silent Spring', was the national ban on DDT. This mosquito borne disease has made a major comeback worldwide. The proposed treaty will kill millions more. The other pesticides are the only defense against Nature's greatest vectors of disease, insect and rodent pests.

The Banality of Genocide

The Greens have one extraordinary factor going for them. Genocide has been so commonplace in the 21st century, we've become numb to it. The Nazis created Auschwitz and the other death camps to kill millions of Jews, Catholics, Gypsies, homosexuals, anyone who disagreed with them. Under Stalin, millions of Soviet citizens were killed in the Gulag System. In Cambodia, the late Pol Pat decimated hundreds of thousands to pursue his Communist dreamstate. In more recent times, the Serbians are engaged in "ethnic cleansing." In the Sudan, starvation is a tool of war. Elsewhere in Africa the Hutus slaughtered thousands of Tutis. Mass death? We're used to it. We can turn off the TV or switch to a rerun of 'Seinfeld.'

That's why men like Dave Foreman, a founder of EarthFirst!, now serving in the high councils of the Sierra Club, should be taken seriously when he wrote in his book, 'Confessions of an Eco-Warrior', "I believe that human overpopulation is the fundamental problem on Earth Today" and "We humans have become a disease, the Humanpox."

It is tempting to dismiss a beloved figure like Cousteau as misguided, Maurice Strong as a zealot or a radical Green like Foreman as a lunatic, but how does one describe the man who has written "One doesn't have to travel around the world to witness humankind's assault on the earth"? Or "Human civilization is now the dominant cause of change in the global environment"? Who is this person, so wary of humanity? It is Vice President Albert Gore, Jr.

Every time Gore says that Global Warming is the cause of the fires in Florida, the heat wave in the mid-West, the floods in North Dakota, or any other natural phenomenon, he is lying to Americans. And his lies go into the nation's newspapers and magazines, onto its radio and television news reports without any challenge by so-called journalists. As they say in the movies, be scared. Be very scared.

This is truly neither a liberal nor conservative political issue, though conservatives, betrayed by their own elected leaders in Congress, appalled by the policies of the Clinton-Gore Administration, watching the subversion of national sovereignty, the attacks on Constitutional protections, are growing increasingly desperate.

The greatest American Revolution since the first remains to be fought. Failure will not only doom this nation, but humanity, because the Green Genocide Agenda is tangible, identifiable, and utterly relentless.

Also It seems as if Mr. Caruba is in denial. The concept of humans inhabiting and exploiting the earth is clearly analogous with the way a virus infects it's target. It's all just happening on a much larger scale. This planet is strong, but it's not invincible.

It comes down to this in my eyes:

It would require for every single person on this Earth to take responsibility for themselves, and to gain an understanding of the world around them. Do you honestly believe that it is possible that humans can do this, respectively? I don't think we can, at least not as long as our 'Zionist' funded factions are in control.

People will continue to ignorantly reproduce with extenuating circumstance such as financial issues, unpreparedness, or irresponsibility. The greedy will continue to suppress and control the blind masses. You know, they called themselves the 'perfectablist' and it seems that's exactly what they are. Can't you see their grand scheme etched in the sky? We can't stop it. Not unless each and everyone of us takes responsibility for OURSELVES first. Then we must learn what the word 'respect' really means. Maybe then we could salvage this planet and ourselves.

Mr. Caruba takes what I believe to be a non-objective, cynical, and downright trivial approach to these issues. He spins to much assumption and speculation, as opposed to what is actually virtuous.

You know what I think it is Mark. It's the lifestyle. It's a matter of appreciation. The ability to appreciate things. So many people take so much for granted...
In your case living in a rural area it is easier to appreciate people because you see much less of them. People from big cities (like myself) tend to think more along the lines of 'get the f**k out of the way!!' rather than saying Hi. I'm not like that myself although I have lived mostly in large cities, but I have observed that the larger the city the more rude and aggressive the people seem to be. Of course not to generalize as there are always exceptions in the form of really nice and down to earth people and occassionally you even run into others who are aware of the same things that we are.

I think it all boils down to respect, which is necessary if we are to ever achieve true equality;
and
appreciation, which is necessary if we are to ever achieve true happiness.

The legacy of Maurice Strong

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – Ten years ago, as I was reading a very small article in the Washington Post on the Rio Earth Summit, I laughed and told my husband, "Those crazy environmentalists who don't know their right foot from their left foot are having this huge meeting in Rio and it won't go anywhere."

On their own, their movement would never amount to a hill of beans. However, given the environmental mandate of "The Report from Iron Mountain," a secret report commissioned by the Kennedy administration in 1961 to find political and economic alternatives for a time in which the world would have no more wars, I was very naive and wrong.

Maurice Strong who was the secretary-general of the 1972 and 1992 environmental conferences made the following comments 10 years ago at the closing meeting:

Nothing less than the future of our planet as the home for our species and others has been the object of our work. The world will not be the same after this conference. The prospects for our Earth cannot, must not, be the same. We came here to alter those prospects and change to a more promising and sustainable future.

Each of the conventions on climate change and biodiversity has been signed by more than 150 nations. "Agenda 21" still stands as the most comprehensive, most far-reaching and if implemented, the most effective program of international action. It is not a final and complete action program, but one, which must continue to evolve.

On finance – we are a long way from meeting the needs for "Agenda 21." We have established a new global partnership. We should consider new taxes, user charges, emission permits, citizen funding – all based on the polluter-pays principle.

Using what has been put in place in the last 10 years and the current program of action let me update you with his legacy.

The earth is not the same. We have been turned upside down and inside out. The reordering of God's balance for earth and the demotion of man to being equal to a plant or animal is the first understanding. You and I are no longer valued the same as we were when God's rules reigned in the hearts of government. We are now a species, or a class, instead of a human as in being, soul, individual, person or creature. We are more expendable now and, as you will see, can be herded like cows.

With regard to climate change – which basically says cows, human and plants give off too much carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases – it maintains that pollution and the burning of forests and coal must be reduced. Because we all share the atmosphere, climate warming became the "first global problem" that individual firms and countries could not solve on their own. The major transnational corporations have been working on a scheme of trading carbon permits as a way for us to transfer part of our carbon to lesser-developed countries that have less pollution.

At a World Bank Conference on sustainable development several years ago, when economist Joseph Stiglitz presented this concept, I asked him if he was basically "bringing a new company public or a stock to market" in creating this permit-trading system. He answered, "Yes," and with a very large grin said, "And we will do very well!" Within the last year, a carbon-trading market was established in Chicago.

Interestingly enough, Maurice Strong is one of its directors. Furthermore, it has been suggested that if the price of energy went up, it would encourage people to change to more efficient technologies, thus reducing carbon in the air. Can you imagine the profit insiders and interested parties would make on another oil embargo, let alone the money they will make bartering the carbon trading permits?

"Agenda 21" is now the earth's new gospel. I believe that in the future it just may replace "The Communist Manifesto." Ever read it? Your children are being taught it in their elementary schools through college. Furthermore there are high school environmental clubs that are being taught how to protest.

The follow-up to "Agenda 21" is being put forth at this summit. It calls for a number of actions – specifically in the areas of biodiversity, health, energy, water and agriculture. The more than 150 action items create a web of control, management and expense that will bring unbelievable hardship for each of us. Furthermore, "Agenda 21" is changing and evolving. These geniuses are learning by trial and error. You and I and all of God's Creation have become a global laboratory.

Because the kings, princes, presidents and prime ministers agreed to "Agenda 21," they need money to implement it. And with this summit, they even need more money. There are numerous proposals on the table which include establishing a world solidarity fund to eradicate poverty, "[significant] increases in the flow of foreign direct investment to developing countries," and "develop ways of generating new public and private innovative sources of finance through the use of special drawing rights for development purposes through the IMF."

Those agreed to include: "adopt and implement polices and measures aimed at promoting sustainable patterns of production and consumption applying the polluter-pays principle and internationally agreed development goals will require significant increases in the flow of financial resources [including through new and additional financial resources] in particular to developing countries."

Currently the countries of the world give about 0.3 percent of GNP to developing countries. At the March Financing for Development Conference, a number of countries committed more money toward the ideal goal of 0.7 percent of GNP goal for Overseas Development Assistance. This is not enough. Now the World Bank estimates that they will need double the amount annually to meet the Millennium Summit Development Goals incorporated into the program of action.

Here in Johannesburg, the masters of the universe have upped the ante. They have proposed "0.15 to 0.20 percent of GNP of developed countries to least developed countries" in addition to the current goal of 0.7 percent of GNP for developing countries! When is enough enough?

Nearly four years ago, a group of freedom-loving organizations met in Washington, D.C., to organize the Freedom 21 Campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to "Advance the principles of freedom in the 21st century."

At its first national conference, leaders from dozens of grassroots organizations adopted the Principles of Freedom, based on the founding documents of the United States.

At its second national conference, the grassroots leaders launched an initiative to develop a more comprehensive document which sets forth very specific policy recommendations to advance the principles of freedom in the 21st century, as an alternative to the U.N.'s "Agenda 21."

Dr. Michael Coffman, CEO of Sovereignty International, and David Rothbard, president of the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, are leading a delegation to the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg, South Africa, to share this document with the delegates.

They will not be allowed to officially present these ideas to the assembly, since the U.N. controls the agenda with an iron fist. They will, however, be able to unofficially share the document with delegates between sessions and in private conversations, and direct them to the website where the document is available to the world.

At the third national conference of the Freedom 21 Campaign, leaders of more than 50 grassroots organizations from 34 states adopted the Sawgrass Rebellion as a high-priority project to demonstrate how the principles of freedom should be applied to the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan to prevent further expansion of the Wildlands Project which has the effect of expanding wilderness, by flooding private landowners off their land.

The Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan is a classic example of how the machinery of sustainable development works to drive people off the land through policies that are developed by non-government organizations and government agencies, with little or no input from the people who are most affected by those policies.

The Nature Conservancy, the National Wildlife Federation, the Audubon Society, and the World Wildlife Fund all maintain paid staff who sit on advisory and "stakeholder" councils, who attend every meeting of every agency to lobby for their vision of wilderness utopia. Land owners, on the other hand, work for a living. Their organizations do not receive multi-million-dollar grants from the government, and are run by volunteers, who donate time after work.

Consequently, the "restoration" plan is devised, and well on its way toward implementation before many of the affected people even become aware that the plan will displace them. The same procedure is followed in communities across the country. Small volunteer groups of land owners and resource users are unable to compete with the sophisticated tactics, and well-funded full-time staffs of the professional environmentalists.

Few people realize that these same environmental organizations actually participated in the development of the international policies that are now being implemented in Florida, and across the country. The Nature Conservancy and the Audubon Society funded Dr. Reed Noss' writing of the "Wildlands Project." All of the organizations listed above are members of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature – the International NGO that drafted the Convention on Biological Diversity, as well as most of the other international environmental treaties.

All of these organizations will be well represented in Johannesburg at the WSSD, lobbying the delegates to take more dramatic action to "save the world" from exploitation by humans.

All of these organizations are well represented in South Florida, and in virtually every community where the Wildlands Project and Smart Growth are exploiting the private property rights of free Americans. All of these organizations draw heavily from the U.S. taxpayers who unwittingly fund their operations through federal and state government grants, in addition to voluntary contributions and membership dues.

The American people are growing weary of the relentless pressure applied by these organizations, and their friends within government agencies. People are beginning to recognize that the land-control measures in their community are only a part of a national, and indeed, an international effort to transform the world into a global village controlled by the environmentally enlightened elite, through the agencies of global, national, state and local governments.

As Americans discover what is happening, they are saying no! No way! They are saying that it is time to rediscover the principles of freedom on which this nation was founded. They are saying "we've had enough" of this environmental extremism that burns our forests, denies water to Klamath farmers in favor of a sucker fish, while flooding Florida farmers into oblivion to save a sparrow that no one has ever seen.

In numbers that grow every day, Americans are rejecting "Agenda 21" in favor of Freedom 21 – and are willing to stand up and be counted – especially on election day.

Why is it that Biosphere Reserves, World Heritage Sites, Sustainable
Development Programs, The Wildlands Project, and Convention on Biological
Diversity all call for wilderness reserves and corridors surrounded by
highly regulated "buffer zones?" And why do federal agencies, the Nature
Conservancy, Sierra Club, and other environmental groups strongly promote
the same agenda?

It is no coincidence. All of these programs, treaties, and organizations
have one thing in common; the International Union for the Conservation of
Nature (IUCN). First accredited by the United Nations in 1946 as a
scientific advisor of the General Assembly, the IUCN presently has more than
880 state, government agency and Non-Governmental Organizations
(NGO) members in 133 countries. Its mission is "to influence, encourage and
assist societies throughout the world to conserve the integrity and
diversity of nature and to ensure that any use of natural resources is
equitable and ecologically sustainable."

Despite the IUCN's pretension of being a scientific body, the Spring 1996
edition of the IUCN's Ethics Working Group's publication, Earth Ethics,
suggests otherwise. The IUCN, admits Earth Ethics, "promotes alternative
models for sustainable communities and lifestyles, based in ecospiritual
practices and principles... [To solve] the problems that face the world
today, humanity must undergo a radical change in its attitudes, values, and
behavior.

In response to this situation, a new global ethics is taking form, and it is
finding expression in international law."

Likewise, the IUCN's Commission on Environmental Strategy and Planning seems
to be proud that they "change human behavior" by using a strategy "based
less on facts than on the values they hold."

Indeed, IUCN "science" is based not on facts, but on "ecospiritual" theories
of pantheism (nature is God) expressed in the pseudoscience of conservation
biology.

The IUCN's strategy is brilliant. First, the IUCN helped create both the
science" of conservation biology and the Society of Conservation Biology.
The leadership of the Society along with David Foreman (co-founder of Earth
First! and Director of the Sierra Club), then dreamed up The Wildlands
Project, which demands that up to one-half of America be put into wilderness
reserves and corridors, with the remaining land as buffer zones. Credibility
for the pseudoscience of conservation biology was bought with foundation
funding. Finally, the IUCN wrote the Convention on Biological Diversity, in
which, surprise, surprise, supporting documents name The Wildlands Project
as the template for protecting biological diversity! What seem to be
totally independent programs and activities are in reality a masterpiece
orchestrated by the IUCN.

As ominous as the IUCN strategy is, however, it represents only part of the
threat to America. Through the IUCN, government agencies such as the U.S.
Fish & Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service,
the EPA and other federal agencies can huddle in private with the Sierra
Club, Nature Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, National Audubon
Society, Society of Conservation Biology, UNEP, UNDP, UNESCO and many others
to develop strategies to implement their "ecospiritual" agenda on the
ground--without any knowledge by Congress or the people who will be
affected.

Given that UN Secretary Kofi Annan is restructuring the UN to allow
environmental NGOs direct involvement in policy formulation and enforcement,
things are likely to get very dicey.

The crowning piece to this strategy may have come on January 18, 1996, when
president Clinton signed Executive Order 12986, which states, in part: "I
hereby extend to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and
Natural Resources [IUCN] the privileges and immunities that provide or
pertain to immunity from suit..."

Although it is yet to be tested in court, the IUCN and its U.S. members, now
have diplomatic immunity from lawsuit by any American citizen. Since the
Sierra Club, EPA and other earth saviors are IUCN members, does this mean
they can freely enter private property with impunity, looking for violations
of outrageous and contrived international laws? Something to think about.

The War Within

PFNS, Alamogordo, NM While the nation's attention is riveted on the War On Terrorism, business corruption, church scandals, and the kidnaping of children, another war to subjugate American citizens goes unnoticed except by those in the crosshairs. This war is being waged inside our borders.

The apostles of Gaia, with the help of amoral elected officials and Quisling clerks, are advancing their agenda, the depopulation of large areas of the country, a.k.a. The Wildlands Project.

You have not heard of The Wildlands Project? The victories of its
adherents do get space here and there in the media, but never in a way that the reader would grasp that what is described is in fact part of a master plan to eliminate private property and herd people into cities. A local group might be hailed as "saving" a wetland, but not mentioned is that taking the property out of private ownership means that one more piece of land has been
lined up to implement the eventual creation of a huge tract of land from which humans will be banned. The Wildlands Project is real. It is being implemented by a variety of strategies, all at odds with the historical relationship between government and citizens and the Constitutional rights of citizens.

The goal of The Wildlands Project is to depopulate one half of the nation and return it to its primeval state. Its disciples believe that their desired end justifies any means, including the elimination of freedom. Their beliefs are anti-Christian. They believe humans are a cancer and their numbers must be reduced. They also believe animals have as much value as humans do. All aspects of society must be changed to honor and worship Gaia.

The Project's website is filled with words that on first reading appear to be for apple pie and motherhood, but upon contemplation, the stark reality of what is being proposed hits home. This from its web site provides an inkling of what they have in store for you: "The amount of productive land used by the average U.S. citizen today for food, water, fuel, habitation, clothing, transportation, and waste-management-is twelve acres.

A large portion of this land is appropriated from other countries." Read it carefully. The implications for our society, our national sovereignty, and our freedom are ominous.

The feds are attempting to implement the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP), a process by which 25,000 people will be forced from their land, about 200,000 acres. Paragon Foundation's J. Zane Walley is an organizer of The Sawgrass Rebellion, a peaceful but vocal group of landowners coming together from across the country to oppose CERP. Walley wrote: "As best I can determine, every land grabbing scheme devised by the green feds left over from the Clinton regime and their environmentalist cronies has been brought to bear on the people in rural South Florida.

CERP [is] the model for future land grabs nationwide."

In Oregon, a massive forest fire threatens to drive the inhabitants of the Illinois Valley from their homes. The devastation is creating an environment to which they may never be able to return. Hemmed in by laws that prevent reconstruction and beneficial use of their land, owners will be easy targets for government or land trusts to buy up and kick out. It is now predicted that the fire will burn 800 square miles of forest and will be extinguished only when winter rains start. The fire is burning with an uncommon intensity. Why? Because over the years, the eco-fascists got laws enacted that prevented early control of the fire. It is in a wilderness area which firefighters were barred from entering. Other laws prevent proper forest management, including the removal of brush and the dead trees now fueling the fire. The Wildlands Project (and the United Nations, by no mere coincidence) maps the Illinois Valley as a region from which they want to ban humans. In effect, the eco-fascists are, as noted by Dr. Arthur Robinson, arsonists who will reap the benefit of their "means justify the ends" strategy.

Government is now the willing accomplice of those who would destroy our constitutional republic. The end of our free nation is in sight. It is in sight, that is, unless the electorate wakes up, realizes what is happening, and takes meaningful political action at the polls to replace those who bend their knee to Gaia and the other false gods of today's political scene.

Ronald Reagan nailed it: "We've gone astray from first principles. We've lost sight of the rule that individual freedom and ingenuity are at the very core of everything that we've accomplished. Government's first duty is to protect the people, not run their lives."

Excuse me, Mr. President. Did not you mean to say "ruin?"
