Incredibly, the Wycliffe Bible Translators, who were trained in modern anthropological methods and linguistics, were employed by Nelson Rockefeller and the CIA to gather anthropological and psychological information on Latin American tribes. In return, Wycliffe was recompensed with land, high-tech equipment and expensive airplanes, courtesy of the American government and corporations.
"SIL had helped gather anthropological information on the Tarascan Indians that ended up in Nelson Rockefeller's intelligence files. The files contained references to reveal behavioral patterns among Indian people in everything from socialization (including aggressive tendencies) and personality traits, drives, emotions, and language structure, to political intrigue, kinship ties, traditional authority, mineral resources, exploitation, and labor relations. Rockefeller called these data the Strategic Index of Latin America." 114.
The indigenous peoples of Latin America did not subvert their own governments, but rather the American robber barons overthrew legitimate governments and then used Wycliffe Bible Translators to bring native populations into subjection. Through the misapplication of Scripture, Cam Townsend taught the Latin American tribes to passively accept the overthrow of their governments and to submit to the puppet dictators installed by the multinational corporations:
"Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) was hired by military dictatorships and civilian governments, often headed by Nelson's allies, to pacify the tribes and integrate them into national economies increasingly brought into the North American market. SIL used the Bible to teach indigenous people to 'obey the government, for all authority comes from God.'" 115.

The Beast Out of the Sea
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse from one another. The interpretation of the hybrid "beast" of Revelation 13:1,2 is based on Daniel 7:3-6. As the beasts of Daniel 2 were world empires, a reasonable exposition of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13 exposes the final beast system as comprised of movements in the last days which successively attempt to achieve world domination. The symbolism given in Scripture precisely applies to the great movements of our own day -- Anglo-American imperialism, communism and fascism.
The Royal Arms of England displays the Rampant Lion, "made to stand upon the feet as a man" and the Unicorn, symbolizing the union of England and Scotland respectively. The Eagle whose wings were plucked in Daniel 7:4 is a reference to the United States, which was and is the vehicle through which the English Freemasons plan to establish a Novus Ordo Seclorum. The symbol of Communist Russia is the Bear which "devoured much flesh" under Stalin and Nazi Germany was known for its Panzer [Panther or Leopard] divisions in World War II. According to Daniel 7:23, the fourth and final beast system "shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces."

Fascism has historically used false shepherds to gain access to the Lord's flock and to clothe their infernal schemes with the respectable covering of Christianity. Prior to Hitler's election as Chancellor of Germany, many Protestant ministers were impressed with his conservative rhetoric and encouraged German Christians to support National Socialism. In The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, William Shirer included a chapter which described the exploitation of the Church through Hitler's masterful manipulation of Christian ministers. An account of one influential minister is typical of others who failed to recognize early on that Hitler used Christian terminology only to enlist the Protestant leadership in his service.

On June 27 he had preached to the congregation, which always overflowed his church at Dahlem, what was to be his last sermon in the Third Reich. As if he had a foreboding of what was to come he said, 'We have no more thought of using our own powers to escape the arm of the authorities than had the Apostles of old. No more are we ready to keep silent at man's behest when God commands us to speak. For it is, and must remain, the case that we must obey God rather than man.'

"After eight months in prison he was tried on March 2, 1938, before a Sondergericht, one of the 'Special Courts' set up by the Nazis to try offenders against the State, and though acquitted of the main charge of 'underhand attacks against the State' was fined two thousand marks and sentenced to seven months' imprisonment for 'abuse of the pulpit' and holding collections in his church. Since he had served more than this time, the court ordered his release, but he was seized by the Gestapo as he was leaving the courtroom, placed in 'protective custody' and confined in concentration camps, first at Sacchsenhausen and then at Dauchau, where he remained for seven years until liberated by Allied troops." 116

Adolph Hitler believed that the Jews were inferior to Aryans, and felt perfectly justified to use the power of his government to confiscate the property of the Jews for himself, his cronies and his government. Hitler did not snatch his belief out of the air – it was a "philosophy" carefully constructed by the European Eugenics Society throughout the first half of the 20th century.

The leader of the Eugenics Society was one Julian Huxley – the same Julian Huxley who organized UNESCO in 1946, and became its first director. The same Julian Huxley who organized the International Union for the Conservation of Nature in 1948.

These two organizations gave rise to the notion that "all species are of equal intrinsic value," a philosophy on which several international treaties are founded, particularly the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, and the Convention on Biological Diversity.

In pursuit of these two treaties, not just the Jews, but all humanity has been designated of less value than certain species of bugs and beetles. The now-famous Klamath Lake suckerfish has been declared to be more valuable than the property of 1,400 farm families, whose property in their land and crops has been effectively confiscated, through the power of government, to satisfy the whims of government policy based on the color of science.

At its core, is this policy different from Hitler's?

Have not a few academics and scientists constructed a belief system to lend the color of science to policies that justify the confiscation of property to be held, or controlled by themselves, their cronies and the government?

Some people will be offended by this comparison of Hitler's philosophy to the philosophy which guides the U.S. government's environmental policy. There are, however, undeniable similarities. The European Eugenics Society consisted of the most prominent scholars and scientists of the day. They shaped their philosophy outside of government, but used government to legitimize the philosophy through public policy. An elite few used the power of government to force people to live (or die) to satisfy their view of how people ought to live.

U.S. environmental policy is shaped by, ironically, the grandchild of the same organization that shaped Hitler's policies. Using the same techniques, this International Union for the Conservation (read: confiscation) of Nature, lets the United Nations legitimize its philosophy through international treaties, which the United States has been only too willing to implement. What we have here, exactly as it was in Hitler's day, is an elite few, using the power of government to force people to live (or, perhaps, to die) in order to satisfy their own view of how people ought to live.

Shame on us for allowing such a situation to exist!

Americans paid little attention when Hitler first began confiscating property of the Jews. We chose to disbelieve the reports, as exaggerations of the ultra right-wing. It took years for Americans to be convinced that Hitler was not only taking property, but the lives of human beings – by the millions. But eventually, America did awaken – and woe be unto the culprit who arouses the wrath of the American people. Hitler is history!

In 1940 Henry Pratt Fairchild, president of The American Eugenics Society, told the annual meeting of the Birth Control Federation, the new incarnation of the American Birth Control League:

”One of the most outstanding features of the present conference is the practically universal acceptance of the fact that these two movements (viz, eugenics and birth control) have now come to such a thorough understanding and have drawn so close together as to be almost indistinguishable” [Gordon 1976].

This momentous marriage had the financial backing of American corporatecapital that had earlier supported eugenics; Gordon notes that "in no academic field was the coalition between corporate capital and scholars developed more fully than in eugenics ".

In America the eugenics movement gained momentum early in the 20th century, mainly at the instance of natural scientists convinced by Galton that 'genius' was a heritable characteristic. The rediscovery of Mendel's work in 1900 led to the formation of the American Breeders Association in 1903. In 1906, a Eugenics Section of the Association was established to "emphasise the value of superior blood and the menace to society of inferior blood" [Hodgson 1991]. The American eugenic movement involved itself with legislation to restrict immigration for "unrestricted immigration", especially of those not Anglo-Saxon or Nordic, was described as the "annihilator of our native stock". The eugenists were also instrumental in initiating legislation and carrying out eugenic sterilisations on institutionalised mentally subnormal, the epileptic and the psychotic. Indeed, the eugenicist Leon F Whitney wrote, "We cannot but admire the foresight of the (German) plan (of sterilising 4,00,000 people) and realise by this action Germany is going to make herself a stronger nation". He also observed "the Negroes furnished six times as many sub-normals as did the native-born whites".

American Corporate Funding

Once very significant if not decisive, influence on the shape of demography and the growth of the population control lobby was the quantum and nature of funding. We had earlier noted that eugenics had attracted American corporate capital. With the co-option of eugenics into the population control movement, funds began flowing, initially from the Ford Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation, into both demography as an academic discipline and its policy counterpart, the population control lobby. Between 195 and 1975, the Ford Foundation had spent more that 150 million dollars on population control. Of this, about 80 million went into research and training in reproductive biology.About 35 million was used to finance family planning programmes. India received more than 20 million dollars [Domerath 1976].

It was in this period - the 50s. - That the population control lobby was consolidated.
Hugh M Moore, an American millionaire, established the Hugh Moore Fund, which published a pamphlet called The Population Bomb in 1954. The Ford Foundation joined Moore and Rockefeller in their activities. In 1952, Margaret Sanger and Lady Rama Rao launched the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in Bombay. One of the most influential people invited to this conference was the eugenist C P Blacker who

The IPPF has been a major force in the population control movement across the globe. The funding for the IPPF initially came from the Hugh Moore Fund and Rockefeller Foundation.Soon it attracted funding from Dupont Chemicals, Standard Oil and Shell. On the board ofIPPF sit representative of Dupont, U S Sugar Corporation, General Motors, Chase Manhattan Bank,Newmont Mining, International Nickel. Marconi RCA, Xerox and Gulf Oil, a veritable Who’s Who of America's corporate and finance capital.

a systematic and forceful campaign to influence US policy-makers to include population control as a component of US aid to third world countries.

This campaign bore fruit in 1966, when president Johnson included a commitment of federal funding for population control.

In other words, two developments followed the grant of government support for population control: one, the amount of funds available increased enormously and second, the private foundation shifted some of the costs to the American tax-payer who had by now been convinced that population growth in Third World countries ate into the world's resources.The US government now began to expend massive funds on population control

A secret war against the poor

The papers and letters of America's leading eugenicists reveal that, from the start, population control was no humanitarian mission

Frederick Osborn, the key American eugenics strategist, displayed his usual shrewdness in 1974. "Birth control and abortion," he wrote, "are turning out to be" major eugenic steps. But if "they had been advanced for eugenic reasons," he added, that "would have retarded or stopped their acceptance."

Osborn thought this showed the wisdom of the 1972 decision to change the name of the American Eugenics Society to a more academic-sounding Society for the Study of Social Biology. That organization still exists and publishes the journal Social Biology. Some recent board members, such as bioethicist Daniel Callahan, have deeply influenced public policy.

Before World War II, the American eugenics movement had many links with racism, compulsory sterilization and even Nazi eugenics. Its historical record was, in fact, a major reason for the name change. While some observers say Osborn successfully pursued "reform eugenics," others dispute that claim. Osborn's own papers show a long collaboration with Wickliffe Draper, a textile heir who wanted to send black Americans back to Africa. Osborn thought that scheme impractical, but did not object to it in principle.

Michael Teitelbaum, currently a vice-chair of the U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform, was president of the Society for the Study of Social Biology from 1984-1990. He has claimed, "I have nothing to do with eugenics; I have no interest in eugenics; and the society has no interest in eugenics." In an interview last June, he suggested that the current Society for the Study of Social Biology "simply is the inheritor of the journal," Social Biology, which "doesn't publish anything on eugenics. . . . If you want to tar the organization by impugning its history, I suppose you can do that, but I think it's not a reputable thing to do."

Yet, a 1969 letter in the American Eugenics Society collection in Philadelphia indicates that Teitelbaum himself belonged to the society before its name was changed. Moreover, in announcing the society's name change in 1973, Social Biology declared that this "does not coincide with any change of its interests or policies." Although usually avoiding the word "eugenics," Social Biology still publishes many articles on eugenics topics.

Frederick Osborn (1889-1981), an officer of the American Eugenics Society/SSSB for more than 30 years, promoted eugenics through his many connections in the great private foundations and the mega-wealthy Rockefeller family. He helped John D. Rockefeller III establish the Population Council in 1952, served as the council's first administrator and was on its board of trustees for many years.

Convinced that reducing the birthrate of the poor and uneducated would help improve the human race, Osborn used the Population Council to spread birth control to such people. The council supported abortifacient research as early as 1954, when abortion was still illegal.

Osborn's good friend and eugenics colleague, Frank Notestein of Princeton University, succeeded him as president of the Population Council. Notestein's papers at Princeton show that he wanted to manipulate entire nations -- poor nations -- so they would drastically lower their birthrates and modernize their economies.

In 1971 notes, he said that social change does not come about through "an explicit and overt attack on the central value structure." Instead, he suggested, it happens through "an initial and progressively effective subversion obtained by the expansion of an existing minority tendency until it comes to be the central core position."

Someone who "wants to get rid of the extended family," Notestein added, "does not start by legislating against that holy of holies." Instead: "You strengthen the special mobility [apparently meaning young couples' moving away from their older relatives] by appealing to other values and the mobility atrophies the family."

While Notestein claimed to be working for the welfare of people in poor nations, he clearly had U.S. interests in mind. During World War II, his Office of Population Research conducted demographic work for the State Department. Notestein also took part in secret post-war planning by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), a private group with major influence on public policy.

Advice: 'Weaken' the Church

Population controller Hugh Moore relied heavily on his aide, T.O. Griessemer. In a Jan. 5, 1965, strategy memo to his boss, Griessemer suggested: "Weaken and divide the opposition to a sound U.S. population policy, the major source of which still is the Catholic Church." Referring to "an incipient revolution within the Catholic Church with regard to birth control," Griessemer said that "we should encourage the rebels."

In the meantime the Eugenics Society in England had gone underground. The 1945 Annual Report shows that the Society would no longer undertake direct propaganda to public or Parliament, but only to related organisations. From this moment on the Eugenics Society became a hidden element, delineating the propaganda lines of other organisations.
In 1957 Dr. C.P. Blacker, then Honorary Secretary of the Society, suggested a further retreat into the background, and adherence to the policy of crypto-Eugenics, that is, through finance and propaganda from behind the scenes.

This proposal was adopted in 1960 and the Society set out on a wide-spread programme of manipulation. Genetics and Eugenics as such - not behind the cloak of mental health - were still, in spite of their unsavoury associations in the public mind, able to make remarkable progress. And the various eugenics societies flourish today.

Some of the well-known arms of the octopus are: The Marie Stopes Memorial Foundation, a subsidiary subsidised bit the Eugenics Society; the Family Planning Association and the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, which are heavily financed by the Eugenics Society; the Voluntary Sterilisation Association was directed from the same address as the Eugenics Society; the Galton Foundation, run by the Eugenics Society; and others.

Dr. C.P. Blacker, now chairman of the Eugenics Society discovered, while a member of a committee of investigation on the atrocities committed by Nazi doctors, that although none of the experiments produced scientific conclusions and although the methods used by the Nazis were unfortunate, euthanasia of the insane was acceptable.

In an address to the Eugenics Society in 1951 he outlined the three following areas in relation to Germany:

Sterilisation under the 1934 edict of law.

Euthanasia of the chronically mentally ill and of those similarly handicapped.

Experiments using live people for the purpose of developing an economical method of mass sterilisation.
He acknowledged that he was quite satisfied with the area of legal sterilisation, the law governing which he thought was correct

Eugenics has made a comeback as a so-called experimental field whose products are test-tube babies, artificial insemination, and the like. Articles in the popular press, about artificial insemination and genetic engineering in the future, are very common today. Sterilisation has been resuscitated as part of the Planned Parenthood Programme. Whereas formerly one heard the cry, "If we don't do something soon we'll be inundated by people", and Malthus proclaimed, "If we don t control birth we'll run out of supplies of food", nowadays the call goes out, "If we don't start using birth control, we won t have anywhere to stand". The melody is the same, only the words have changed.

Euthanasia has surfaced again as a charitable organisation dispensing "Death with Dignity", a new euphemism, with the aim of giving a person who is in a state of health which precludes any chance of being cured the opportunity of letting himself be killed, but of course only when he is complete agreement with the measure. In the case of mental unbalance, a relative can give consent. Once again the first signs of forced euthanasia are becoming visible, aimed at the mentally ill.

Should anyone be interested in getting a picture of the current situation, he should have a look around his home country, and at neighbouring ones, for he will surely find something along the lines of:

The Rockefeller institute that backs the AMA has produced devastating results at home and overseas. It was Rockefeller who financed the foundation of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute, and gave Professor Rüdin one whole floor of the building for his genetic research in the 20's. The German Mental Hygiene Movement was heavily subsidised by Rockefeller and thereby put into a healthy position to continue its aims and objectives to the bitter end. Further it was Dr. Alexis Carrel of the Rockefeller institute and a Nobel Prize Winner who so loudly applauded the actions of the Germans and blatantly advocated the mass murder of mental patients and prisoners.

Currently in the U.S. the psychiatric profession is making extensive use of prisoners as experimental material for medical experiments with AMA approval. The Rockefeller family continues to subsidise the Medical-Psychiatric professors and one of the Rockefellers is on the Board of the American National Association for Mental Health. In 1970 in Hawaii, a bill was introduced the exact wording of which was:

A Bill for an Act Relating to Population Control

Section 2:
Every physician attending a woman resident of this State at the time she is giving birth in the State shall, it the woman has two or more living children, perform such medical technique or operation as will render the woman sterile.

In July 1972 Dr. T.L. Pilkington in "The Practitioner" called for yet further murders to be committed.

An effective substitute for war, would require "alternate enemies". (paragraph seven) They go on to say that a "gross pollution of the environment" could eventually replace the mass destruction by nuclear weapons, as a "threat to the survival of the species", (meaning humans). In paragraph eight, they go on to say that "...Poisoning of the air, and the principles sources of food and water supply, is already well advanced,". This, at first glance, would seem to be promising. But they go on to say, "...by present indications it will be a generation to a generation and a half before environmental pollution, however severe, will be sufficiently menacing, on a global scale....." In other words, pollution can offer a solution to get rid of the population that nuclear war does; and it's already being done, but it would take a generation to a generation and a half to accomplish the desired goal. They go on to explain that the rate of population could be "increased selectively". (paragraph nine) If there was a "modifying of existing programs" that deter the pollution, it could speed up the process to make this solution credible sooner.

They believe to have a "universal requirement" for procreation be limited to "artificial insemination "would be fully adequate substitute control for population levels". Conception and embryonic growth would take place under laboratory conditions. This type of "reproductive system" would have the advantage of "being susceptible of direct eugenic management". (Sounds like a "Brave New World" to me.) When this report was written, steps to have "total control of conception with a variant of the ubiquitous 'pill', via water supplies or certain essential foodstuffs, off set by a controlled 'antidote'" was already being developed: by teams of experimental biologists in Massachusetts, Michigan, and California, Mexico and the U.S.S.R. (paragraph four)

POPULATION CONTROL

Since the legalizing of abortion, over twenty years ago, there have been over 36 million Americans murdered before they could be born. That is more Americans than have died in all the conflicts America has been involved with all put together. American's have been conditioned to believe that this is not "murder" but is "choice".

For Desert Storm, our soldiers had to have shots to "protect them against chemical warfare". These shots were the germs of botchulism and amtrex. Since then over 7000 of our best service men have died.

Euthanasia and the "right to die with dignity" are being pushed so the "quality of life" can be improved.

Extermination camps are being built to do away with "undesirables".

Aids is a government made disease that the spread of it is encouraged by our government.

The US is disarming their military and closing down military bases all over the country. Our president can sign an executive order that will put the military under the command of the UN. US soldiers are already having to put aside their oath and take the oath of the UN forces.

IN CLOSING

I would like to comment that in all the reports this author has done, and all the information I have read, Iron Mountain has had the biggest impact on me. The fact that a few men can come up with a plan to bring a "once free nation" into fascism upsets me. The fact that many of their suggestions are being followed makes me angry. The fact the majority of the American people don't know, and don't want to know is very unbelievable to me.

In August of 1963, 15 people working for the elite power-brokers of the Illuminati met in a nuclear fallout city, built deep inside of Iron Mountain near Hudson New York. The Iron Mountain underground city was built through the finances of Standard Oil of New Jersey, the bank manufacturers, Hanover Trust, Shell Oil and other elitist corporations.

Their meetings continued for 3 years and ended in 1966. These men were the think-tank-group who had the responsibility of designing a global plan of action to control world events, depopulate the earth, completely control the masses and to steer humanity into the inescapable net of a one world government by the turn of this century.

John Kenneth Galbraith, a professor and member of JFK's "Brain Trust," Dean Rusk, Secretary of State, Robert Strange McNamara, Secretary of Defense (later to become president of the World Bank), E.L. Doctorow, Victor Navasky, and McGeorge McBundy were among those among those most deeply involved in the Iron Mountain conspiracy. The committee met monthly to formulate their sinister yet brilliant plans for America and the world as we headed toward the new millennium.

These "Illuminated" elitists believe in a world system led by men who consider themselves to be of a god-like superior race of individuals endowed through blood and royal heritage to be the benefactors of this planet and it's people for their own personal pleasure and desires.

The Iron Mountain conspiracy also ran deep into the top levels of several federal agencies, who were aware of and involved in concealing the operation. Most notable were the FBI, CIA and the National Security Agency(NSA).

This covert operation was being conducted behind the back of President John F. Kennedy. The Illuminati had always used war as a means of controlling the masses and restructuring the economics of the world to their own desires. In fact, the entire Cuban Missile Crisis was said to have been contrived by these international elitist (Illuminati) to have America start a nuclear war with Russia in 1962 during the Kennedy administration. The plans were to annihilate the Soviet Union and establish a world government based in America. Because of America's vastly superior nuclear capabilities at that time, they had projected that the Soviet Union would suffer 100 million casualties and the USA would lose about 10 million.

John F. Kennedy, despite his short-comings, was a man of extraordinary courage, and he and his brother, Senator Robert Kennedy decided to defy the Illuminati. JFK undermined these monstrous world war plans and was able to negotiate behind the scenes with Nikita Kruschev and bring a peaceful end to what nearly became a nuclear holocaust with Soviet Union. Kennedy had also made plans to end the Vietnam War. This was also vehemently opposed by the Illuminati.

The Illuminati’s infuriation over this dramatic turn of events, created by JFK, and the defiance of the Kennedy’s resulted in an American President and his brother dying young! (Ted Kennedy will never have that problem)!

The "committee" also developed formulas to substitute for wars. One such plan involved creating a world threat from beings from out of space! From page 66 of the report came the following quote: "Experiments have been proposed to test the credibility of an "out of our world" invasion threat. It is possible that a fear of the more difficult to explain flying saucer incidents of recent years were in fact, early government experiments of this kind."

The Iron Mountain group also made plans to “unite the people of the world behind a monumental technological project”.....the exploration and conquering of space. Everyone can see the results of those plans: moon walks, space telescopes, international space stations, satellites of all sorts and the unyielding search for life on other planets and galaxies. This has been one of the most expensive ventures ever undertaken, and the results have been virtually useless. The space race and all the space fascination was thrown into high gear after the “Report from Iron Mountain”.

The "Report" went on to state, "the indicated intermediate step, total control of conception, would be possible via water supplies and certain essential foodstuffs.” In other words, they intend to eventually have the ways and means to put additives in food and water supplies that will cause all men and\or women to become sterile. Therefore, only a government approved set of parents could receive an antidote that would allow them to have a child. Also, any single woman, who met government approval, could receive a license for an antidote and either become a mother for herself or a surrogate mother for some prominent person or homosexual couple (via artificial insemination), who could not have children. All pregnancies would be strictly controlled by government guidelines. This would become “Big Brother’s” way of controlling the gene pool, and for choosing which bloodlines could continue to exist!

Finally, the most ingenious and evil conspiracy developed by the Iron Mountain experiment, was the “environmental revolution”. It was decided by these evil plotters of the Illuminati that the world could become united behind the common cause of preventing the environmental destruction of planet earth. Thus the “environmental movement” began. The first “earth summit” was held in 1970. This has become the most villainous, deceptive, humanity destroying “movement” ever devised!

The Iron Mountain group decided that the large factories and industrial corporations of the world should be allowed to pollute the air, water and earth on a large scale. The results of the pollution would also be exaggerated and propagandized to place fear in the hearts of humanity. People would be made to believe that extreme measures of “global” dimensions would be necessary to save “mother earth”.

Prince Bernhard and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF)

To attract donors, large and small, as well as media attention, Nicholson, Scott and the founding fathers of WWF wanted the royal family to lend their name. They approached Prince Philip to be president.

The founding fathers had wanted the Prince only as a figurehead. Philip agreed to head up the British chapter of WWF, but he turned down the presidency of the International and suggested his friend Prince Bernhard for the post. The men were alike in many ways. Both had been born into European royal families, but not very distinguished ones, and had acquired their status and string of titles when they married—Bernhard to the future Queen Juliana of the Netherlands.(Phillip to the future Queen of England) The two men were handsome, dashing, and staunchly conservative politically.

Scott wrote to Bernhard. "Please may I ask Your Royal Highness to say that you will be President of the Trustees of The World Wildlife Fund.'' Prince Bernhard eventually said yes, and he served as president until 1976, when he was forced to resign after it became public that he had solicited more than a million dollars in 'commissions" from Lockheed in exchange for Lockheed's receiving contracts to build warplanes for the Netherlands. (At One point after the scandal broke, Bernhard said that he had intended to give the money from Lockheed to WWF; a member of the board at the time insists this is not true.

Bernhard remained active behind the scenes in WWF, but a couple of years after he resigned, Philip became president of the International, and though it was thought he would serve for only a few years, he is still in power.

At the same time, however, many in the Third World have questioned whether he is the right person to head an organisation that does most of its work in developing countries. At a meeting of the Commonwealth Heads of state, most of them from the Third World and black, Philip said to an aide, "You wouldn't think the peace of the world rested on this lot, would you'?" on another occasion, he referred to the Chinese as "slitty-eyed."

WWF WAS SET UP to raise money, but in spite of the initial successes, it did not prove very effective.

WWF's financial fortunes began to change dramatically after a hard-driving South African businessman, Anton Rupert, joined the board. An Afrikaaner from the Cape, Rupert had already made millions as the owner of Rothmans International tobacco company, the foundation of the Rembrandt Group, his wholly owned business empire. When Rupert expanded beyond South Africa, he bought Dunhill and Cartier (tobacco), and eventually he became one of the richest men in South Africa, rivalled only by Harry Oppenheimer, the gold and diamond industrialist. Rupert had long been interested in conservation, including the restoration of historic buildings, and in 1968 he joined the WWF board of trustees; he stayed on the board for twenty-two years, in spite of a provision in the organisation's original incorporation documents that limited members to two three-year terms, a provision that was routinely ignored for the benefit of several other influential members of the board as well. Rupert brought a considerable amount of his own money to WWF, but, more important, he conceived a plan that would raise millions

Rupert's idea was the "1001 Club" The "one" was Prince Bernhard The other one thousand were wealthy individuals who could be persuaded to part with $10,000. The one-time donation brings lifetime membership, and the names of the generous patrons are kept secret by the organisation. According to these secret lists, American givers have included August A Busch, Jr, of the beer company; Henry Ford II; Peter Grace; Nelson Bunker Hunt, the silver trader; Mrs Geoffrey Kent, of Abercrombie & Kent; Robert S. McNamara; Cyril Magnin; Lew Wasserman, of MCA; Thomas Watson, of IBM. Many of the donors understandably wish to remain anonymous (in part to avoid being badgered by other charities), but it is also understandable why WWF does not want the list made public. It has included many less savoury individuals—Zaire's President Mobutu, Sese Seko, one of the most corrupt leaders in Africa; Daniel K Ludwig, the reclusive American billionaire, whose companies destroyed thousands of miles of the Amazon rain forest; Agha Hasan Abedi, the founder of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCC1); Robert Vesco, the financier who fled the United States in the 1970s to escape trial on charges of fraud, embezzlement and obstruction of justice; Tibor Rosenbaum, founder of a Swiss bank that laundered billions of dollars of organised crime money and who was accused of embezzling Israeli deposits in the bank; Thomas Jones, who was forced out as chief executive of Northrop after it was revealed that the company paid $30 million in bribes to government officials and agents around the world in exchange for contracts; Lord Kagan, a British businessman convicted of theft and conspiracy to defraud the British tax service; a Norwegian shipowner convicted of taking a £1 million bribe; an individual who was the conduit for the money from Lockheed to Prince Bernhard.

There has been another remarkable feature about the 1001 Club—the number of South Africans. On the 1989 list, at least sixty individuals were from South Africa, including seven of Rupert's relatives. Many were also members of the Broederbond, the secret, conservative Afrikaaner society that has traditionally wielded immense political power in South Africa. Only five countries had more donors, and as a percentage of their population, South African whites had three hundred times as many members as the United States

One place where South Africa's clout has been felt is in the office of the director-general, the man who runs WWF. Since 1977 that man has been Charles de Haes. Much of de Haes's past is vague, which seems to be by design: he has chosen to reveal very little about his background and some of what the organisation does say publicly about him is at odds with the facts.

De Haes was brought to WWF through the back door by Anton Rupert in 1971. He was first assigned to be personal assistant to Prince Bernhard. One of his tasks was to implement the 1001 Club project. He was tremendously successful.

In 1975, with the backing of Rupert and Prince Philip de Haes was named joint director-general of WWF, and two years later he had the top position to himself. De Haes had no education or experience in conservation, other than his few years at WWF, yet he was now in charge of the most prestigious and influential conservation organisation in the world. It was a position that would have appealed to the most qualified and eminent individuals in the field, yet no effort was made to recruit any of them.

WWF may have taken on someone without conservation experience, but then, it cost the organisation nothing: Rupert agreed to pay de Haes's salary—which, according to a British trustee, goes far in explaining why de Haes got the Job. WWF never said at the time that Rupert was paying de Haes, and it still tries to conceal this fact. The organisation's chief spokesman, Robert SanGeorge, stated emphatically during an interview in 1991 that de Haes had not been seconded from Rothmans to Prince Bernhard and WWF during the early years. But an internal WWF memorandum signed by the organisation's executive vice-president in 1975 talks specifically about "Mr. de Haes's period of secondment to WWF." What this means, of course, is that de Haes was still employed by a South African corporation while working for WWF. "I thought it was a scandal," says a former board member from North America, Who added that it was only by accident that he learned that Rupert was paying de Haes. This board member did not like the arrangement. "Who does the director general serve'? Is the interest of a South African tobacco company synonymous with the world conservation movement? Even more troubling to this director was the fact that it was kept a secret. "lf it was such a good thing, why weren't they willing to say so in the annual report?"

It is unlikely that any other charitable organisation that depends on public support operates with such little accountability and in such secrecy as WWF has under de Haes. It is easier to penetrate the CIA. And when WWF has been caught in embarrassing conducts it has engaged in damage control and cover-ups of the kind that might be expected from a company whose products have caused injury to consumers and the environment. Under rules de Haes promulgated, WWF employees are prohibited from talking to anyone outside the organization about anything except what the organisation has already made public; the obligation to secrecy binds the employee even after he or she has left WWF. Few are willing to break this code of silence—given their fear of de Haes and, in the case of current employees, the generous salaries and pleasant living conditions in Switzerland.

The way WWF was set up, two-thirds of the money raised by the national organisations goes to the International, while one third remains with the national organisation. The "dissident" leaders of the three national organisations objected to this because there was no accountability over how the International spent the money. They also did not like the fact that the WWF-International board of trustees doesn't represent the national organisations. The board is a self-selected body— that is, those on the board decide whom to place on it—and the national organisations, even though they give the money, have no right of representation. In short, the heads of the British, Dutch and Swiss organisations felt that too much power was concentrated in Gland—the Swiss town where WWF-lnternational's headquarters is located—and that the local organisations should have more autonomy.

Sir Arthur Norman, the head of WWF-UK at the time, was particularly disturbed by the manner in which WWF-International set up chapters in other countries. He thought they should "be triggered off by local people, local enthusiasm, and not by someone in Bland saying "it's time".

Occasionally other skeletons got out, and when they did, it became clear that WWF had lost its ethical way, at least in carrying out its conservation work in Africa. In the late 1980s, for example, WWF provided Zimbabwe's Department of National Parks and Wildlife Management with funds to buy a helicopter for its anti-poaching operations in the Zambezi Valley, where the black rhino was on the verge of extinction because of poachers. The department used the helicopter to deploy anti-poaching units when it received reports of poachers in an area. At least fifty-seven poachers were killed in the helicopter-supported operations, and the WWF office in Zimbabwe reported that the helicopter "has made an enormous difference to staff morale and efficiency" in the wildlife department.

That WWF was involved was not flown publicly until the environment correspondent of the British newspaper The Guardian, Paul Brown, broke the story. WWF responded with a statement saying that it had provided the funds for the helicopter "on the strict understanding that the helicopter would never be used as a gun-ship," and that it was "official WWF policy not to use any of its funds for purchase of arms or ammunition." The truth is the organisation knew that the helicopter would be used in operations in which poachers would be killed. Indeed, there had been a long and fierce debate within WWF about the project, and many on the staff were opposed because Zimbabwe's policy was "Shoot first, ask questions later," as one of those involved in the debate puts it. Providing the helicopter "made the policy more effective," he said. As for WWF's statement that it did not provide funds for arms or ammunition, the organisation's internal documents show that it was doing precisely that for at least one project in Tanzania in 1987.

De Haes and WWF-International had to work harder to cover up another scandal in Africa, this one involving mercenaries, intrigue, high level WWF officials and Prince Bernhard. The mercenaries were former British commandos who worked for KAS Enterprises, a company headed by Sir David Stirling, the legendary founder of Britain's Special Air Services (SAS), Britain's most elite commando force. Stirling, who died in 1990, engaged in clandestine activities throughout the world, setting up ostensibly private companies that were in fact covers for Britain's MI-5 and MI-6. In Africa s conservation wars, in the late 1980S KAS, as part of its arrangement with WWF officials, trained anti-poaching units in Namibia, which was then still under the control of South Africa, as well as Mozambicans in South Africa. (The South African government was trying to destabilise Mozambique.) KAS also set up a "sting" operation to catch traffickers in ivory and rhino horn. The project was code-named "Operation Lock," Lock being the maiden name of the wife of a former SAS officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Ian Crooke, who was in charge of it.

The truth, which has never come out publicly, is found in a series of communications from Frans Stroebel, executive director of WWF's South African affiliate when Operation Lock commenced and the man who had introduced Lieutenant-Colonel Crooke to senior police and conservation officials in South Africa. Stroebel wrote Prince Philip:

I have given Mr. de Haes a number of comprehensive briefings on the project since I first became involved. In May 1989, I gave him full details. He then went to HRH Prince Bernhard to confirm that Prince Bernhard was indeed the sponsor. Mr. de Haes satisfied himself with the developments, and in subsequent discussions with me he never expressed any concern about my involvement, or, for that matter, the covert programme itself.

As for the funds for the operation, Stroebel said, in another letter, "The funds for Operation Lock were actually WWF funds." The money had come to WWF-lnternational, then was channelled back out to Bernhard for Operation Lock in a series of strange transactions. First, in December 1988, Sotheby's auctioned two paintings owned by Bernhard—The Holy Family, a seven-by-five-foot oil by Bartolome Esteban Murillo, and The Rape of Europa, a four-by-five-foot oil by Elisabetta Sirani. Together they brought in £610,000. On Bernhard's instructions the proceeds were donated to WWF-International; Sotheby's had noted in its catalogue that they would be. But if the buyer—who remains anonymous—thought the money was going toward WWF's general conservation work, he was mistaken. Within a few weeks after the sale, Bernhard called the administrator of the 1001 Club and asked her to transfer £500,000 from the 1001 Club account to Queen Juliana's (his wife's) account in the Netherlands. The £500,000 was needed for Operation Lock, according to Stroebel, and de Haes "agreed to the use of these funds as requested." (Bernhard told WWF it could keep the remaining £110,000, which at the time was worth a little less than $200,000.)

That there was a schism as big as a canyon between the approach to conservation taken by the Africans on the one hand and the conservation organisations on the other was not surprising, not when one looked at the conservation organisations: they were the monopoly of white Westerners. Whites headed them, hired whites to staff them, and implemented programs that reflected Western values.

WWF-International has its headquarters in Gland, a quintessential Swiss town—small, quiet, neat, and white. It carries out programs around the world, most of them in the Third World, yet one has rarely seen other than a white face in the Gland offices.. For thirty years, not a single African, and only a handful of Asians and Latin Americans, were ever hired by WWF-International. Only one black has ever held a professional position in the Africa section of WWF-US, and he was not hired until 1991.

Germans black-out their past
The sensibility for "shadow governments" and "New World Order" is quite minor in Ger"money"... the reasons may lie in the tendency of Germans to "black out" their past. So far as I know Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands was a former SS-officer before marrying into the Dutch Kings-House. He was also employee of a sub-division of the German "IG Farben", "IG Farben und Bilder". The latter fact indicates, that the choice of the Hotel Bilder-Burg for the first meeting was not accidental. There was even a close relationship between Exxon (Standard Oil company) and IG Farben. This connections last until the present time - Monsanto Inc. took over much of the expertise of IG Farben concerning chemical weapons. "Agent Orange" was a "follow up" of Sarin, Senfgas and Tabun. When Monsanto faced financial difficulties in restructuring from a chemical to a biogenetic Company, Citibank (part of the Rothschild-universe) helped out with a loan.

Margaret Sanger's faith was in Darwinian Eugenics. She was an admirer of Adolf Hitler and visited Germany in the 1930s, believing that only the "superior race" should be allowed to breed, and that the placebo of frenzied sexual activity without conceiving, which she practised for the remainder of her adult life, after abandoning her husband and small children, should be openly encouraged for all, beginning with the very young emerging adolescents.

The Iron Mountain War ~ By Hari Heath

The Report from Iron Mountain is almost unerringly prophetic. The rulers of the world tried to implement the alternatives to war, which has been used for millennia to control resources--including people.

Another alternative to war was to manufacture a giant environmental threat to their very existence.

It appears that by not cooperating with their plans for our peaceful exploitation, we have forced the rulers of the world to launch another world war to keep us and our resources in proper alignment.
The talking heads on TV tell us this is a war on terrorism, that it will be an entirely different kind of war than we have ever fought before. We are being told to prepare for a very long war, a “100-year-war,” that we have the resolve to fight this war until the enemies in this war have been defeated.
Enemies are hard to define anymore. Coincidence?

Take China for example. They were our enemy in Korea and Vietnam. They are one of the few remaining avowed communist regimes. They continue to threaten our ally, Taiwan. They have stolen and were given our missile technology -- which they are now selling to third world countries, including our “enemies.” How were such acts punished by our government? The Panama Canal was handed over to them. They bought our Navy base in Long Beach, California, as we downsized our military and now ship boatloads of made-in-China goodies for the American market. Our enemy, or our friend?
What happened as we continued to watch reruns of the Twin Towers falling to the ground? China became a full member of the WTO while our minds were busied with “the event.”
Former soviet nations are now our NATO partners. Europe is uniting under a single currency. Russia, once our enemy, competing in an arms race of mutually assured destruction, now receives billions of dollars of our foreign aid. Globalism, like it or not, is the wave washing over our future. Royal Apes vs. mankind
As this newspaper and its sister publication "Executive Intelligence Review" have repeatedly documented, Prince Philip set up the World Wildlife fund in 1961 (and the Australia Conservation Foundation two years later), to usher in a fundamental phase shift in world politics to the advantage of the British oligarchy and the City of London.
Philip's purpose was to eliminate the science and the technology upon which modern nation states are based, in order to eliminate the nation state itself in favour of a City of London ruled "globalist" empire.

Philip and his minions savagely attacked this idea, and the Mosaic admonition which follows from it as expressed in Genesis 26:1: And God blessed them and God said unto them, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it."

Instead of man "having dominion over the earth", and over all other species, the WWF argues that man should "live in harmony" with the earth, and that the earth itself should be worshipped as a living being, Mother Earth, as in the ancient pagan religion of Gaia ("Mother Earth").

Man, trumpeted the Duke, was no different than, and certainly no better than the animals, whom the Duke was fond of slaughtering with his rifle, notwithstanding his role as propaganda chief for the WWF, Philip delivered his ultimate answer to the biblical injunction to "Be fruitful and multiply," to the Deutsche Press Agentur in August of 1988 when he proclaimed "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."
