Hi freeform!

Complete weather modification, perhaps using electromagnetics?
Yes! Good observation. I have witnessed also the magnetic quality to certain trails/cirrus aviaticus. I've watched over the course of a few hours three spine-like chemtrails migrate towards each other and morph into puff-ball clouds, then these morphed into smooth, 2-D looking bright white coverage over the sun.
I have watched two trails one just above the other and saw filaments descend from the upper one and filaments ascend from the lower one to form an "eye" shape. Countless times I have witnessed trails knitting themselves together forming a chemdome, and have always thought of magnetic attraction.
Of course people don't notice freeform, they are far too distracted with their day-to-day lives to bother to stop and smell the roses, to look up at the sky. I live in Kelowna, not too far from Vancouver, but I'm always checking out the Vancouver cam found here ~

Numerous times the Vancouver cam pics look 2-D; there is no sun and objects don't cast shadows! Everything looks grey, like it does today.
I check out other web cams as well~
North Bay Cam http://www.city.north-bay.on.ca/bay-cam/motion.htm
Boston cam (unbelievably hazy and foggy here, as I'm sure Deborah will attest to) http://www.hazecam.net/boston.html
An aquantance in Powell River named Richard Vizzuti had a cam on his site, but alas it's been down for many months now...
No working cam http://www.prepcamp.com/webcam.html
He has an excellent site BTW, which is listed in the Link Database ~

Tampa cam http://www.wtvt.com/skycam.htm
I've seen lots of chemtrails...er...ship trails laid off the coast only to be snagged by the jet stream and brought inland.

GOES 10 vis http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/data/west/latest_westvis.gif
GOES West vis 1 km http://www.atmos.washington.edu/cgi-bin/list.cgi?vis1km
This is my favourite as it archives and allows for sequential viewing!
Keep watching the skies freeform and BTW I have seen spoke-like formations that radiate from a N/E source and look anything but Nature's doing.
And on it goes...
