Just got back in town last night. Yep it is still raining in the Ohio Valley. Spent a week in the Florida Keys, not a lot of trails there but up north along I-95 trails were plentyful just about everywhere. Same for GA, NC,SC,VA,WVA.These were not the In your face type trails .These were more the (spray and spread type) very high and carefully blended with the off white sky.I would say that the program is alive and well just done more carefully these days.roman...

I have'nt been on site most of the summer but that doesnt mean I hav'nt been paying attention(someones got to, everyone eles in this Desert inferno seems oblivious. I've noticed a few Northern Cali's have reported the "peek a boo, you cant see me, my- how sneaky I am," Trails. That is pretty much what they do out here.AND THE BIZARRE THING IS;WE HAVE HAD CLOUDS 80% OF THE SUMMER, FOR THEM TO SNEAK AROUND IN WITH THEIR ON AND OFF SWITCHY THINGS. This is bizarre because any true Desert Rat will tell you that EVERY SUMMER, CLOUDS ARE SELDOM SEEN. We have had more rain this August than we have had in the last 2 winters combined!! Although I must say there is that pattern of "spraying before an expected storm front and when It doesnt rain while the storm blows by I figure it's just the desert! The white Haze is ever present! Not as much as back when the Spraying was "old school" Horizon to horizon. I dont usually get my Bronchitis in the summer. This SUMMER it wont Go Away!!!P.S.amidst the clouds and unusuaal humidity The temps have stayed in the 100-115 deg.

Wednesday Sept 3, 2003 Portland, OR.Lots of chemtrails left by nearly every high aircraft which flew overhead. More trails than normal regular commercial aircraft. Day started out with red-pink sunrise but no overhead clouds above the somewhat thick low haze. Visibility was low due to thick ground haze. I recall what blown-in smoke from forest fires looks like and smells like. We have had fires east of here with primarily westerly winds. The haze was white not gray, and did not smell of smoke in the least. About noon I noticed the increasing sun-blocking overcast from chemtrails. Some were applied fresh above decayed trails which had blown in from the west. Lots of popcorn type clouds forming in and around the decaying chemtrails. This sky activity lasted the balance of the day into the night. Lots of people seem to think the haze in Portland is forest fire related. From my direct observation I am reporting the haze is from atmospheric aerosols and not from forest fires. Anyone else from Portland care to comment?

Friday, September 5, 2003, Spokane, WashingtonOur area continues to experience haze from the smoke from fires and a heavy dose of chemtrails. Our horizons are very thick and wide with both. Today I observed a chem-jet spraying the ribbon-like trails. The temperature today has been in the 90s.

Saturday, September 6, 2003, 8:56pm local time, Portland OR.Lots of designer chemtrails today from mid-morning throughout the day. Almost every high altitude jet left some kind of trail today, with the usual smorgasbord variety. However some jets I noticed that followed on the tail of spraying aircraft mysteriously left no trail at all! There seemed to be more curved trail, continuous type chemtrails left today as compared to some other heavy spray days. Not so many of the dashed type trails, but there were some. With all that spraying today I would imagine plenty of cloud-creating-neuclei were deposited up there. Lots of popcorn clouds appeared before and with the frontal clouds. Look on the NOAA weather satellite site, they are plainly evident. One batch of aircraft sprayers just before 2:00 pm local time had yielded some thick saw-tooth chemtrails. These were photo'd and video'd. The video replay showed three examples of a white orb crossing the chemtrail. Two examples were outstanding, one was so-so for clear detail. The much predicted weather front moved in from the west by late afternoon to early evening. Has not rained here more than a quarter inch in about 12 weeks. To be frank, I do not expect much from this front either.

No chemtrails today, but it's been very dry and precipitation is almost at 3 inches below normal for this time of the year, and no major rainfall is in the forecast. Many plants are starting to show the effects.

Thursday, Sept 11, 2003 Portland, OR.We had five days of rainy cloudy weather, surprisingly about an inch of rain fell in parts of the area. However, when the clouds parted today, billowy and segmented on-off chemtrails could be seen above, with some stealth or hidden trails also. They were not hidden very well.

Saturday, September 13, 2003, Spokane, WashingtonI walked out this evening at 10:00 to a sky full of chemtrails and a chemtrail circle around the moon. The chemtrail spray program has continued in our area on a daily basis. This year we had the driest summer (no rain) in our area in a hundred years! All the daily chemtrailing wouldn't have anything to do with this now, would it?

We have seen less than usual spraying here this summer. There is still some blatent activity before storm fronts, and the off-on-off type (always upwind). We got a 1" rain last Tuesday followed by long strand webfall Wednesday~ Saterday. Yesterday (for the first time) we saw the "WIGLING SHARDS OF LIGHT" effect we had just gone behind the house to look at some firewood, and the intence sun was just being blocked by the roofline when i looked up and saw the total firestorm of particles flying in all directions. The particles apeared to be white "snowflake" motes, of various sizes. Some of them were seen darting around our heads, were very small dust sized. It was impossible to catch them. I got out the telephoto lens and saw them up to 100' above the ground, and then also saw the webstrands up there flying by as well. We went to the hardware store 10 miles away and saw them there, a man saw us looking and asked what we were doing and he saw them to. We went to the farm store 10 miles further south and saw them there also. Both of us have had irritated noses, ashma like. This has been concurent with extreamly high dry winds, and unusual heat. The South Coast it HOT, while inland is COOL this is backwards of normal. Inland looks blue, while looking out towards the ocean looks hazed grey/orange/white.
