Exactly one year after Americans in 48 states began noticing an abrupt increase in unusual aerial activity and sickness on the ground, "flu-like" ailments are once again up sharply as eyewitnesses describe multiple broad white plumes being laid by tanker-type aircraft in Xs and grid patterns over the U.S. and central and western Canada.

Unlike normal contrails formed when icy water vapor condenses around hot engines at high altitudes, "chemtrails" do not dissipate quickly, but broaden for hours, turning clear blue skies into hazy overcast - even in areas remote from heavily trafficked air routes.

Thousands of photographs and hours of amateur videotape show dozens of criss-crossing chemtrails over small towns unused to jet traffic. Commercial jetliners flying above other lingering plumes often leave no contrails, or trail a characteristic pencil-thin scrawl that fades in less than a minute like the wake behind a boat.

"The Air Force doesn't do anything that emits anything other than a normal contrail, which is vapor," U.S. Air Force spokeswoman Margaret Gidding told Spokane's
But a lab test done in September, 1997 on a sample of JP-8 jet fuel by Aqua Tech Environmental Labs in Ohio found 51 toxic substances - including ethylene dibromide (EDB). Banned in 1983 by the Environmental Protection Agency in a rare emergency order, EDB is a potent pesticide, chemical irritant and known carcinogen. Air Force planes routinely jettison JP-8 to lower aircraft weight for safe landings.

A U.S. Air Force study - "Weather as A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather In 2025" - also describes how jet tankers are deployed to spray chemicals that form "cirrus shields" capable of hiding aerial activity from observers on the ground.

Other USAF weather modification techniques spread carbon black to heat up the atmosphere. On November 18, 1999 residents of Espanola, Ontario went before the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa to complain of widespread illness over a 50 mile area following months of spraying by KC-135 and C-130 aircraft. Tests conducted by the Ontario Ministry of Environment found carbon black in the fallout, as well as "chaff" used to jam radar signals - or track airborne dispersion patterns.

But airborne pathogens are not used to modify the weather.

Two Congressional investigations and recently declassified British defense documents detail 50 years of "open air" testing that used ships and spray-equipped aircraft to spread biological warfare simulants on hundreds of cities across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

Americans urged to call special 1-800 "flu" and "migraine" tracking numbers may be taking part in a biowarfare experiment. Tests done in 1998 and 1999 by government-licensed laboratories on cobweb-like filaments, gel-like material and a red powder dropped over porches, power lines and patrol cars in Washington state, California, Oklahoma, Idaho, Michigan, Espanola and Pennsylvania have identified various pathogens, including bacilli and toxic molds capable of producing acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.

Last winter, patients flooded emergency rooms across the U.S. at up to double the rates usually seen in peak flu season. Often degenerating into double-pneumonia or asthma, their severe "flu-like" symptoms lingered for months.

This November, Americans in heavily sprayed areas are also complaining of extremely severe headaches, stiff necks and joint pain.

One mother whose white blood count is down by half says, "I live in a rural community and most of these people work outside and have their whole lives and have never experienced these kind of symptoms till the contrails started showing up last fall. We live in no flight area, yet it is not uncommon for us to see up to 50 contrails a day...flying the multiple line pattern and the X pattern."

Referring to the resulting illness, she added, "Not just the usual sicknesses...ones that doctors have no idea what is causing them and have no cure for. We had two children die here from totally unexplained illnesses when the contrails were flying all the time. We have dead birds in our yards...we have dead animals. The livestock are sick. Suddenly last winter my nine year old daughter came down with an asthma problem out of the blue. My uncle died of respiratory problem, again, out of the blue."

On November 20, 1999, a nationwide Chemtrails Protest was held in Times Square and cities across America calling for an end to the aerial spraying and full disclosure by responsible government agencies.

Hello...

Just saw the blurb about chemtrails in the UK. Interesting to see them outside of the US as well.

I saw chemtrails over here 5 days ago (and yes, I've had my first flu in 4-5 years the past 4 days) but couldn't believe my eyes at the time. The sky was clear (no clouds, very hot day) apart from 8-10 parallel chemtrails. As I was watching I saw a plane making the first trail orthogonally to the already existing ones. I know the commercial routes, and we have a bunch of them, but not where these trails were. Also, because of the weather conditions any plany passing outside of the normal routes shouldn't have made any trails.

So, whatever the conspiracy is, it's bigger than just the US.. add Sweden to the list..

Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures (DAMN). I most definitely will next time I see them.

Jeff,

I have been a visitor to the Sightings website for a long time now. I have read with increasing interest and alarm the items relating to the Chemtrail phenomena. It seems obvious to me, even as a member of Joe Public, that something is going on, but I am still undecided as to exactly which of the theories I subscribe to.

A month or so ago, I decided to take my wife and baby daughter on a day trip to the South Coast of England, a drive of no more than hour from where we live. About half way through the journey, I noticed the classic checkerboard pattern in the sky above us. I pointed this out to my wife, who I had previuosly made aware of the Chemtrail situation. We were both amazed and a little frightened at what we were seeing. My wife then grabbed our camera and started to take some shots as we were at the top of a hill and could clearly see the action. As you can see, it was a relatively clear and cloudless day.

I could see a plane in the sky which was making the trails, but the thing which really got me was the fact the it suddenly stopped spraying, made a turn, got back into position, and then began spraying again. This was obviously NOT a commercial aircraft.

As we contiuned to drive we also noticed that the trails were merging into a kind of oblong 'cloud' and heading towards the ground in a kind of hazy mist. Unfortunately for us, our route took us through this mist. I closed all of the windows and switched off the Aircon, until we were through it. We both still noticed a chemical kind of smell. We continued onto the coast and enjoyed the rest of the day. However, a day or so later, we all began to show signs of having flu.

My 16 month old daughter was the worst hit, and was quite unwell for a couple of days. I really hope that this was unrelated, but I am also trying not to be blinkered to a situation which should concern us all. I attach two of the clearest photo's for the site as well.

If you can, please post this note to the site, minus my Email address, as I think it is important to highlight the fact that this is not just happening in America.

Dear Jeff,

I sent you an email a few weeks ago from Mallorca, in which I told you we had been watching the planes spray overhead. I told you I would send you some photos, including a postcard, with chemtrails. Since then, we have been in Barcelona where we saw heavy chemtrail spraying.

I would like to verify the comments by Matt about heavy chemtrail spraying over England. For the past two weeks we have been traveling around England. I got some photos of chemtrails over Gatwick London Airport while we were landing. The weather in England is not the best, but we have seen chemtrails everywhere we have been - central, southern and northern England. We don't see a difference between the chemtrails here and those in the U.S. We are in London now and I got some photos from the London Tower of the planes. I wish I could have taken a photo with the Union Jack and chemtrails above, but I couldn't manage it. We will be home to California in a few days and we'll send you the best of the photos.

Dear Jeff,

Here are some exclusive images featuring still ongoing chemtrail spraying operation over town of Rijeka and it's region in Croatia, as was reported on your page http://www.sightings.com/general2/frenzy.htm on 06-05-00. They were taken by me with a simple automatic 35 mm camera on several occasions, during usual everyday activities. Most had to be taken in direction of the sun because chemtrails are sprayed upwind of the aimed location, if possible during a calm and sunny day.

As was stated in earlier post, all started in the morning on Saturday, 05-27-2000, a single day after Croatia signed Partnership for Peace with NATO. At 16:20 CET, sky above my garage (view towards east) looked like this, shoving a very low, spread chemtrail:

At 16:25, some 4 km to the North an 'X' marking the center of a new chemtrail layer, was placed above well-spread old one:

You could touch chemtrail sailing over my rooftop. Being unfamiliar with local ever-changing wind direction, jet zoomed over it laying a fresh one:

In the same time, from the opposite side of my house, you could see 20 km wide Kvarner bay with clear skies. In order to save on chemicals jets have simply cut the spraying when over the sea. This confirms recent reports that the chemtrail spraying system is a separated one.

On the Thursday morning, 06-02-2000, at 09:30 CET, on the plateau 130 m above Rijeka, where my company is located (I am Chief Designer and Marketing Manager of the main genset manufacturing company in Croatia) the "X marks the spot" sign was placed by two low-flaying jets, after the wind have blown away the earlier efforts. It looked like this:

I drove to the town to develop the first film reel and took this images on the main parking lot, 500 m from the city center:

Again, old chemtrails were hundred meters above the ground, and new ones were placed upwind. They had a "no" day because of the constant wind direction changes and sky above Rijeka remained clear. After I have loaded a new reel, while walking over the city square I have taken this photo showing a chemtrail laid by a nervous pilot. Birds got nervous, but people around me are not noticing anything. Or they do, but it is too strange for them to be pointed at:

Next Friday morning, 06-09-2000, sky above my company's parking lot looked like this:

This time they flew in the straight lines from the North, starting in neighboring Slovenia (those mountains on the horizon). State borders are not a factor for this kind of operation:

Watching your site, I saw that chemtrails are on again.

This world-exclusive news which, because of its frequently used theme, shall probably be of low interest to your public, is important in that it points out the existence of the significant pressure under which particular Western agencies currently operate:

On 5-26-00, merit of the new social democratic/ liberal government elected last January, after ten-year rule of the Croatian Democratic Union, Croatia finally entered NATO's 'Partnership for Peace.'

Immediately, the NEXT day, Saturday morning 5-27-00, heavy aerial spraying of Croatian main port town Rijeka commenced. Being the first time-ever, foreign aeroplane pilots had the worst luck in guessing the direction of local, constantly changing winds, which they partially-compensated for, in a typically Western way, by working hard all day long.

Pressed by the forces unknown to us, they had to come again second time next Tuesday afternoon, 5-30-00. They start spraying just one hour after the skies have cleared from the day-long rain (they probably waited on the red alert somewhere near).

Third spraying, starting Thursday morning, 6-1-00, was shambles. It had all gone wrong right from the start, when the ' X' marking the centre of the chemtrail-laying effort, suddenly found itself downwind.

Even the transfer of spraying to the opposite side of the town, at the time upwind, did not help because the wind had swiftly changed direction again. So, during the next Saturday night, 6-3-00, they had to increase their efforts dramatically, and the town of Rijeka woke up with a low, thick chemtrail cover.

Operations continued all day long, resulting with incredible chemtrail fog cowering everything from the sea level up to the heavens, if there were any. It was really spectacular because, in these parts, anything remotely resembling fog occurs only during the winter, once in a ten-fifteen year period, or so.

Locals are totally unaware of the origin, state and ramifications of this whole affair and are content to be a joint member of the Brave New World.

Clarifying Chemtrail Confusion

Over the past two years - and possibly longer - one of the biggest covert operations ever undertaken by a military in peacetime has caused illness and consternation across America as positively identified U.S. Air Force aerial tankers continue to spread broad white plumes in patterns that defy civil air regulations, public health and air pollution laws - and the physics of normal contrail formation.

As hundreds of thousands of North Americans jam hospital emergency rooms in a nearly year-round epidemic of sometimes fatal "flu-like" illness, it has been difficult not to believe that some kind of population cull is underway.

Indeed, more than 80 years of calls by pioneering American eugenicists, some of the most powerful families in the U.S., and their Nazi allies to eliminate unproductive "useless eaters" and the "human weeds" of non-white races, the infirm and elderly - are thoroughly documented. With the pressures of an aging population increasingly squeezing government and corporate bottom lines, such influential statesmen as Henry Kissinger, Robert McNamara, Jaques Cousteau and Ted Turner have called for immediate and drastic population reductions.

The dictionary definition of decimation of a population is a one-in-10 death toll. Despite a CDC-confirmed few-percentage increase in annual deaths among the elderly from pneumonia, Influenza-Like Illness and related cardiac arrest - there is no statistical proof that such a chemtrail cull is currently taking place.

If genocide is truly intended, such an aerial spray program need not be repeated relentlessly over cities and remote rural communities for at least 28 months. Current U.S. biowarfare capabilities could see one or two aerial applications of a rapidly replicating contagion infecting, sickening and killing target populations virtually overnight.

But who would fly the genocide planes? Since there are not nearly enough foreign pilots qualified to fly the 700 KC-135 and KC-10 tankers in the U.S. inventory, how could American air crews be persuaded to carry out such missions against their own families?

The "inoculation" explanation would not play well among tanker crews already leaving the armed forces in droves rather than line up for anthrax vaccinations known to contain illegal adjuvants and the mycoplasma responsible for Gulf War Illness. Military personnel conversant with germ warfare also know that besides posing grave risks, no inoculation can possibly protect against terrorist "cocktails" of multiple disease agents whose genetic composition can be altered literally overnight.

If the choice is air-sprayed genocide, what would be the point of any government inflicting massive and indiscriminate casualties on its own people? With so many sick and dying workers, managers and consumers, entire economies would face catastrophic curtailment. Not to mention armed revolt by the survivors.

A far more effective and selective pathway for pathogens is through vaccination. In 1969, House Appropriations bill 15090 approved an additional $10 million for U.S. biowarfare researchers to produce a synthetic biological agent "that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired." Three years later, the misnamed World Health Organization suggested that their new human immuno-deficiency virus could best be tested in a vaccination program aimed at infecting siblings. In 1977, after warning of a non-existent epidemic, the WHO began injecting HIV-laced smallpox vaccine into over 100 million Africans in the remote jungles of Sierre Leone.

The following year an experimental hepatitis B vaccine administered to gay men in seven U.S. cities was followed by an outbreak of AIDS in those seven - and only those seven - locations. Five years after receiving the WHO,s contaminated vaccinations, 60% of recipients became infected with HIV. Today, half of New York City,s gay population has died from AIDS, and 30 million African people are infected with this lab-concocted disease. Within 15 years, the population of Africa could be cut in half, and the spread of AIDS in Asia will account for more infections than in sub-Saharan Africa.

Merck pharmaceutical, Litton Bionetics and other profiteering vaccines-makers have a long history of biowarfare research - as well as close connections with Henry Kissinger and other influential Americans who have called for a cull. In October, 1999, a special congressional investigation examined contractual links between vaccine makers and the biological weapons industry after the National Cancer Institute tied millions of cases of cancer and auto-immune illness to contaminated vaccines and possible bioweapons experiments. Experimental vaccines known to cause systemic illness continue to target minority groups in the USA, where the inoculation of infants is now mandatory.

A campaign as vast, blatant and expensive as chemtrails is not needed to facilitate a cull continued under the guise of "mercy killing" in hospitals across North America. The New England Journal of Medicine reports that at least 1 in 5 critical care nurses admit to having hastened the death of the elderly in their care - even killing patients who are not terminally ill. Pope John Paul II has railed against this "Culture of Death", which he warned in a recent encyclical "is advancing above all in prosperous societies, marked by an attitude of excessive preoccupation with efficiency and which sees the growing number of elderly and disabled as intolerable and too burdensome."

People sickened by chemtrails are easier to control. But mass media brainwashing, orchestrated fears of unemployment, a cornucopia of legal and illicit drugs - and the further mind-muddle caused by incessant din, experimental electromagnetic weaponry and rapidly rising microwave smog - have already created a befuddled and docile public too frightened, apathetic or mesmerized even to look up at the outrageous aerial patterns being woven right over their heads.

But not everyone is asleep. In the face of deepening distrust in shadowy federal agencies unresponsive to their electorate employers, chemtrail confusion and paranoia is spreading with every repetition of unverified rumor and garbled reports.

Let's look at the facts as they are known today:

1. Steadily intensifying high-level "chemtrail" spraying at altitudes between approximately 20,000 and 35,000 feet are being reported over at least 14 allied nations.

2. Widespread illness and unusual, non-forecast weather events often follow heavy spraying - which usually takes place on "blue sky days", clear nights just before dawn, and/or along the edge of advancing storm fronts.

3. To date, no disease-causing organisms have been found in chemtrail plumes.

4. To date, no chemtrail plumes have been successfully sampled.

5. There are at least two aerial spray programs underway. Though much less extensive than high-altitude chemtrail spraying, over the past two years C-130 propeller aircraft have dropped gel-like material at rooftop-level over at least 40 neighborhood and wilderness locations in the USA. The biggest cluster of suburban spatterings has taken place in Utah near Dugway Proving Grounds. (This military test center for bioweapons became notorious for killing sheep around its boundaries after the spray valve on a jet fighter failed to close.)

Intentional treetop-level drops of a sick-making red powder also took place over Espanola, Ontario last summer. Just as in high-level chemtrail spraying, in all documented cases of extremely low-level drops over populated areas, serious upper respiratory and/or gastrointestinal illness followed within 24 - 48 hours among people and pets exposed on the ground.

6. Our only laboratory tests of air-dropped gel and red powder come from rooftop-level releases. The disease-causing bacteria, molds and fungi found so far have not come from chemtrails.

7. While decades of "open air" biowarfare tests on population centers in Canada, England and the U.S. provide plenty of precedent for experimenting on uninformed and non-consenting "human test subjects" - the current chemtrail program is far too pervasive and persistent to coincide with previous biowarfare tests conducted at specific locations over a few days.

Nor are supposedly harmless biowar "simulants" being used today. "Bio-hazard" materials found in low-level gel and red powder drops by startled laboratory technicians include corroborative "cocktails" of disease-causing bacteria, molds and fungi. (The televised 1994 gel drops over Oakville, Washington were also found by the state health department to contain human blood cells.)

8. Cobweb-type material has also fallen across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Australia and South Africa. Eye-witnesses report fine filaments - sometimes referred to as "angel hair" - being dropped over Salisaw, Oklahoma and Karoo, South Africa from high-flying jet aircraft. So far, microscopic examinations revealing the possible presence of inert blood cells have not been corroborated by actual lab tests. \ 9. A call by Edward Teller for an aerial "sunscreen" to be sprayed above the Earth, a practical patent for the reduction of greenhouse warming by spraying reflective aluminum particles from jets, and a study by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory confirming that this billion-dollar-a-year aerial spray program would prevent further warming despite a projected doubling in CO2 emissions came in 1998 as the world,s insurers pressed governments to turn down the heat on rapidly rising temperatures. Reeling from catastrophic storm losses up 1,500% over the past decade, the insurance lobby is a voice - and money market investor - bigger than Big Oil and the international trade in arms.

10. The only actual laboratory test carried out on rainwater falling through heavy chemtrails over Espanola, Ontario found aluminum particles at seven-times maximum permissible "safe" levels.

11. Aluminum is a potent neurotoxin capable of producing all symptoms of Chemtrail-Related Illness (CRI). Unlike viral-derived illness, the absence of contagion between exposed and non-exposed family members - along with asthma attacks and other severe allergic reactions - points to a non-viral cause of chemtrail sickness.

12. Jet fuel ingredients found to cause severe allergic reactions include benzene byproducts and Ethylene Dibromide (EDB). Tests on commercial jet fuel (not chemtrails) carried out by Aqua-Tech labs in 1997 found in lab sample #MEL 97-1140, 51 toxic substances - including benzenes, various methanes, carbon tetrachloride, styrene, toluene, and 1,2 dibromethane (EDB).

The EDB measured by Aqua Tech was found at such minute levels as to be almost undetectable. But the Registered Microbiologist who submitted this California JP-8 jet fuel sample disputes the official lab report, insisting that the actual levels of this potent carcinogen (banned by emergency EPA order in 1984) were much higher. Recently reported NASA lab tests of JP-8 do not substantiate his claim.

13. Despite laboratory evidence of potent chemtrail allergens, the weeks-long dry hacking cough and other extreme and persistent symptoms often experienced in the wake of chemtrail spraying - coupled with reoccurring illness in the absence of re-exposure - argue strongly for a pathogenic component. With the CDC now reporting that an unknown disease-causing parasite is responsible for epidemics that most often test negative for influenza, this reporter believes that parasitic fungal infection is the primary agent of systemic sickness in the North American population today.

Since no actual chemtrail plumes have been tested, it is not yet possible to say whether fungal spores growing inside jet fuel tanks or deliberately introduced into the spray "mix" are part of the chemtrail program. But immune-weakening reactions to aluminum dust fine as talcum powder could leave susceptible persons vulnerable to extremely toxic fungal mycotoxins already proliferating in the environment.

The escape of germ warfare-modified mycoplasma fungi into the general population following the Gulf War, and the sudden appearance of other "stealth" pathogens such as viral-bacterial-fungal hybrids called viteria are further cause to suspect inadvertent and intentional releases of experimental bio-agents from secretive biowarfare labs. Adding chemtrail contamination to this unholy brew is extremely hazardous.

14. Though aluminum carries a relatively low electrical conductivity, the possible presence of other chemicals and/or metals in chemtrail sprays could interact unpredictably with electromagnetic energy already saturating urban environments. The possibility of deliberately introduced pulsed microwaves or low frequency waves to cause confusion and illness cannot be ruled out. On several occasions, aircraft displaying unusual antenna have been sighted during chemtrail activity and simultaneous television interference on the ground. At least two observers report electromagnetic alarms sounding during chemtrail flyovers.

15. So far, those persons with strong immune systems appear to be either unaffected by chemtrails, or recover relatively quickly from heavy exposure. Reported effective treatments and preventative "cellular shielding" include homemade colloidal silver, liquid oxygen supplementation, and high-quality vitamin and herbal supplements. Laboratory-confirmed mycoplasma infection can almost always be cured by repeated courses of specific antibiotics such as doxycycline administered under a physician,s direct supervision.

16. While the best available print and photographic documentation confirms what USAF "Weather Force Specialists" refer to as chemical spraying for the purposes of "aerial obscuration" - the bottom line of the chemtrails conundrum remains: We still cannot say for certain what is being sprayed on us, and why.

17. Any government that continues to spray toxic substances on its own people for any reason - knowing that an epidemic of fatalities is taking place at the same time - is committing murder.

18. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, it is illegal to carry out an illegal order. Even if undertaken as an "operational necessity" for reasons of unannounced and unsubstantiated national security, any member of the military who deliberately sickens and kills her or his own people is committing treason against the populace they are pledged to protect.

A couple of years ago I was living on the northern California coast, twenty miles south of the Oregon border. I had a friend who was very much into the conspiracy theories, and was always ranting and raving about what "they" were doing to us, what "they" were hiding, and so forth. One day during a visit, he brought up CHEMTRAILS. I listened to his rantings with the usual grain of salt, and promised him I would look at the websites he offered would "open my eyes".

A few days later, while on the net, I decided to look up the alleged CHEMTRAILS. I was at first amazed. The sites I looked at contained photos, maps and eye witness accounts- Then I began to be concerned. Just what were "they" spraying? I began to inform other friends and neighbors, and it wasn't long before I saw the spraying with my own eyes, above my own house. Now it was "real."

Last year, I made a trip to Nashville, TN to visit my mother and she admitted to following the growing data being compiled on the net, too. We stood outside her house a couple of mornings and evenings watching a myriad of gridlines being laid over the area , and tossed about a few theories as to the meaning of them all.

Now I live in Cocoa, FL and see heavy spraying overhead almost everyday. I watched the internet coverage explode almost over night with reports from Portland to Perth. A few solid theories seem to have taken hold, but I have yet to make up my own mind ( I favor the inoculation theory).

I am writing today because I have witnessed a new chapter unfold. Last night (Sunday, July 16), Channel 35 News, which is the local FOX station out of Orlando, actually did a hefty segment (on Chemtrails) on the 10pm news. I was stunned, and pleased. Finally.

They presented many photographs and had a few experts on both sides of the issue. It was typical media fare, but it was THERE. Probably the best thing of all was that the anchor refrained from making any follow-up comments, leaving the issue suspended, and the viewers to make up their own minds.

As I went out this morning to have my coffee on the back porch, I noticed the spraying is quite intense today, about 10 lines so far- and I couldn't help but wonder how many "new" eyes were now gazing along with me, and asking the same question....why?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for all the great shows and info you provide. I just wanted you to know that today, July 16, we here in Portland, OR were treated to beautiful chemtrail "rainbows" for lack of a better word. Actually more of an oily smudge in the sky similar to oil on pavement in wet weather. It, along with about 35 other chemtrails polluted my whole beautiful blue sky. We topped out at 92 degrees today, but without all the clouds from the craptrails we would have hit alot higher.

Our CBS affiliate weatherman, Randy Querin, reported this as some sort of 'ice crystal' in the atmosphere phenomenon and actually gave it a rather pretty-sounding name which, not being a meteoroligist, escapes me. However, his describing this as a 'high altitude ice crystal rainbow' makes no sense as I witnessed it in my local geographic location not once but about 5 times in different parts of the sky at different times of the day, and agles of the sun… So, why something so rare would occur so frequently during a single day makes no sense. Not to mention I have personally witnessed the exact same " formations" about 3 times since last year. Not to mention the fierce-looking black line that you have pictures of on your site. I have noticed that the black line varies as to duration from mere minutes to more like 10 minutes. I have seen this scarey momma 3 times and pointed it out twice to others. It is time for an answer. Let us all work together on this.

BYRON BAY CHEMTRAILS - AUSTRALIA

Last Wednesday's unusual sky patterns over Byron Bay attracted the attention of a number of people interested in the phenomenon of 'chemtrails', which are the subject of a large volume of internet and fringe media content.

What they saw was a lingering set of vapour trails, similar to those commonly seen when high-altitude jet aircraft pass overhead and known as 'contrails'.

But unlike contrails, which dissipate over a few minutes, chemtrails linger in the sky for hours, sometimes eventually forming an overhead haze. Chemtrails are typically found at lower altitudes than contrails, typically between 10,000 and 15,000 feet.

Often, chemtrails form cross-cross or scattered matchstick patterns. They are associated with anonymous white aircraft, and appear to be emitted directly from the plane, unlike contrails which form distinctly behind, and separate from, high-flying jet aircraft.

Within hours of the sightings, the high-volume Jeff Rense web-site http://www.rense.com featured a report of 'Chemtrails over Byron Bay and Gold Coast of Australia'.

Local resident Gary Opit contacted The Echo about the sightings, saying 'During the last couple of years in the USA various newspapers have been reporting epidemics of respiratory infections and auto-immune reactions immediately after residents have sighted aircraft creating chemtrail grid patterns followed by occluded skies. Severe headaches, shortness of breath, joint pain and dry, hacking coughs are the usual symptoms.

'It is interesting to note that Dr Lyman Condie, chair of the Virtual Proving Ground at the US Army's Dugway biowarfare testing centre, states in their website that "the computer-derived Atmospheric Dispersion Models, used to simulate the spread of bioweapons in the open air, must be validated by field testing on live human subjects provising a far more realistic and believable simulation".'

When attempting to confirm this quote, I contacted the Dugway site but was rebuffed with an 'access forbidden' message.

Mr Opit continued, 'In December 1998 and January 1999 the BBC reported lingering contrails and cobweb-like fallout followed by epidemics of respiratory infection in the London, Birmingham, Manchester, Mersey, Norfolk and Norwich areas of England and in August 1998 at Quirindi, NSW, dozens of residents reported a similar occurrence.'

Another local chemtrail-watcher, Shlomo Arnon, provided The Echo with many references on the subject, including a woman from Pingelly, WA, a small town south-east of Perth. She claims her family has suffered dramatic ill-health since numerous chemtrail appearances over the town in April and May last year, and that many other the townspeople suffered similarly. Mr Arnon says he also saw chemtrails over Brunswick Heads in early June.

The skies over Byron last Wednesday also caught the attention of wholistic health practitioner Mark Abriel. He photographed the chemtrail-like formation while on a surf-stop at Lennox Head.
Mr Abriel has been intrigued by a number of people coming to him recently with ailments similar to those described by chemtrail-affected people. Although he is the first to point out it's impossible to link these illnesses with chemtrails, just as it's extremely difficult to unequivocally link ailments with almost any form of chemical exposure, he finds the similarities striking.

'These people had lingering infections, such as month-long flu symptoms, or ulceration of the mucus lining inside the nose,' he said. 'They had lethargy, digestive problems, confusion and flu-like sore throats.' Analyses of chemtrail fallout overseas have shown up a biochemical-warfare soup of toxins, pathogens, fungi, moulds, and genetically-engineered organisms such as Mycoplasma Fermentens Incognitus and Psuedomonas Flourescens. Some of these organisms have been linked to the 'Gulf War Syndrome'. Most are extremely antibiotic-resistant.

Mark Abriel said, 'The whole brew is said to be activated by oxidated stress, so anything that oxidises the body and the production of free radicals will accelerate the destructive effects.'

He is a practitioner of Ayurvedic medicine which has at its disposal some potent anti-oxidants, such as Amla berry, and finds that people with mystery lingering illnesses often respond well to these treatments. 'It's an ancient form of defence against our newest modern threats,' says Mr Abriel.' He finds that the diagnostic techniques of Kinesiology and other alternative health traditions make treatment and neutralisation of difficult illnesses very effective. 'But these diagnostic techniques are not accepted as evidence by Western science,' he says.

Chemtrail-watchers find the appearance of the phenomenon over Byron extremely disturbing, and a trawl through the internet explains why.

There are hundreds of sites documenting chemtrails.

Chemtrail theory includes the possibility of biowarfare tests, clandestine mass-vaccination, attempts to ameliorate global warming, and de-population strategies. Some of the exerts, like award-winning journalist Will Thomas, make convincing reading.

And there are plenty of sceptics who say this is nothing but another lunatic-fringe conspiracy theory. Space constraints prevent us from evaluating these theories here.

While it's not possible to be sure exactly what was drifting over Byron last week, a trawl of the internet certainly has one paying more attention than usual to the sky.

You're going to be contacting various forms of media. YES!

Looking at the past, at the reports and articles in this 'Campaign On Chemtrails', I've registered that some of these reports people have managed to get in local or regional media, have had a huge effect, because they're our landmarks now. SO, if we can get a lot more 'standard' media to cover it, we may start to break through.

Just heard from JB who's posting here and he's heading towards an MP in England. Local newspapers phoned me last week and I said two things: (1) JET FUEL (because that was highlighted locally recently), and (2) CHEMTRAILS. The reporter said the air was bad local to his office, and he felt to go at JET FUEL. That's good enough. Because it's not a big step, and he'll probably end up in 'CHEMTRAILS'. And I can send him Chemtrail literature later.

I've got packs of Chemtrail reports ready here to give to local government representatives. I know a few personally. I'm designing literature for there fight against the proposed local sighting of an extremely powerful antenna for a new local radio. So I have a lot of leverage with these people. AND, I can eyeball them and their friends on the street IF they hesitate too long on talking about Chemtrails.

Work local & change the world.

Just giving a couple of ideas, above, of how to work 'Chemtrails' in locally.

With all the evidence we've now got, we'd be mugs not to give it a try.

RE: CHEMTRAIL SPRAYING OVER BYRON SHIRE

Dear Janelle,

Thank you for calling Shlomo Arnon, former President of the Upper Main Arm Landcare Group, on 26 July expressing your concerns about the Chemtrails spraying.

A great many members of our community feel that this Chemtrails spraying could pose the most serious public health disaster in the history of Australia. We have already received reports from people suffering from symptoms commonly associated with the Chemtrail spraying. At least one health professional has informed us that he has had an increase in patients complaining of these symptoms.

Shlomo has alerted and informed the Meadows Medical Center, Mullumbimby, some months ago, to the potential respiratory epidemic associated with Chemtrail spraying and requested a Community Medical Watch for an outbreak of classical Chemtrails health problems. Dr. Mark Abriel of Byron Bay has observed and photographed many of these Chemtrails (as have I) on several occasions, and he is also very familiar with the medical symptoms. He is currently researching natural herbal cures for Chemtrail toxicity and we would advise that you to consult him too.

We note that you have already read the article on Chemtrails by Eve Sinton in 'The Echo' and which is available on the internet at the following address : http://www.rense.com/general2/by.htm. We note that you have assured Shlomo that you will read the URLs at the end of Eve s article. We are confident that you now understand that the Chemtrail Phenomena is occurring in all western countries with disastrous results and the observations and photographs listed in http://www.strangehaze.freeservers.com/ prove that it has been occurring in other countries for some time.

Analysis of Chemtrail fallout overseas have shown up a biochemical-warfare soup of toxins, pathogens, fungi, moulds, and genetically-engineered organisms such as Mycoplasma fermentens incognitus and Pseudomonas flourescens. Some of these organisms have been linked to the 'Gulf War Syndrome.' Most are extremely antibiotic resistant. You may note that Councilor Jan Mangelson s own son, Adam, confirmed to Shlomo that he had identical Chemtrails symptoms to those mentioned in this letter.

The spraying appears to be a planned operation occurring in many different parts of Australia. In order to be better informed, it would be wise to contact Ms. Julie King, 08-9887-0050, in Western Australia, for first hand accounts of the health problems. She and her children, as well as many others in her home town of Pingally, became very sick with symptoms leading to pneumonia shortly after spraying took place 3 days before the Easter holidays finished. The local school s entire complement of students were unable to attend for some period of time because of the epidemic of respiratory complaints and the hospital was filled to capacity by patients all suffering from pneumonia.

Symptoms include continuous mucus discharges in the nose and throat, with patients repeatedly coughing up green material with blood, followed by short-term memory loss, lethargy and fatigue continuing for several months and pneumonia in those patients with a less than extremely healthy immune system. Of interest is that there is generally no increase in normal body temperature during the infection. Local Doctors in W.A. have found that only extremely heavy doses of certain antibiotics provide relief, though fatigue will remain a symptom for extended periods of time. The Doctors have apparently identified the organism as being responsible.

Whilst you advised Shlomo to contact Don Page M.P., and Councilor Jan Mangleson maintained that this is not a council problem and that we should contact Larry Anthony M.P., we would like you to know that American politicians are NOT being informed about these Chemtrail spraying and so we have reason to believe that our own politicians will also have little knowledge of the situation. Besides, Shlomo has already sent information about the Byron Bay Chemtrail spraying as soon as it was posted worldwide on the internet. We have the urgent responsibility to alert the community to the extreme dangers these illegal high altitude spraying operations may have on the health of population and not get involved with politics.

This will give a worldwide exposure to Byron Shire as the most advanced shire in Australia to many millions of Americans, and Shlomo have also suggested to include Mayor Tom Wilson and Dr. Abriel too.

After listening and talking to Julie and Clifford, you will understand that you are now facing probably the most difficult task of your life, how to inform and protect our community from the plagues that have already occurred in other cities.

As this is the most urgent health disaster in our shire history

1. For those who don t have computers, setting up a Chemtrail File in your office and publicizing it in the local papers, so that you will have the best input from the public. I have requested Shlomo Arnon who is well informed, to coordinate this project for you and he has agreed to do it at his own cost as a free community service.

2. Requesting our medical personal to give you weekly reports. In the USA, many doctors have to report results of Chemtrail spraying back to authorities.

3. Set up Chemtrail Alert. When Chemtrails are spotted, all schools should not allow the kids to leave their classrooms. The public similarly will be advised to stay indoor and close all windows, as it is done with the smog problem in Los Angeles.

4. Inform all school teachers and principals about this hazard and teach the children to distinguish between Chemtrails and Contrails. I have requested Shlomo Arnon who is also the P&C Vice president of our Mullumbimby Primary School to give free public lectures at all our schools at his own cost, and he has agreed.

5. Research websites and Internet Discussion Groups on Chemtrails worldwide, and publish a Weekly Council Health Advisory on Chemtrails.

6. Contact immediately all our politicians and organized a meeting with our community.

7. Inform immediately all neighboring councils to report back to us, as most spraying is done now north west of us and sometimes at night too.

8. Organized an immediate urgent community meetings as former Councilor Ian Hoskins have suggested. Shlomo has promised Ian to give free lectures.

9. Councilor Jan Mangelson has background in health issues and her son Adam is now sick with symptoms similar to classical Chemtrail symptoms, her husband Jim is the owner of Chincogan Real Estate in Mullumbimby. Jim saw the Chemtrails several times and photographed them too, he offers his photos free by email to anyone.

10. Alert all Landcare groups and other community groups to watch the sky as Shlomo, former President of the Upper Main Arm Landcare Group suggested.

11. Council personal are already well aware of the Chemtrails. Shlomo has met Wayne Thompson and his crew of Council employees in Mullumbimby, next to the video shop, while working on the road, and pointed to them the Chemtrails in the sky. Wayne was amazed, and told Shlomo that he will keep watching the sky.

12. We and Eve at The Echo, can provide you with a long list of people in our community who will give you descriptions of the Chemtrails.

13. Alex Benham, Principal, Mullumbimby Primary School, has already seen the Chemtrail himself. Alex & Shlomo have already studied together the phenomena on the Internet.

14. We already have a network of Chemtrails Watchers who are in constant alert with cameras at their cars, ready all the time.

Over the last few weeks we have received reports of practically daily Chemtrail spraying over Byron Shire. In the last few days, the usual 'lines in the sky' are not always visible, instead, the spraying seem to be done over the hills to the west in the early morning or night, and it is slowly drifting to Mullumbimby and Byron Bay during the day. This is turning our normally blue sky in the morning to an unnatural 'flat carpet' of clouds and haze, which does not raise any suspicions to the untrained eye, and we never have rain. Jim Mangelson of Chincogan Real Estate and others, have alerted us yesterday, when they noticed a spectacular straight line in the middle of the 'carpet'. BBCIC NEWS: A professional photographer in Byron Bay took two rolls of films last Thursday of a very heavy Chemtrails activity over Byron Bay. When he developed the films he found many 'floating objects' between the Chemtrails. Shlomo, who was formerly with the Israeli Air Force and was teaching UFO's at UCLA, California, inspected the slides and determined that the 'floating objects' are classical UFO's. As the Australian public is not very familiar with the subject of UFO's, Shlomo has decided not to discuss the UFO's locally in order not to confuse the Chemtrail issue at the moment. Shlomo is now negotiating to post these spectacular UFO-Chemtrail photos on the Jeff Rense website soon.

Less Ozone, More Disease, More Chemtrails

I've been getting reports from all over the United States and Europe of heightened Chemtrails activity up from a decreased (but still present) activity over the summer months of June, July and August. I've also been reading reports of the growing fungal-based diseases in humans, plants and animals as well as skin and respiratory cancer rates around the world. Judging by the news that just came out of NASA Headquarters yesterday, September 7th, the connection seems all too clear to this researcher.

On September 7th, 2000, Release 00-137 reported to NASA News that "the largest ozone hole ever was found over the Antartic" and that it was the outrageous size of "three times larger than the landmass of the United States". Measured by a NASA spectrometer, this ozone "hole" (sounds more like a separate planet!) measured a record size of approximately 11 million square miles (28.3 million square kilometers) when measured September 3rd, 2000. This beats the earlier record of 10.5 million square miles (27.2 million square kilometers) measured September 19, 1998. Apparently, the spread of the hole's size has stabilized but the low levels of its interior continue to fall - this is somewhat typical, however, as the lowest readings in the ozone hole are seen in late September, early October.

For those "ozone skeptics" and/or "ozone spin doctors" out there who keep telling us that the growing ozone holes and their concomittent damage are a "normal cycling" and that there's nothing to be concerned about, this researcher would ask them to please answer these questions:

1. Why the frenetic worldwide activity in our skies to create some sort of cloud cover via what we now call "Chemtrails"?
2. Why does the United Nations have extensive Global Warming Protocols in place outlining the real environmental and human dangers of growing ozone holes with worldwide participation of countries involved in ozone measuring, ozone-patching, and ozone-effects related research?
3. Why are the rates of human skin cancer occurrences and deaths skyrocketing?
4. Why the proliferation of fungal-based diseases in both humans, animals and plants?
5. Why are our amphibian populations dying off and becoming extinct with genetic defects?
6. Why are polar animal researchers finding "skinny" polar bears, a phenomena that occurs when their environment becomes too warm, the polar ice melts, the bears cannot get out into the water on ice flows to "fish", hence they do not eat for months and are forced to live off their existing fat stores, thus losing enormous amounts of weight, their young dying from lack of nutrition from their mothers?
7. Why have researchers found newly formed "lakes" at the North Pole from melted ice?


If its all nothing to be concerned about, why is the United Nations spending billions of dollars on an ozone research program when they are financially in the arrears to begin with? One would think that such a seemingly "trivial" and "natural cycling occurrence" such as some ozone critics would have us believe would not warrant a body like the United Nations taking such a profound and expensive interest in. Such acute and widespread activity that just happens to mirror the acute and widespread and has-to-be expensive activity in another area which critics also want to write off to "normal and trivial" activity, and that would be..ta-da! Chemtrails.

Although reading NASA's new spectrographic analysis reports on the new dimensions of the astronomical size of the Antarctic ozone hole lends credence and support to those of us researchers who can connect the dots in the ozone-environmental breakdown-human disease-Chemtrails maze, why do the rocket scientists at NASA have to be the ones to break the news to us in bit by bit sound bites and press releases? Is it the "give them a little at a time" psychology? Too much bad news at once causes chaos? Maybe But, with all those "men" in our United States government, especially the two groups running for Presidential office this year talking about "accountability and morality and honesty" ad nauseam, and in the United Nations even, doesn't any of them have the grande cajones to be honest and just tell us what we're facing with this badly damaged ozone and the Tellerian* attempt to deflect the sun's rays a mere 1% by injecting sunlight-scattering particles via the incessant Chemtrails activity of the last two years? After all, don't these guys and their families breathe the same air we do? Won't the same sun burn their skin? Aren't they going to get the same illnesses we do? Huh?

Reading between the lines in the sky

The U.S. government has a long and sordid record of using Americans as unwitting guinea pigs. The Army's own records and numerous congressional investigations confirm that both civilians and military personnel have been continually "tested" with poisonous injections, psychotropic drugs and aerial spraying during numerous covert projects.

Congress has enabled the military to abuse us like this by passing laws of subterfuge and deceit. The prime example is Title 50, which authorizes America's grisly chemical and biological warfare program.

Chapter 32, Section 1520a appears to protect citizens from secret experimentation since it states that citizens must give informed consent for testing. But Section 1515 of the same chapter authorizes suspension of the informed consent requirement "during the period of any national emergency."

According to the research of Dr. Eugene Schroder and others, this nation has been in a declared state of national emergency since 1934.

By presidential edict, America remains under a permanent state of emergency. Naive citizens are conditioned to accept this because they are pummeled with dire predictions about illegal drugs, terrorism, global warming and disease. Thus, America has become a bogeyman state, the definition of bogey being "an imaginary evil or anything society especially (and often needlessly) fears."

Pre-fabricated bogeys are governing tools used to further a sinister agenda. Ironically, it can be shown with astonishing documentation that the very same government which hysterically warns of drugs, thugs and bugs is also:

* operating the international heroin and cocaine trade

* committing horrific terrorist atrocities through patsies like Tim McVeigh

* deploying thousands of polluting aircraft to spray the atmosphere with bizarre
biologicals, as well as barium, a chemical which can engender artificial heat

We must therefore take with a large grain of barium salts the apocalyptic predictions on global warming released last month by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Fred Singer, former director of the U.S. Weather Satellite Service, has discredited the panel's doom and gloom report, which he called a "political statement."

Quoted by the Washington Post, Singer called the UN's predictions "suspect" because they are a drastic contradiction of existing scientific data collected by weather stations, satellites and high altitude balloons. Backed by a large number of other credible scientists who dare to tell the truth, Singer pointed out that almost all instrumental data show virtually no significant global warming trend in the last 60 years.

This poignant fact did not impede CBS news when it reported last January that America's military-industrial establishment is looking at drastic solutions to the "problem" of global warming.

The proposed solutions include blasting tiny particles into the air, launching 50,000 mirrors into orbit and putting a huge SOHO satellite between the earth and the sun. Such seemingly absurd solutions would be used, according to CBS, to "dim the power of the sun."

Bogey-frightened Americans are now being conditioned to accept "future" atmospheric experiments. The laugh is, these experiments have been underway for years. This is illustrated by "chemtrails" permeating our skies since early 1999. Crisscrossing lines of persistent aircraft effluent are dubbed "chemtrails" because they are very obviously NOT normal jet condensation contrails comprised of engine exhaust and water vapor. Chemtrails are comprised of chemical compounds and particulates specifically formulated to alter the atmosphere and "dim the power of the sun."

Intrepid chemtrail investigator Clifford Carnicom has organized clues
indicating that we humans are being used as lab rats once again.
He says:

1. We have had jet engines for 50 years but something has changed.
We are seeing a whole new area of physics and aircraft activity as our skies are now continually overcast with either haze or clouds formed from aircraft effluent, a phenomenon which we did not see before early 1999.

2. Normal contrails begin to form a full wing span behind the tail section. Now we are seeing aircraft effluent coming right out of the tail (stabilizer section) or out of the wings, signifying that the effluent is being sprayed, rather than forming as a by-product of combustion.

3. Contrails composed of water vapor will almost always dissipate in a couple of minutes, as they have for the last 50 years. Chemtrails not only prevail for hours, but foam out to create either a white haze or a dense cloud cover.

4. At least six credible sources, including NASA, confirm that natural cloud formation almost always occurs at more than 70 percent humidity. Balloon radio observations indicate that chemtrail effluent is forming man-made clouds even under conditions of extremely low humidity.

5. Cloud formation requires very tiny nuclei particles.

Most cloud nuclei is only .3 to .2 microns in size. Normal aircraft exhaust emits much larger particles (30-200 microns) and yet the effluent from chemtrail planes are now forming clouds.

Carnicom says there are three forms of atmospheric material reported in conjunction with the chemtrail phenomenon.

These include: Sticky gels, powders and extremely tiny fibrous material (much smaller than asbestos). Some of this material has been found to contain biological components, including human blood cells. These materials are often associated with reports of illness when humans come into contact them.

We can be assured their our bogey-meisters will never warn about the real crisis confronting us: The mindset of those who would create an put into motion policies that would seed our breathing mixture with systemic poisons. Distinguished chemtrail commentator Diane Harvey sums it up like this:
"It is beginning to look as if the actual purpose of all that we have been investigating is nothing less than the actual physical transformation of the earth's atmosphere in order to provide a platform for the latest chemical/electromagnetic technologies of warfare, communication, weather control, and control of populations through non-lethal chemical electromagnetic means. And what this portends for the future in terms of any meaningful retention of human freedom, and even the very life of the planet itself, is entirely unknown. Therefore it is not beyond reason to suggest that, unless this project is forced into the light of public scrutiny by means of a relatively few dedicated citizens, human freedom itself and perhaps even all life on this planet may be at risk."

CONCERNED OVER CHEMTRAILS

Vancouver, Canada - Mar. 5, 2002…As continuing chemtrail activity culminated in massive aerial spraying over Vancouver Island and Washington state yesterday- and broadening plumes once again fanned out to haze clear blue skies - Air Traffic Controllers at major airports across the United States expressed concern over the emissions constantly showing up on their radar screens.

"Chemtrails” is the term widely used to describe the brilliant white ‘trails laid down by U.S. Air Force tanker planes photo-identified over North America and a dozen other allied nations in a process the U.S. Air Force calls “aerial obscuration”.

First confirmed by Airport Authority Terry Stewart at the Victoria International Airport on Dec. 8, 2000 as a “joint Canada-U.S. military operation” – and stridently denied by senior officers at Canadian Forces Base (where Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier he had received his information) – these multi-plane missions were verified in March, 2001 by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager for the northeastern seaboard of the United States.

In three taped interviews with this reporter and veteran radio journalist S.T. Brendt, our “Deep Sky” source said that he had been ordered to divert incoming commercial flights away from USAF tankers spraying s substance that showed up on ATC radars as a “haze”.

These radar returns are the signature of the fine aluminum particles found in laboratory tests of chemtrail-contaminated rain taken in Espanola, Ontario in the summer of 1999. The lab analysis found reflective quartz particles in the chemtrail fallout – and levels of aluminum five-times higher than Ontario’s maximum permissible health safety standards.

After Canadian government Defense Critic Gordon Earle presented a petition signed by 550 Espanola residents to Parliament in November, 1999 demanding an end to aerial spraying by “commercial or military aircraft, foreign or domestic” which appeared to be making many people sick, DND eventually replied, “It’s not us.”

The aluminum found in chemtrails over Ontario matches the 10 micron aluminum oxide called for in a 1994 patent issued to Hughes Aircraft Company. “Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming” refers to spreading highly reflective materials in the atmosphere to reflect enough incoming sunlight (1 to 2%) to slow rapidly-accelerating global warming.

Edward Teller, father of the H-bomb, called for this billion dollar a year “sky shield” program after computer simulations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory showed it would prevent warming over 85% of the planet’s surface despite a predicted doubling of heat-trapping C02 in the atmosphere over the next 40 years.

But Ken Caldeira – the climate expert who ran the computer model – has warned that the stratospheric spraying of sunlight-reflecting chemicals could “destroy the ozone layer” – and pose human health risks.

CONTROLLERS ACROSS U.S. EXPRESS CONCERN

Starting last December, on heavy “spray days” Deep Sky began calling companion controllers across the country. Were they seeing the same thing on their ‘scopes? What were they being told?

In a fourth interview with reporter S.T. Brendt last week, Deep Sky stated that Air Traffic Controllers at Chicago’s O’Hare airport, all three major airports in New York, Los Angeles LAX, San Francisco, Atlanta, Cleveland, San Diego, Washington DC’s Dulles and Jacksonville, Florida were being ordered to route airliners beneath formations of Air Force tanker planes spraying something that regularly clouds their screens.

Several smaller but busy airports at Westchester County in New York state and Manchester in New Hampshire were also contacted by this an increasingly concerned Deep Sky - and confirmed similar experiences.

Every controller, without exception, is being told to divert traffic due to “military exercises”, and to bring in traffic lower because of experiments that may degrade their radars. The controllers at Cleveland’s airport were surprised by the extent of obscuration on their radars.

CHEMTRAILS SCIENTIST TALKS TO PRESS

Ohio is the home of Wright-Patterson – the air force base working with electromagnetic and weather modification technology. A scientist working at Wright-Pat recently told reporter Bob Fitrakis that two different projects are being conducted. One involves cloud creation experiments to lessen the effect of global warming. Other chemtrails are connected with the military’s extremely high-power Radio Frequency beam weapon in Alaska called HAARP.

“The scientist claims that the two most common substances being sprayed into chemtrails are aluminum oxide and barium stearate. When you see planes flying back and forth marking parallel lines, X-patterns and grids in a clear sky, that’s aluminum oxide, according to the scientist. The goal is to create an artificial sunscreen to reflect solar radiation back into space to alleviate global warming. In some cases, barium may be sprayed in a similar manner for the purpose of “high-tech 3-D radar imaging.” (Columbus Alive Dec. 6, 2001)

HR2977 is creating a “buzz” in the Air Traffic Control community. Introduced last October by Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, this bill called for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on “exotic weapons”. Section 7 of the “Space Preservation Act of 2001” sought specifically to prohibit “chemtrails”.

Kucinich recently told the Columbus Alive newspaper (Jan. 24, 2002) that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services oversight committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. “The truth is there’s an entire program in the Department of Defense, ‘Vision for 2020,’ that’s developing these weapons,” Kucinich told reporter Bob Fitrakis. The U.S. Space Command’s 2020 vision calls for “dominance” of space, land, sea and air.

Though “section vii” naming chemtrails, HAARP and other planet-threatening weapons has since been removed in a substitute bill - “under pressure” according to Kucinich - the original bill remains intact and on-file in the congressional record.

CONTRAILS VS CHEMTRAILS

The unusual white plumes reported by Air Canada pilots, police officers and former military personnel over Canada and the U.S. during the past three years are often contrasted by brief, pencil-thin contrails left by commercial jets flying above them.

Contrails form when water vapor clumps around dirt particles acting as nuclei. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

But atmospheric studies by NASA and NOAA - including TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS - confirm that artificial clouds and contrails can be manufactured under conditions of low humidity by dispensing particles from aircraft. The smaller the size of the nuclei introduced into the atmosphere, the greater the rate of artificial cloud formation.

Controllers across the United States know from their professional training that these chemicals fall to the ground. Without exception they expressed their concern to Deep Sky about possible risks to human health,
“They want to know what the heck is in there,” S.T. Brendt reported. “One of them said, ‘Aluminum or barium – that’s not something you want to be breathing.’”

Over the last few months, the controller have been told that the troubling aerial operations involve “climate experiments”. Deep Sky’s family continues to experience health problems, including his young son’s gushing nose bleeds and episodes Sudden Onset Acute Asthma in his wife.

MEDIA SNOOZE WHILE VIEWERS LOSE

A working journalist for more than 30 years - with writing and photography appearing in more than 50 publications in eight countries – award-winning Canadian reporter William Thomas says he is exasperated and embarrassed by his profession.

“For the past three years, newspaper editors and TV news directors have been telling me to bring them proof of chemtrails. The more evidence I present, the more they back away from this story. It was the same with Gulf War Illness and all of the unasked questions surrounding 9.11. Once again, it seems that ‘news managers’ would rather cover personalities, predictions and press releases than threats to Canadian sovereignty, the environment and the health of their communities.”

In challenging news people to cover the news, Thomas charges that simply repeating official denials while ignoring a deluge of reports from experts and eye-witnesses across North America is not good enough. “This is not journalism,” he says. “This is propaganda.”

Mystery Skin Rash And Chemtrails

No pictures, but some interesting follow-up. I've been aware of the chemtrail situation for a few years now and living in the West Hills here in Portland, I have a ringside seat for the daily show. Every clear day and recently every clear night, they bombard us with chemtrails - every day without fail for at least the last three years; that is, until you posted the recent article. The day after that story appeared on your site was the first clear day in three years that they haven't sprayed Portland Or. The following day they did a relatively light spray, apparently realising just how quickly the brainwashed minions forget.

But now, we have a brand new situation. The last couple days they have again quit. Sitting here on a Sunday morning, now afternoon, on a perfectly beautiful and clear day they aren't spraying us - how come? Have you heard the news? There is a skin rash epidemic hitting our public schools. A couple schools have been closed - I believe they may be re-opened on Monday - while many, I think in the hundreds, of kids have come down with this 'mystery rash'. It was the lead news story for a few nights. No one has been able to discover the cause, but since americans don't like the unknown, the local medical folks have come up with the concept of a "psychosomatic" rash. Can you believe that Jeff, the children in Portland Or. are so screwed up psychologically that they're all having a psychosomatic rash. All the local talking heads are pushing this 'theory'.

This rash looks just like those I've seen pictures of where those affected claim them to be chemtrail related. I'm not a doctor, I just play one on-line, but I'll bet you a cool million this rash is caused by our daily dose of chemtrails and the 'authorities' are afraid the minions may actually look up and somehow put two and two together. Personally, I don't think those in charge have anything to worry about, the people of Portland will never have the courage to face this issue.

With his “SE-5” plus radioanalysis machine Idaho Observer subscriber Max Willard, 67, of Roseville, Calif., found that chemtrails over his hometown contained a variety of contaminants that include DDT, hepatitis B, anthrax, DDT, and several varieties of flu and viruses associated with AIDS.

Willard was able to analyze the chemtrail clouds by photographing them and comparing the clouds' electrochemical signatures to those of various contagions until a match was found. The process Willard used would appear to be scientifically invalid. However, Willard employed the same process, resonance imaging, to determine the biochemical makeup of chemtrail clouds on earth that NASA scientists use to determine the composition of rocks, minerals and atmospheric gases on other planets.

The findings of Willard, whose professional experience was with industrial waste and water treatment, is supported by the congressional testimony of Leonard A. Cole, PhD., of Rutgers University and gives further insight into the mysteries surrounding the national “chemtrails” controversy.

Dr. Cole testified to the Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs May 6, 1994, that, as part of chemical and biological weapons research since 1949, the U.S. military has been spraying the American public with a variety of substances. “Evidence suggested that the tests may have been causing illness to exposed citizens. Nevertheless, as army spokesmen subsequently testified, the health of the millions of people exposed was never monitored because the army assumed that the bacteria and chemicals [being sprayed] were harmless,” Dr. Cole, author of “Clouds of Secrecy,” told Congress.

Though the army “assumed” the substances, called “simulants” were “harmless,” the spraying of several substances have been discontinued amid concerns that they may be “causing disease and death.”

Among the “simulants” Dr. Cole claims the army has discontinued spraying on the pubic are the fungus aspergillus fumigatus (the contagion that causes the sometimes deadly disease aspergillus); zinc cadmium sulfide (a known carcinogen); the bacterium serattia marcescens (a bacteria that can cause infections that may lead to death); and dimethyl methylphosphonate (another known toxin and carcinogen).

In the chemtrail clouds over Roseville, Willard's SE-5 detected measurable levels of a variety of pathogens that have been associated with the manifestation of physiological complications such as cancer (medulliary, melanotic, scirrhous, thymus, carcinoma), mucosal infections, upper respiratory complaints, rheumatic fever, strep throat, staph infection, tuberculosis, hepatitis C, candida and cirrhotic and fungal liver disease. There have been epidemic numbers of these types of sicknesses reported throughout the nation in recent years. Those most affected are the elderly and small children.

However, the purpose of seeding American airspace with systemic amounts of toxic substances may be even more sinister than intentionally causing the old and the young to become ill. Several people, including clinical toxicologist Dr. Zane Gard and the late Dr. Clyde Reynolds, concur that exposure to traces of toxins can trigger an immune response in healthy bodies. If the immune system is effectively “turned on” all of the time due to the traces of toxins that have been intentionally seeded into our breathing mixture, then it can be worn out. If millions of people can slowly have their immune systems undermined in this perverse manner, then, when the time is right, they may more easily succumb to pathogens that are more deadly.

“How are we going to survive this as a people unless we somehow protect ourselves from the stuff they are spraying is with?” asked Willard.

Protection will not come from those we pay to represent us in Congress as Congress has been perfecting laws that legalize the use of “human subjects” for chemical and biological weapons testing since the late 1960s. Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520 of the U.S. Code makes it “legal” to test chemical and biological weapons on the unsuspecting public so long as unnamed public officials are “notified in advance of such a test or experiment” 30 days in advance. The law's most recent amendment was made in 1997 when Congress was pressured to change the law after thousands of irate Americans expressed their displeasure at being legally reduced to the status of lab rats. Congress responded by changing the law to forbid the use of unsuspecting human subjects for chemical and biological weapons research -- except under certain conditions that really mean the law was not changed at all.

I have been speaking with reporter Mark Hedges about the Ukiah Daily Journal doing an article on chemtrails in the past month. I'm sorry that your article went to press without the documented information I have which proves that the U.S. Air Force is doing weather modification experiments and that chemtrails is an integral part of these experiments.

These experiments are illegal as Mr. Wolbach says- not only under human rights laws, constitutional laws, criminal laws and environmental laws currently in effect, but also under laws written specifically to deal with the subject of biological and chemical testing on civilian populations USCS 50 1520a enacted 5/30/02 and the UN Treaty CJCSI 3810.01 Meteorological and Oceanographic Operations, Jan 10 1995 which prohibits long lasting weather modification testing among those nations currently conducting such tests (lasting over one season or several months).

For the DOD to say that they are not doing aerial test spraying of chemicals when there are already laws written and passed regulating such military experimental activity is ludicrous. The U.S. Air force has already admitted that they have an experimental program which sprays chemicals into the air to modify the weather. They have been practicing on Mendocino and Lake Counties continuously for the past year. This is in direct violation of the UN Treaty on weather modification experiments. They know they are illegal and they think because it is covert and hidden in these fake cloud formations that they can fool the people.

The rain water tested in Redwood Valley shows too much barium. Barium is sprayed to facilitate the U.S. Military experimental HAARP program. They conducted a test in Ukiah February 27th at 6 p.m. I saw it and there were also other witnesses to this test. There is also now too much black carbon dust in the local lakes. The local lakes were used by the jets to create fake cloud cover by spraying black carbon.

The U.S. Air Force document, "Weather As a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025" explains how they use black carbon dust to create fake clouds. Unfortunately, the black carbon dust does fall down and it is poisoning the water, soil and also harming the plants as the black carbon dust is hydroscopic (generates too much heat and pulls out moisture).

Congressman Kucinich of Ohio wrote H.R. 2977 sec 7 to ban chemtrail activity by the U.S. Military. He would not have written such a bill this past year if chemtrails did not exist. Mr. Wolbach states that what goes up does not necessarily have to come down anytime soon. Well, I see the stuff falling in the air- it creates a thick haze and you can smell it so it is obviously falling down.

The metals found in the water tested in Mendocino: barium and aluminum are heavy metals and these do not stay in the upper atmosphere when sprayed - they fall down into our breathing space. Ask the doctors at the Ukiah Valley Medical Center about the sudden increase in respiratory illnesses: asthma, allergies, pneumonia, bronchitis, ear and eye infections since all this aerial jet spraying started over 1 year ago.

Mr. Wolbach states the phenomenon can be seen "in old World War II bomber movies." Does he consider bombing movies normal jet contrail activity?? As a former U.S. Letter Carrier for 13 years, I am used to watching the sky looking for weather changes and I can tell you that the past year was anything, but normal. I have never seen numerous thick contrails that linger and then smear into fake clouds day after day after day ever before the year 2001. The air also smells bad, is stifling, and causes illness in the people breathing it. In addition, it is now starting to kill the trees all over Mendocino, Lake, and Sonoma counties.

We have had numerous clear blue sky days turned into a white mess by these jet aircraft flying in formation spraying chemicals all over Ukiah and the entire North Coast. I can prove it - I have extensive photo documentation for the entire past year as well as documentation from the U
