We are in the middle of a white out. This is an ongoing thing. Daily overflights and spraying. We have the largest natural lake in the state. Are they using the moisture from this area to do their evil. YES. Then they send this crap on to the ajoining countys, Napa will be next as it heading that way and they are spraying between here and there. Watch for it Anne. NOTE..... Both of these countys are very heavy into agriculture. Lake co., pears, walnut, grapes,beef ,sheep and a very large National forest.Frost and freeze ruined a great deal of the crops here. Napa, Mostly grapes. Is a world class producer of fine wines. And the recent frost and freeze has ruined a great many of their crops. It started in the UK and is now on it's way here. Bet on it.

Hi David, White-out skies here in NW Louisiana yesterday. Today, another one of those "surrealistic" skies, unnatural looking clouds, and a few high-up chemplanes spewing their "new, improved" thinner "stuff". Not heavy event day though! Blessings, Joanne

We have had winds all day today and are predicted for tomorrow too. Yesterday there was spraying coming in over the hills and looking at the satellite pics looked like a huge wall of white. Spray planes were out spraying high and left a white haze in the sky. Even though it may look bluish, if you wear your sunglasses you see the whitisness of it. We have had some screwy weather in Napa this year with hot and cold, windy, and who knows what will happen tomorrow. It is hard to know when to plant your veggies. The trees we have on our property have a good amount of fruit on the trees. The apricot tree is exposed to the elements more and has fruit, but the end branches are dead looking. My five grape plants are okay. I am not sure how the vineyards are doing, but most have smugpots or fans. Haven't read anything bad so far. All I can say is that I am planting more and canning more this year. I also am planning to store seeds too.

Hi all, We had another "white-out" day here in NW Louisiana. And to add insult to injury, a fancy new Helicopter was "Spraying" the woods and adjacent land by us today all day...I don't know what the ingredients were as there wasn't any discernable "odor" to the spray but he was sure working in earnest! I wasn't aware of any farm land being developed alongside the woods so I don't know what the deal was....He "buzzed" over our house and property several times really, really low!! I got several photos and sent them off for my chem web page at DS-4 for next month updates. I got to "Zoom" some too...#'s on plane and all. Anne has a good idea about canning. I better get in gear and plan our food situation wisely...I have a "bad feeling" about possible "events" that could transpire soon. Ole female intuition or something. Blessings, Joanne P.S. The "spray booms" stuck out so far on both sides of chopper, it was amazing...a big operation, I guess...noise from it all day!

Here in my tiny corner of the world, the spraying has started again. Not the "lets hide this stuff" kind, but the blatant, in your face kind. X's, lines, all the old ones are back. The horizon looks like bathtub ring. The sky is quickly becoming a mottled gray/blue. Same thing yesterday and last night.
