A funny thing happened on my way to living.
The strobe lights on the tower across the bay
are now off,but will be on again,
just wait.Usually when there is
military activity in the area.
As I suspected. I am tracking down
the owners now. If I can get to the
bottom of who put the strobe tower up,
I can either prove my theory more or discount it.I still say its military.
How many cell phone towers do you know switch randomly from red lights to
strobe? I don't know any.Will keep you updated.

I observed a structure very much like the one in the photo posted by Thermit. I recall noting how ugly it looked. It was located very close to Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington (within about a mile or less from the base).
