hmmm...wonder how much John charged to baptize people... or Jesus for forgiving of our sins... wait a minute... NOTHING btw, here's what Jesus would say about chemtrails...don't worry about it,turn it all over to me and I'll handle it... ------------------

Wonder how much Jesus charged for his carpentry work? Sure he could have done it year after year for free, but I suspect that he charged a fair price or fair trade in order to support his family. I charge for my work, and I bet you do too. Families to feed and all that. We can't all live on wild honey and locusts. Are you saying that those whose vocation happens to be channeling must work for free? Now granted if one's vocation was the performing of miracles, the need for a paycheck becomes a bit less important...

Are you saying that those whose vocation happens to be channeling must work for free? not exactly, if pepper were channeling a dead person, say jimmy hoffa, ghandi, etc...I probably would not have posted anything at all (caveat emptor)...but when you say that your channeling rocks...well...that's B/S... the earth is alive but has no soul, spirit...etc...the creator created the earth, not the other way around... I view psychic abilities as "gifts" not to be peddled as a commodity... sorry...but that's my humble opinion... ------------------

reluctantly, I have to agree with T/S on the issue of giftedness and special ability. I don't believe that it is something that you can put a price tag on. Additionally, I would have to question the validity and credibility of anyone who would expect compensation for their giftedness or insight, regarding parapsychology and related issues. Like I've mentioned before I believe that typically such a combination equals one thing: a racket. In all honesty I could write a 20 page essay on what I believe the earth thinks about any given issue, call it channeling, and expect some type of compensation. I just think that it's highly irrational and even on the borderline of ludicrous. Again I also feel that if someone is truly gifted, they wouldn't try to charge or tax people for sharing their wisdom and ability. Money is the root of all evil and not something that I feel should be associated with giftedness by any legitimate individual.

Call it what you like, but my own feeling is that the earth is gifted with a sort of sub or super-consciousness. If the living systems that make up the plantet's ecosystem have assigned roles, then humankind's role seems obvious; we are the so-called brains of the planet (sad to say)...

Many fine channels, including Pepper Lewis, have been contributing their articles for free to the Sedona Journal of Emergence and other journals for many years. Some channel as an occupation and, of course, they charge for their channeling services. Others channel outside of their regular occupation for free or for a donation. Channeling information is no different from any other information one receives in that discernment is always required. It is never advisable to embrace information, rather channeled or otherwise, where a reader is told that if he does not abide by this information, something bad will happen to him. All great channelled beings function from a level of love, not fear, and they will never undermine the individual's free will right to choose as he desires.
