"The storms are NOT dying out PHX DEBUNKIE, they are being DIFFUSED like oil and water. This is VISIBLE and REPEATABLE and you are in DENIAL."Do you have to make every other word caps? It gets annoying after awhile (Ya only did it in that one paragraph so didn't bother me too much ) Justa' question, why would the government purposely dry out everything? Dry = forest fires, forest fires = millions of government dollars spent. Edit: I can respect a lot of people's beliefs here, but from what I've seen Hitech you are an alarmist... I really don't like alarmists, but that's my opinion, I won't take any more of your time

The chemtrails are a GLOBALIST program being done in mostly western english european countries. I've detailed what the globalists get out of this in the DROUGHT thread however.....The agenda is to make the land here useless to people and drive them into compact cities. So fires are GOOD for them, destroying food is GOOD for them, drying up wells making land unusable is GOOD for them, making heinous draconian legislation where you can be executed for watering your lawn is GOOD for them etc. etc. It's all about CONTROL. Why do you think they called the UN treaty passed "DESERTIFICATION" treaty?? As for being alarmist, TOUGH! We've got satanists running this country and the world into the ground and we've got lying 'white noise' generators on this list doing thier best to squelch the alarm. I'll just turn the volume up! The only one I'll have to answer to is upstairs and He values the TRUTH above all else! Even if it's not what people want to hear.

"As for being alarmist, TOUGH!"Well atleast you don't deny it I've never heard of anyone being executed for watering your lawn. People were fined during drought because of water shortages in certain areas. I still don't see where spending millions of dollars is in the Governments best interest- you have stated that all of these things are in their best interest, but no reason why. The agenda to move people to big cities? Okay, it doesn't make much sense in my opinion... But mine doesn't matter much here I am sure.

Chemcaptain, not only do I NOT deny being 'alarmist' we are COMMANDED to sound the alarm Biblically when we see danger to others or our country. This is called being a good 'watchman.' I have an entire newsletter format dedicated to informing others on various topics INCLUDING CHEMTRAILS at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2 As for the purpose and what globalists are getting out of this, yes I have itemized these numerous times and they're in the 'drought' thread. However to summarize: Destruction of food supply Wells are made useless forcing people off their property. Draconian water laws. (Execution isn't happening YET and was a JOKE.) Drying out of land so the FEDs can start FIRES burning people off thier land. (And they've ADMITTED starting these fires numerous times.) TAKEOVER of domestic water companies as has happened in Brazil and other countries. If you saw the movie "DUNE" there was an appropriate line. "He who can destroy a thing CONTROLS a thing." This is the essence of what is being done with the most precious substance people can NOT live without... WATER! Angie actually heard the weathermouths here say we'd soon be seeing "4 days of monsoon type rain here." Well, with all the CHEMTRAIL spraying we'd noted BEFORE hand we doubt that seriously. And as the front moved into Indiana last night, we saw some light rain, some moderate rain with a couple weak thunderclaps then it was reduced to the sickening 'misty drizzle' we've come to expect here from the globalist's weather modification. I of course coughed myself silly with all the particulate floating about and had to run the HEPA air filter to even get to sleep. In today's satellite photo taken this morning, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2/message/95 you can plainly see the spraying going on in Illinois AHEAD of the incoming rain front as usual. There's a closeup of the Midwest here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2/message/96 So again, I doubt we'll see 'monsoon' type rains here. The only GOOD thing about this is we just put plants in our garden here and at least they won't be washed out by heavy rains. The BAD news is, it's gonna be a real pain in the butt to run the generator here to water regularly if these goons keep this up all summer as I expect them to do. This is also why we've seen them intercepting weather fronts by spraying off the California coast BEFORE the moisture can drop there also. Watch for this pattern in your area. I have been paying alot of attention to the spraying before the stormfront's,it appears they are spraying to DECREASE the amount of rain fall? The last 4 rainstorms that were supposed to last all week only produced 1 day of rain,HEAVY rain, almost like the clouds are being "squeezed" like a sponge, releasing all their water content at once, causing flash flooding. Heavy spraying yesterday,no rain today?

BINGO!! DING!! DING!! DING!!!No April/May showers... No FOOD CROPS, WELLS ETC. Watch the action, KNOW THE REASON!! Front after front is being systematically attacked and diffused as they're formed moving across this nation. They're not hiding what they're doing, so WATCH what they're doing! Chemtrail spray is laid down ahead of and INTO the oncoming rain fronts. In your area WATCH for holes in the cloud cover and NOTE the spray trails always above the cloud layer. NOTE how if you do see spraying, storms are muted with little thunder or lighting and reduced if ANY rainfall. In the sky and on satellite you can see the modified cloud fronts turn into a misty homogenous 'mess' above our heads. Today I took this midwest photo: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2/message/112 and the daily US photo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2/message/111 In these photos NOTE the diffused cloud area just West of Indiana. The difference in cloud texture becomes really EASY to detect after watching this 'weather modification' process a few times! See closeups over your area by clicking on the map at this URL: http://www.rap.ucar.edu/weather/satellite/ Be sure to select the VISIBLE spectrum of satellite photos.

It used to be that we'd have nasty thunderstorms in this area that took out my modem and answering machines. I'm 'conditioned' to panic when I hear thunder. I just heard some and was wondering if I'd have to pull the plug...Well, I took another satellite photo of my area and it's OBVIOUS that no real storm activity will hit here. I'm in SW Indiana where you can plainly see the little puff of a storm in this photo here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLNews2/message/115 You can also see PLAINLY that the incoming front is being NEUTRALIZED by Chemtrail spraying!! Note the whispy fanned out appearance trailing the front. These almost ALWAYS travel in from a Westerly, slightly N.Westerly course. THE PATTERN IS ALWAYS THE SAME!! THEY ARE TURNING THE WATER VALVE OFF!!! Just watch how bad it gets by the end of this SUMMER! MARK MY WORDS!!

Here in So. CA wx-man said possible rain Friday. Even before I went outside I knew there'd be 'trails', and sure enough. Sigh All this month it's been like this...prior to natural wx moving in, the a/c & trails lay patterns, then the wx front misses or is much less than forecast. But, wait, I take that back!! One front in Feb or March was supposed to be very small but turned out to drop 3 + inches on LA. (!) Hmmmmmm.... Shadow

We got at least 2" here in SW Indiana overnight also. HOWEVER, we'd have probably gotten a LOT MORE WITHOUT the spraying we got the day before also. In this particular instance, it was a GOOD thing. Let's see how much air my well sucks by the end of this summer. The underground water table here is still LOW even with this rain. It would take MANY LIKE THIS to bring it back up to normal here. Bear in mind that we need a good 'soaking' rain to replenish the water tables UNDERGROUND. Too little...nada Too much TOO FAST... nada again.

Very wet here still, and amazingly enough, Edmonton Alberta was just dumped on big time! Nope...no drought there either!! quote: The long-range forecast this spring calls for near-normal temperatures but above-average precipitation, probably in snowfall, said meteorologist Scott McCormick."With what we've had last week and this week, even if we end up being dry we're already going to be above normal for the spring," he said. Environment Canada said 20 to 40 centimetres of wet snow is expected to fall in Central Alberta between Sunday and Wednesday morning. Unseasonably cold weather is expected to last until at least Thursday. Monday's snowfall threatened to break a 50-year record. Almost 10 centimetres of wet snow fell in the Edmonton area between midnight and 6 p.m. Monday. By night's end, the total was expected to eclipse the record for May 5. The old record of 11.4 centimetres was set in 1952.

Looks like the switch has been flipped from drought to FLOODS people! Just keep the government's PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY STRIPPED as the air force and military have clearly stated their GOALS of using these techniques on their enemies. And with the weather warfare treaties, they can't be used on other countries but CAN be used on our own populace HERE!The lightning was not only back last night, but absolutely CONTINUOUS!! I lost a power inverter here from last night's storm. When the Army Owns the Weather
By Bob Fitrakis, Columbus Alive February 5, 2002 Humans have long sought to control the weather. Early people learned how to make fire and modify their micro-environments; rain dances and other rituals to alleviate droughts are part of our folklore. So news that the government is engaged in secret experiments to control the weather should come as no surprise – especially after a long history of "cloud seeding," "atom splitting" and cloning revelations. In fact, a vast majority of people would be shocked to learn that this orphan of the cold war is still in practice. As the U.S. and former Soviet Union spent trillions of dollars on their militaries, their commitment to mutually assured destruction led to extensive experimentation with the use of weather as a weapon. In 1977, the Saturday Review cited a CIA report hinting that the U.S. government already had the power to massively manipulate the weather for war purposes. As the Soviet Union disintegrated, a 1993 Isvestia article suggested the U.S. might want to partner with the Russians in peddling their top-secret technology to the world. Oleg Klugin, a high-ranking KGB officer, bragged of his involvement in geophysical weapons research to a London newspaper. The grid patterns of jet chemtrails now spotted throughout the Western world are likely the application of these technologies to new military and civilian uses. The military is not attempting to hide its long-term goals. "Weather is a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025" is a white paper that can be found on a Pentagon-sponsored website. The paper’s abstract reads: "In 2025, U.S. aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies towards fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighters tools to shape the battle space in ways never before possible… In the U.S., weather modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications." Wired magazine wrote about the paper and extensively quoted physicist Bernard Eastlund in its January 2000 article "Activate Cloud Shield! Zap a Twister!" The article detailed the military’s plan for "made-to-order thunderstorms" and "lightning strikes on demand." Eastlund managed programs for Controlled Thermal Nuclear Research for the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission from 1966 to 1974; he was a key researcher in the 1980s’ Strategic Space Initiative (aka Star Wars). Since 1996, Eastlund served as CEO and president of Eastlund Scientific Enterprises Corporation. The company boasts on its website that it specializes in "weather modification" and "tornado modification" among other high-tech services. Eastlund considers the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska a smaller version of what he envisions for weather modification. In response to Michael Theroux of Borderland Sciences – who asked Eastlund whether the HAARP station could affect the weather – Eastlund replied: "Significant experiments could be performed… The HAARP antenna as is it now configured modulates the auroral electrojet to induce ELF waves and thus could have an effect on the zonal winds." At the Space 2000 Conference and Exposition on Engineering, Construction, Operations and Business in Space, sponsored by the American Society of Civil Engineers, Eastlund outlined his plan for zapping tornados with an electromagnetic radiation beam from the proposed Thunderstorm Solar Powered Satellite he’s developing with the help of the European Space Agency and Jenkins Enterprises. U.S. patent number 6315213, filed on November 13, is described as a method of modifying weather and should concern the public. A scientist from Wright Patterson Air Force Base acknowledges that planes are spraying barium salt, polymer fibers, aluminum oxide and other chemicals in the atmosphere to both modify the weather and for military communications purposes. The patent abstract specifically states: "The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a gelatinous substance which precipitate to the surface below. Thus, diminishing the cloud’s ability to rain." Answering the age-old question, Who’ll stop the rain?: Apparently our government and a few of their closest friends in the military industrial-complex. The emergence of Edward Teller promoting this startling technology is more than scary. (Teller was the father of the H-Bomb and grand promoter of Readi Kilowatt, our perky little radiation friend from the ’50s; one of his bright ideas from the ’50s was to create harbors by nuking our own coastline.) The April 24 New York Times reported that Teller "has promoted the idea of manipulating the Earth’s atmosphere to counteract global warming." The computer simulations on the use of aluminum oxide to counter global warming come from the Lawrence Livermore Weapons Laboratory, where Teller serves as director emeritus. There should be little doubt that this would be a priority for the government – or for for-profit military contractors. While 2001 was the second-hottest year on record (1998 holds the record as the hottest year), the nine hottest years on record have occurred since 1990. But why would the government conduct anti-global warming experiments in secret? Investigative reporter William Thomas holds that there’s a link between the recent increase in asthma, allergies and upper respiratory ailments and the chemtrail spraying. Sound crazy? Remember, it sounded absurd when reports first came out that the government had conducted radioactivity experiments on U.S. citizens and released radiation from nuclear plants to test the effect on civilian populations. It sounded bizarre when news first filtered out that the government was engaged in the MK-Ultra mind-control experiments using LSD. The CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency admit they were responsible for many of the UFO sightings in the 1950s in order the explain away experimental military technology. From public documents to mainstream news accounts, the record is filled with reports of weather-modifying technology left over from the Cold War. Now we have a right to know what, if anything, the government plans to do with it.

If Lulu will recall, in Texas several months back Chemtrails CEASED for several days and was noted. Then planes came in and CLOUD SEEDED CAUSING FLOODS. The government ADMITTED to the cloud seeding but ludicrously said it was mere cooincidence that flooding occured.CHEMTRAIL SPRAYING HAS MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION AND MORE THAN ONE 'PRODUCT' BEING SPRAYED! Saturday when heading South from Lafayette I could see chemtrails through holes in the clouds again and always ABOVE the precipitation layers.
