Putin will spray rain clouds to guarantee sunshine for celebrations http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_783584.html?menu=news.latestheadlines Russian President Vladimir Putin says he can guarantee sunshine for the St. Petersburg's 300th birthday celebrations by ordering the Russian air force to spray chemicals on rain clouds. Ten planes will be kept ready for action in case rain clouds accumulate around the city, the Defence Ministry in Moscow confirmed. The planes will then spray the undisclosed chemicals on the clouds to make them rain outside the city and spare the celebrations from disruption. More than 50 world leaders including Tony Blair and President Bush are expected to attend the event that commemorates the founding of the city by Tsar Peter the Great in 1703. Meanwhile, scores of gardeners in St Petersburg are said to be taking legal action after their allotments were scorched and gardening sheds burnt down to clean up the city before the VIPs arrive. The plots were all on municipal land along Peterburgskoye Shosse, which runs past the new presidential residence at the Konstantinovsky Palace, in the Petrodvortsovy area, the St. Petersburg Times reported. Gennady Lebedev, head of the Maintenance Committee of the Strelna Municipal Administration criticised local officials in the Petrodvortsovy District. For further discussion of russian weather control technology please reference the video tape
"WEATHER CONTROL AS A WEAPON" published in 1996 by Bob Fleacher of World News Insight
I think you will find this tape way ahead of its time in reference to Tesla, GWEN, HARRP, Woodpecker, and the exportation of power. Bob was nearly killed by one of those non leathal weapons after this tape was made.

The story dosn't mention undisclosed chemicals it says they will be using dry ice to do this. It is an interesting report, also notice how they don't hide the fact that there doing it and that Stallin originally ordered reseatch into weather modification or manipulation in the 30s.

Fletcher starts off the lecture talking about Congressman Trafficante (Ohio ?) speaking on the House Floor about
the New World Order, and how the CIA and FBI are lying to us and how the One-World government is taking
over. Trafficante was discussing Michael New's honorable resistance to the wearing a U.N. uniform. Bob
Fletcher has been collecting vast amounts of research along the lines of weather control, microwave and laser
weapons. Fletcher has interviewed witnesses that claim people were melted with laser guns by Special Ops forces
in Panama. Microwave brain scrambling machines were also documented. A few days after Bob Fletcher had
completed the video he was making on Weather Control, at approximately 1:00 A.M. in the morning, he was hit

the Senate on the Militias and how they asked him to talk about Weather Control. He shows evidence of a book
from the U.N. that admits back in the early 70's that we could control the weather and goes so far as to say we
must take steps to prevent nations from using this technology. There was also a document from our own U.S.
Congress from the mid 70's that was titled "Weather Modification". How is that for proof ? The government even
