On Wednesday afternoon, July 16, 2003, Russell Weller, 86-year-old man, plowed through a packed farmer's market in Santa Monica, killing nine and injuring at least 44 people, Lt. Frank Fabrega, spokesman for the Santa Monica Police Department reported next day. Toxicology tests showed that driver was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
According to some press accounts the man allegedly said that he could not stop the car, so his 1992 Buick came to a stop only after two blocks. Some witnesses at the scene said Weller was speeding.

According to the caller on 07-16-03 Radio Liberty show, at the precisely the same moment when this incident occurred it has started to rain from the clear blue sky. These were not only few drops, but a real rain that soaked everything he said.

It never rains in Santa Monica at this time of the year. Local weather manipulation collateral damage?

I live in Santa Monica. On the day of that accident, the rain just came out of nowhere.
It was very strange. The horrible car accident happened pretty much exactly as the rain started pouring and then it cleared up totally. By late afternoon it was all clear.
This whole thing was very strange. I didn't notice any chemtrails prior to the rain. I've read about these chemtrails, but I don't know what to make of it.
Why would they want to manipulate the weather?

Why would they manipulate the weather?
They are manipulating the weather to shield chosen areas from the Sun irradiation, which means that some other areas are left without natural cloud cover. First item serves as front for wide range of military applications, passive and active.
If you control the weather, you control the battlefield.
If you change the environment to suit your technologies, you are on the top of all things.

What happened in Santa Monica was this:

The skies were clear and the day was dry as always in this part of the year. Moisture was just floating around, in the air.
There was more of it then it would have been normal until few years ago because the air now contains suspended chemtrails particulates. This is why skies now are not blue anymore, everywhere there is visible whitish haze.
Because of it air can now contain more moisture at the same temperature then ever before.
And this causes droughts.

So what you can do to squeeze the moisture from such air?
You just cool chosen area in the atmosphere down, by pumping out its energy. This is simple meter if you are scalar technology capable.
Cooler air, chemtrails or not, can hold much less water afloat, surplus just, instantly precipitates.
Like when you open the door of your fridge. Warm air enters and when the door is closed again, it cools down leaving moisture on your glass shelves and walls, or, if your fridge is of older type this is why you must frequently remove the ice from it's evaporator.

This time the problem was that one old person was driving a car rather fast. He could not stop the car for two blocks.
I would guess that more people there were not feeling well at that time.
It was just an accident, but not of the officially perceived type.

Of course, all this is only my opinion.

Thanks Isakovic for posting this intersting radio program.

The host of the show was interviewing a guest about HAARP and some of it's current uses and potential uses. This gives people who are unaware of what HAARP is an idea of what it's being used to do.

The story about the 86 year old driver and the strange rain storm can be found about 39 minutes into the show. Also this particular show is found on the 7-16-03a date. The person who called in to report the story thought it to be a very noteworthy incident. I'm inclined to agree.
