There can be many levels to an issue, and, unless you look at all of them, you cannot necessarily be said completely to understand it.

In their evidently desperate bid to undermine the opposition to chemtrails, the "debunkers" have long targeted the claims of the content of the trails. Barium crystals, aluminum chaff and even various pathogens have been depicted as being present in the vapors left behind by the jets. Item by item, the "debunkers" listed obligatory dismissals of claims to have found blood cells, strange red goo and particulate matter in ambient air or rain, following assaults by the trails. "It is patently impossible", they would insist, "that anything other than water vapor could be spread in the wake of jets."

At about 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2003, discussing the "sting" operation that evidently thwarted the sale of a shoulder mounted missile system to someone for use, supposedly, on American jets, Greta van Susteren spoke with Bill Gertz, of The Washington Times, about the wisdom of using air travel. Gertz assured that it was still the safest form of travel available. Mr. Gertz then went on to assert that various methods are being tested to prevent a jet being hit by a shoulder borne missile. One, he stated overtly, is aluminum chaff! He seems to even have suggested that it is being utilized in some quarters!

The determined "debunker" assertion that chemtrail opponents tests, finding alien material in the air, are not verified seem utterly less than trustworthy, now! Certainly, those tests with high power strobe lights that found "flashers", and analyses that found particulate matter and aluminum in the air, now seem completely borne out! And the "debunkers" seem revealed even more for the evident deceit merchants they seem to be.

And assertions made by chemtrail opponents as to the apparently aggressive adulteration of the environment represented by chemtrails seem all the more valid!

The presence of chaff in the air, though, does raise significant new points.

It suggests, for example, that, despite the "victory" being claimed about intercepting this shoulder launched missile, those "in the know" may be aware of a multitude of others even now on the loose in the country! Chaff spreading may be a major facet of air travel now.

Monday, the day before the "sting" supposedly took place, it should be mentioned, and Tuesday, the day it is reported to have occurred, there were an average of ten chemtrails a day over West Caldwell! After a period of up to six months when there were no more than about five a week!

There seems a genuine concern that there are many more of these systems around than are being acknowledged!

The crash of Flight 800, over Long Island, which no one really believes to have been a gas tank explosion, takes on a new pall, especially given those inconveniently persistent reports of a "glowing trail" seen approaching it!

Another point should be brought up.

That is, the motivation behind this threat, indeed, all evident "terrorist" threats.

Those who believe that huge hordes of people suddenly wake up one morning and decide they want to bomb a building seem in much the same population as those who definitively believe it was gas tanks that brought down Flight 800. Those who spend even a modest amount of time thinking the matter through, without selling their soul to "jingoistic" rantings, will see that the decision, in general, has to be predicated by something, and that, very often, is the sight of their country or their people exploited by the ruthless and unprincipled.

And, unfortunately, this does seem to represent American based or affiliated big business.

The targets of vituperation, big businessmen!

The favored method of travel of big business, jets!

It may be wise for "the little guy" to eschew jet travel altogether. For that matter, it may be a good idea not to spend any time at all with "the big wigs". They seem, often to have almost depended on "safety in numbers", hiding themselves in crowds.

While, all the while, heartlessly carrying out the malignance that seems to have stirred up this hornets nest! And leaving it to "the little guy" to pick up the pieces!

This is not to justify the tactics employed by "terrorists". Destruction of any kind, from human life even to property, is, arguably, not in the interests of honor. Decent behavior seeks to end unscrupulousness, but non-destructively, even, constructively.

This is merely to shed an apparently largely ignored light on "terrorism".

Honor in big business - and it is not necessarily oxymoronic! - can not only reduce the numbers of those engaged in destructive activity, but also increase the numbers of those intimately opposed to it!

While big business acts cravenly and contemptuously, it is acting as as much an enemy of the United States as destructively inclined individuals in those nations it evidently subjugates to CEO's personal, insatiable appetites! If only out of self-respect, the people have to make their wills known! They have to lobby their Congressmen determinedly, to oppose the threat that big business seems to have "Frankensteined" into! Roll-backs on business operations throughout the world for at least the past 50 years have to be demanded. Ending government financing and funding of companies that endanger the welfare of Americans by connivance overseas must also be required! And complete openness of corporate records, about their operations in other countries has to be worked for! If the people cannot trust government and big business, they have to trust themselves!

This has turned into a discussion on politico-economics, however, it began with a reassurance to chemtrail opponents that aluminum chaff seems to have been acknowledged to be widely used. For that reason, I hope it is decided to leave this in the Chemtrails forum, and not move it elsewhere.
