From this point forward, all members are bound to follow these rules in order to provide a useful environment for discussion of Chemtrails and other related (or not) subjects. The Council and board Admins will observe the board for any issues related to infraction of these rules, and the Council will vote on issues related to breakage of the rules by any members. Serious infractions of obvious malicious intent will be dealt with immediately by the Admins. Please report any concerns that you might have regarding rule breakage that diminishes your experience on the board to a Council member or Admin. Even the Council does not agree on all matters related to Chemtrails, so our goal is not to remove those that generally disagree with us, rather to remove those that are generally disagreeable. Help us create a positive, respectful and useful online community by following the spirit of these rules.
