It is highly evident that chemtrails are a reality from all the thousands of photos on this web site and others that document these trails. For some, there is a mystery as to why the Govt. won't admit what is going on about chemtrails. This denial stems from the basic fact that the US Govt. has allowed the atmosphere to become a problem to the point of affecting storm energy, environment, and human health. If the Govt. admits these serious problems then the public is going to be demanding some dramatic changes, and many liabilities to be placed on the polluters.

So, the Govt. denies these exist and does not report these experiments to the public. However, some researchers like Cliff C. and others have identified the metals dumped into the air from varied techniques. The most prominent technique use fuel additives to commercial JP-8 fuel to do the job.

Chemtrails are real simple technologies that generally use jet planes as delivery systems for fine metals, which are used to change the acid content in the atmosphere and modify the IR reflection.

Chemtrail's major intent to to pull the acids from the atmosphere. One way that it does this is using aluminum particles. Aluminum combines with the acids as the colloid sized particles fall from the sky. Aluminum reacts with the acids to form hygroscopic compound that essentially seeds cloud formation. So, there is a two fold effect. One, complex with the acids. Two, form white clouds to reflect IR in the process.

Aluminum is considered toxic in combination with fluoride, so a component has to be added to the chemtrail mix to compensate. This is why the titanium is used.

The most serious problems from the acids come from the HF component. This one is bad because the molecular weight of HF, F2, OF, and other compounds are closest to the MW of air. This makes fluorides boyant in the upper atmosphere, and allows them to build over time. The ions of F formed are pulled to the South Pole by the Earth's magnetic field. This is similar to how the Van Allen belts direct ions to the South Pole and Electrons toward the North Pole. This is a how the ozone hole tends to form.

Fluoride compounds with hydrogen tend to emit in the UV region and add to this component, competing with the ozone depletion effect. Fluoride compounds also absorb IR radiation and contribute to global warming. These effects also help to suspend particles in the upper atmosphere.

The US Govt. denial process only tends to report the chlorine type effects, leaving off the more problem prone F effects.

Fluorides rising in the environment are a source of major concern for health. To get a look at the problem look up the mechanism to how fluoride based pesticides affect the metal metabolism in insects. It is this same effect that is happening to humans.

Look at the use of phosphate fertilizers, and how these need to be baked at high temperatures to remove the entrained fluoride before it is used as fertilizer. The fluoride content is reduced, but not eliminated. It is the use of these materials with fluorides in agriculture that tends to deplete the trace minerals in the soil. Fluorides used in agriculture tend to complex with the trace metals and make the beneficial ones non-bioavailable in plants and make the toxic ones more bioavailable. This is causing many problems.

This same effect is pushed along due to the HF and metals emissions from coal burning. It is very similar to the effect where plagues tend to track huge volcanic releases. After a huge eruption, the metals and HF fallout change the trace metals in the food chain and induce factors like the black plague.

This same general type effect is tied to global warming and plate shifting in the East African Rift Zone. Here these effects release high levels of fluoides and metals into these rift areas. These effects set up the factors leading to the spread of HIV in these regions. If one looks closely, in areas like Kenya and others the food chain has become highly polluted with fluoride.

The US Govt. knows these factors and the real cause and effect for HIV epidemics, as well as many other immune system damage effects linked to illness. In the national security world, the excuse is used that the public will be up in arms. SO, they don't tell the citizens the simple truths. In turn, many of these interests make money from selling even more drugs and allowing large portions of the world population to die off.

Some also call allowing this effect to go unreported and allowing the US Mil/Ind Network to make huge profits, as Racketeering. Indeed, it is just that and perhaps fits more into the crime against humanity definition. The information has been highly exposed in the Regan Adm. and every president since. Particularly, in the Bush Adm's.

Oak Ridge is where these fluoride health effects were discovered in the worker populations. Oak Ridge has done a number of experiments at these plants. One of the experiments involved the use of CN- emissions to change the retention of metals in the soils and human lungs. Those that knew of these experiments kept the symbol of these experiments in their offices as a photo of the K-25 TSCA incinerator with the words Star Wars printed in large black letters across the top of a photo of this incinerator. Large portions of the chemtrails projects are hidden from the public by the DOE and other agencies using the Star Wars type special access project classification. The incinerator also burned 4 million pounds of fluorides a year, which had a huge impact on regional pine tress and health.

Chemtrails are a large and visible admission that the global environment has some very big problems, though the US Govt. attempts to deny there are problem using the flawed excuses of national security. This leads to abuse of the masses, as there are better solutions when all the world is equally informed and allowed to participate in solutions. Total openness is the only way to guard against abuses in these massive problems and their political manipulation.

Chemtrails activists can only be effective if they understand the magnitude of the problems that we have at hand and some of the economic give and take. They must grasp not only the complicated science of chemtrails and HAARP, but the political games of the US presidents and the Pentagon. The Pentagon wants a piece of this spending pie and vies for control of the global situation. It is the Mil/Ind Network in action, and abusing situations at many turns.

The DOE has created a new large and secret style Manhattan project to deal with the massive problems that energy abuses have caused to the environment, health, and climatic change. It was the DOE's responsibility to deal with energy related issues in the US and it is directly their negligence and oversights of these problems that contributed directly to the global disaster. The root of the cover ups on fluorides are highly associated with DOE's former agency names [USAEC, ERDA] and the strategic metals business. DOE's methods for mediating these problems use the addition of catalytic agents into the air to promote corrective effects. One of the leading effects uses an aluminum catalyst released into the atmosphere to promote cloud formation. This is a real simple technique that was gleaned from the observations of how aluminum based rocket propellants caused moisture collection in rocket plumes. The effect is common knowledge at Redstone Arsenal. DOE just changed the delivery system to jet planes and jet fuels.

Chemtrails have multiple design criteria, and they even work on compensating for greenhouse gases like CO2, methane, etc. Chemtrails compensate for the CO2 greenhouse gas effects of trapping IR radiation. It compensates by providing a reflective cloud scattering haze around areas that use lots of airline flights. Chemtrails use the same delivery system that causes part of the CO2 problems to deliver the countermeasure. This is similar to CO-emission techniques used in Oak Ridge to compensate for varied harmful plant emissions, by releasing some chemicals that provide a beneficial synergism.

It is these games that the US Govt. uses that complicate the issues of US joining the Kyoto protocols. The Bush Adm. wants to allow the levels of CO2 to rise greatly, and with this, it supports the continued growth on oil, gas, and coal. Bush is a huge supporter of the oil industry and using chemtrails is one of the ways to continue the rise of the CO2 emissions from these fuels. His excuse is that the CO2 will promote more plant growth, and that will cool the planet. This is not the whole story on what is going on and what is being done to cool the planet. The Bush Adm. is also using the effects of global warming to promote nuclear power. Nuclear power was invented by the generally Republican oriented National Lab system, which will do and say anything to get a piece of the pork from DC. The National Lab persons are also generally the Presidential Science Advisors. So, what happens is nuclear power is supported, weapons and big military spending is supported, and polluting industry with rise in medicine and pharmacy is supported. It is how Republican presidents define prosperity.

Nuclear power interests and the Bush Adm. are using the fossil fuels problems to promote fission based nuclear power. NPP's are not intrinsically safe. All the current designs are not risk free from terrorism attacks and the waste storage or reprocessing is a continual burden on energy production costs. Both fossil and nuclear are poor long term solutions to the Earth energy needs. There are two other top contenders that offer better choices, one being cold fusion techniques and the other using the planet's charge collection from MHD type power collection from the Sun. The Bush Adm. wants to stymie these processes to promote oil use, promote big medicine and pharmacy, and kill off a large number of the planets population to lower pollution and energy consumption. They also want to push toward a one world Govt. in this process.

So, with these driving effects in play, we see the costs of health care rising, insurors cutting the losses and liabilities, and a feast of pharmaceuticals to attempt to mediate the illnesses. Basically, we are heading for a decline in world population, with the Bush Mil/Ind Network pals at the helm. The new rule is corporations are protected and the citizens are expendable in the name of corporation profit. The Bush Adm. supports a blood-thirst for oil and pharmaceuticals, allowing this to drive a decline in world population and profits from death.

In this same national security perspective, the fear of AIDs was intended to control world populations from two different perspectives. One was the fear of catching HIV was supposed to promote the use of condoms and reduction in rates of reproduction. Two was the actual persons that did not use the prevention measures in highly affected areas would become the victims of the cover ups on the factors that allow HIV to become an epidemic. The US national security systems likes both these outcomes in terms of world population reduction. There are other ways to control world populations, but these particular methods are more profitable for the US Mil/Ind Network. There are long standing fear factors employed in religions. Religion's evangelicals go for scaring the people into giving in return for being saved, when they don't even know the real issues of Jesus. The real issues behind Jesus were about the coming world holocaust in environment, health, and climatic change. These factors were observed in the volcanic rift zones, which the Jewish people mined the gold that lead to their monetary and political power. They also figured out the trace metals balance importance in health and healing. With this knowledge in hand, they were able to predict what is happening now.

Religion has lost lots of its meaning from the transliteration problems over time. The world's knowledge has not progress much beyond the dark ages mentality. The effects of churches seeking money over truth now enhanced and now perpetuate this problem. The Bush Adm. exploits this method to cover up the massive problems. The real truth lie in the issues of the volcanic linked icons in religions for Noah to Moses, and these volcanic effects are linked to long periods of darkness and death to animals and health plagues in man. There are many problems in religion due to transliteration errors from the Aramaic to the present day words. These transliteration errors cause many major problems in today's world. Lots of the issues are being manipulated for financial profits and politics. One of the more interesting ones is the location of Mt. Sinai in Arabia is being manipulated for oil interests. Lots of the fluoride health problems are connected to the damage to the hormonal and endocrine systems. One of the biggest effects is the Pineal gland, and how this leads to violence, obesity, and docile masses of people easily mislead. There are some real simple truths being manipulated to hide problems from the public, and it is time for these to be exposed. These truths are so massive that they form essentially the story linked to the end-times and revelations. However, there are many better outcomes possible, if the political and religion powers of the world are removed from dominating the issues. The knowledge of what is going on can set the world free from these controllers and their methods of racketeering.

Hello Professor,

I do believe you have taken comments out of context here and this does not accurately present things. These paragraphs were about the current state of the chemtrails politics in the current Bush game.

I think if you do your homework on my comments that you will find that I have previously presented that chemtrails were conceptualized at ORNL in the mid-80's. This is long before Bush 41 or Bush 43, it was the Regan Star Wars days.

I also present that chemtrails are a natural progressing offshoot of some experiments from a DOE TSCA incinerator that employed co-emission experiments. The TSCA Act came along in the early 80's, and the Oak Ridge response was this incinerator and experiments on burning uranyl-fluorides. The designs were done in the mid-80's and experiments conducted in the early 90's. Lots of chemtrail like aerial spraying was also done around Oak Ridge to control the environmental effects from the fluorides.

Just as it took a few years for the TSCA experiments to be done, the very same delays happened in the chemtrail experiments. The early tests happened in several locations in the early 90's.

So, I must conclude that I and others listing some of my info have presented this sort of information on the list previously and that what you are saying in this paragraph does not present this.

May I recommend that professors should stick to discussions of the sciences, rather than personal appearing attacks on persons.

Now, since you claim to be dealing in facts here. Tell me your connections to the US national security system and how you can make claims of fact finding?

I see you are member here. I personally would love to hear more of what you have to say regarding these modifications to our Earth's atmosphere. I find your writings and comments extremely thought provoking and insightful and your experience working for ORNL must have been quite rewarding. Anything you could elaborate further on, regarding where we are now in this geoengineering and where we are headed, would be appreciated. Thanks,
