At about 12:20 p.m., on Monday, December 29, a cloud appeared in the sky, apparently to the west and slightly north of West Caldwell. A picture of the cloud is below. Superficially, it may have some similarity to what are called mammatus clouds, but there are other important differences. It is not forming beneath a storm cloud, and the tendrils extend from the edge of the cloud, and are not solid protrusions beneath it. In fact, they resemble more the diffusion tracks of ink or dye, when dropped in water or another fluid. I have never seen a cloud like this, ever before, and there seem no mechanisms which can cause this. It does, however, rather seem to hearken back to my suggestion that there is a substance being steadily introduced into the atmosphere, to take the place of water in weather formation. If some alien substance were present in an atmosphere otherwise saturated with water, diffusion from the cloud edge might look like this.

Interesting cloud, I think I see why one might refer to it as like a "mammatus cloud" (or perhaps testiculus) depending on ones perspective.

Living here in 'tornado alley' in Missouri, I have ssen all shapes and sizes of clouds, but as you alluded to, a cloud like the one you pictured, would be expected during very unstable weather conditions, perhaps during a storm or a front. It does appear something is 'settling out' of the cloud.

I have witnessed such type 'protrusions' as a classic 'symptom' of chemtrailing and several folks posting here have very good examples in their 'monikers'. Many pictures showing what appears to be a heavier part of the chemspray settling out at first, then usually drifting and fanning out are available on the net.

I think your analogy of the drop of dye in a glass of water is a good one, as I too see it that way. I have been able to witness the what appears to be two distinct sprays, being sprayed out from behind a plane, in a 'twisted rope' like apearance with what seems to be coming from a 'rotary type' sprayer. These planes appeared only to be flying at only about 20K ft., as visually compared to 'normal' air traffic.

If I get so inclined (and can figure out how) perhaps I'll try and post some pics.
