Ok, I'll bite...I've said I'm not interest at all in "chemtrails." I was mostly interested in 9/11 conspiracy debate and that's what originally brought me here. But that seems to have died down now that the "WTC demolition" thread is broken, so...
Itching for another conspiracy theory, I've done a bit of searching for both pro and cons to chemtrails.
I will state up front that those that contend they are just contrails make a lot of sense to me. Those that I've found that have written against it include meteorologists, aviators, and physicists. Their conclusions are logical and convincing.
When it comes to those that believe in chemtrails, I've found lots of sites with pretty pictures of "chemtrails," but I have yet to find a convincing case that they are anything but contrails. There seems to be no agreement on what they are for and who's creating them. Nor have I found a page that can tell me how to supposedly differentiate between a contrail and a "chemtrail." Maybe I've been looking in the wrong places?
So I was hoping someone here could help me out... What *IS* the evidence that supports the theory that there are chemtrails? How does one conclude any given contrail is a contrail or a chemtrail? I've seen lots of pretty pictures of "chemtrails," but how do these people know they are chemtrails or contrails?
Some help for a beginner on the topic would be appreciated.
