While natural cloud formations might also produce what you have pictured, it looks very much to me like a portion of chemtrail. I have actually watched one of these exhaust "plumes" from a plane, from the point of creation being laid down across the sky horizontally, to a complete section breaking off and starting to float VERTICALLY. That is what makes me suspicious that there is some kind of material(fibrils,polymer fibers?) holding some of these chemstructures together, or perhaps some electro/chemical bonding of some sort. This one I mentioned when it broke away was reflecting (almost glowing) a very pronouned green, very strange looking. As is well known whatever is being used in many of the "cloud creation" and some of the other experiments is EXTREMELY reflective and the "sundogs and partial rainbows and halos) have become common place.
