With more and more confessions and reports and articles circulating among researchers and starting to leak into the mainstream public and press, the latest information to aid the public search into the everyday now common applications of "chemtrails" is being presented by a gentleman named Jim Phelps who claims to have worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he claims to have been a major inventor and designer of "chemtrail" delivered technology that aimed to modify in a positive way the negative effects of manmade and natural pollutants that among other things destroyed ozone production. One can read his entire (and a bit lengthy) paper in the CT Science Forum if one is interested, titled Phelps--Oak Ridge Whistleblower.

But since many people don't have the time or inclination to sift through numerous pages I offer the following bits of information I found relevant in the article. (Halva I hope this might be useful an aid in your own endeavor.)

Need I go on. Chemtrails are real.Programs are real. Mr Phelps who appears to be legitimate lays it out there for the citizens to see and reflect on. I trust he is for real as his information sure appears to be exactly what many involved with the geoengineering debates are saying. Thank you Mr. Phelps for your courage and determination to have a conscience.
