I noticed that, too, seeker. Why would the Air Force outline a strategy to modify weather, and then have no plans to use it? Especially when weather is such a critical component of warfare?As far as the subject of fuel dumps, this thread is now complete. It has been shown conclusively that not all so-called chemtrails are simply contrails. One type of chemtrail is composed of jettisoned JP-8 or Jet-A jet fuel.

Thanks for asking, mark. I've just finished my worst seige of asthma in 16 years. I don't know what brought it on, but it took prednisone and a week in the mountains to break the cycle. I'm still trying to get back on my feet. I appreciate your concern.
