Sorry about recent downtime. Some problem with servers apparently.As I'm interested in tracking any availability issues, feel free to post times (date and hours or minutes) of unavailabilty of the site, once you get back in. Thanks.

Thermit. It's been sporatic. Most of yesterday and last night, off and on all day today from early morning until about noon. At the times I could log in, it took many minutes to do so.

Thermit glad you started this thread as I e-mailed you about difficulty accessing this site. For me it's been since Saturday, about between the hours of 7 am and 1 pm...also board is sporadically slow-loading. Accessing certain forums also slow-loading.Weird eh?

i have been off line this weekend due to dear friends visiting
but today i was unable to get here until about 12;30 PM pacific time~ then OK
showed page unavailable navigation canceled

Thermit, the board is so slooooooow today. It took nearly 4 minutes to load this page and get the 'post reply' box up. It will take a minute or two longer to get the message to acually post.
Outside influence??????

VERY fishy indeed. Mabey some FOUL PLAY is involved. A transfer of massive amounts of PERSONAL DATA from one place to another. Perhaps to a DOT GOV source.

I don't know if there is morning downtime through the week, as I am at college during this time, but will see what happens this weekend...Hope this does resolve soon Thermit. >>witching hour<< Isn't that midnight seeker?

I suppose it could be legitimate server problems, but 5 consecutive days and several hours each day. That is not routine maintenance.------------------

Yeah, I'm fairly annoyed at the hosting company right now. I've just realized that this crap has cost us about 15 threads from the CT forum. From rare problems in the past, I know that the forum software will erase threads when the disk isn't available. Damn.

I've received some assurances from the hosting company that they are aware of the problems, that they have been attempting to rectify them, that they are purchasing additional hardware to reduce the delays, that they are offering refunds for this month, and that they apologize for the problems.All I can do at this point is hope that they are able to fix their problems, and apologize to our members for the issues. Last year we changed hosts from one of the major hosting companies to a newer smaller company. This was critical to being able to keep the website online because "mainstream" hosting was going to start costing something in the low thousands, instead of our current low hundreds. This is basically due to the popularity of the site. So, I guess the recent problems are part of risk of going with the smaller hosting company. However they have provided fine service for many months, and I expect that we will return to that level soon. Thanks for your patience.

Heelllllloooooooooooo. As of Friday I was still unable to get in here. Was out of town this weekend, so today is the first day I've been able to get in. Also, on my first attempt, my computer froze... glad to be back.

Things had been getting better over past few days, although that solid 8 hours of downtime ending just a while ago wasn't too nice. Thanks for having patience while our hosting company sorts out the, hopefully, last of these problems... sigh...

Oops! You're correct. I checked your URL and that is one that went missing. For THAT I apologize. Sorry. For the attack on the drought material I am not. I still can't play now anymore as I'm beginning to get quite chilled. The wood I have is junk and I'd like to sleep tonight so off I go. Could not get on this morning/afternoon.When i finally did it was very slow loading.Also i tried to post and it said unable to find page,so i tried to post again,it resulted in duplicate post's in the same thread?Just to let you know.....

Moderators,
I am a frequent visitor to this sight. Rarely post but I view almost daily. Besides having trouble logging on recently, I have experienced a strange occurence on my computer. The blue counter on the bottom of the chemtrail central page shows up on my computer even when I am not on your site.It wll show up on my AOL welcome screen, on my menu buttons,and various other locations. Sometimes the counter will show up 3-4 areas on once. It has also shown up when my daughter is on with her screen name and she has never been to your site. I am not computer savvy so I am asking for a simple explanation. Thanks in advance
