Here is a "unique" use of their genetik engine~erroring.
Penn state (notorious) has put these two killer viruses (AIDS and Eboli) together
to help create an arisol vaccination that can
get throught the mucus coated lungs
of Cistic Fibrosis patients (and chemtrail downwinders?)
to deliver a modified genetic code...
