Just dropping in to see if anyone else is having difficulty with swelling in the legs and ankles? I feel as if I've been massively overeating salt on my food and am paying with the results, but I'm not.I'm wondering if perhaps our bodies are accumulating too much salt from the Barium in the trails? I don't know what it is.I'm trying to narrow it down so I can take care of it, but with CTs going on its so hard to narrow anything down. RTW

RTW, I can't believe I'm relating to EVERYTHING being posted on the Health forum! My husband has been having a terrible problem with ankle and leg swelling for months, and we just attributed it to his blood pressure meds slowing down his kidney functions. I must admit, though, it's only when he spends time outdoors that his legs swell, especially his ankles. You are probably right about the barium salts causing this.My daughter and I have awakened with facial swelling and pains in the roots of our front teeth, which I've read on this site is from the chems. Ain't it a hell-of-a-swell-time we live in?? I can hardly wait to see what's next... MollyGainYa, with love and prayers ------------------ UnHappyTrailsToUs

MGY I'm glad to see I'm not alone although I'm sorry your hubby has this too.I'd like to find some way to counter this problem alternatively. It will take some work but I'll come up with something!

Hi RTW, Molly, Yep, I find myself also being able to relate to all the health "stuff", geez, TPTB are trying to make us all "fall apart"! Swelling problem for me is mostly my eyelids when I first wake up and yes, the teeth thingy too. I swear, sometimes my skin, viens, and hair even hurts. RTW, for facial swelling anyway, I find those ice-pack-gel-bags they sell now-a-days in most drugstores helps almost any kind of swelling so hopefully, maybe they can reduce your ankle swelling. I swear by ice packs for lots of stuff...it really helps with a migraine, I put one on head, one behind neck. For the eye swelling, lay down and place over eyes. I hope it can help you. Blessings to you two gals, Love and light, Joanne
