I recently started taking grape seed extract and wanted to let anyone know with allergies that this stuff works. I used to take Claritin, but grape seed extract works a lot better, its about the same price, but does a whole lot more. I have allergies mainly to grass pollen. Its a very powerful anti-oxidant. It does a lot of "anti" things including acting as an anti-histamine and a whole lot more. Since taking it, i've felt it boost my immune system a bit too. If you think that stuff is great... then you got to try GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT  It is even better!!

The thread about GSE is what got me interested these different extracts. I have some on order, it should arrive in the next few days. From what I understand, grapefruit seed and grapeseed extracts do different things. Unlike the american medical association, I want to cure myself, instead of "treat", so i'm through with doctors.

Cougar390..Yes I am also done with Doctors!! GSE and Grapseed extract are very different. Grapeseed works as an antioxident and GSE works like an antibiotic. It works very well!! I have not had to go back to the Dr. in months, either have my children I hope that you try it, I am sure you will be amazed!
