Mary, Ferrie & The Monkey Virus - A book review from Amazon written by Kelleigh Nelson. You may wish to read it especially if mandated vaccines become a fact of life. It's a couple of years old but it's probably still around. Cancer seems to be at an epidemic level and thanks to Mark Sky - I have eugenics on my mind.Mary, Ferrie & The Monkey Virus : The Story of an Underground Medical Laboratory by Edward T. Haslam List Price: $20.00 Usually ships in 24 hours Wordsworth Communication Service Paperback (July 1995) 10 of 10 people found the following review helpful: INVESTIGATIVE RESEARCH AT ITS FINEST! March 11, 2000 As a producer for two national talk show hosts, I can honestly say this is one of the finest and most thought provoking books I've read. Ed Haslam's book is a major dot connector. Think about it. We already know thanks to A & E's Investigative Reports that Oswald did NOT kill Kennedy, but that's not the big jist of this book. What needs to be understood is that the polio virus vaccine all the baby boomers received via shots and sugar cubes in the 50s and 60s was contaminated with SV-40 Simian Monkey Virus...the results...an epidemic of soft tissue cancer. And SV-40 shows up in autopsies of cancer victims. However, even more horrific is that the SV-40 contamination does not end with those of us that received the polio vaccine. It is passed to our children and grandchildren even though they have not received the vaccine. Who is responsible? Ed Haslam's fabulous research was given to us in this book in 1995, and five years later, in the February, 2000 issue of Atlantic Monthly, it is finally discussed by the "regular" media. Stop and think about this...Plutonium experiments from 1936 through the cold war on unsuspecting Americans, radiation experiments on military men, the Tuskegee, Alabama syphillis experiments, the depleted uranium issues from Desert Storm, and countless others...this book exposes another form of deception and coverup. If this book doesn't make you think and do even more research, then you're in denial and have your head in the sand. There are countless other books that should be on the suggested reading list after reading Ed's fabulous work, but Amazon hasn't listed them. Please read Pulitzer Prize winner, Eileen Welsome's book, THE PLUTONIUM FILES, then read Martin A. Lee's THE BEAST REAWAKENS, and if you can find a used copy, get Borkin's THE CRIME AND PUNISHMENT OF I.G. FARBEN. Ed's book is superb and written in a style that is easily assimilated. Buy it, buy two, give one to a friend, loan your copy, but get it out...and connect the dots!

Excellent post, Molliani. The February 2000 Issue of Atlantic Monthly, cited in the above post, can be reviewed at http://www.TheAtlantic.com/issues/2000/02/002bookchin.htm . Carbone's stunning research on mesotheliomas simply cannot be overlooked, although further studies are undoubtedly called for. An error in the Atlantic Monthly article says that Carbone's research was published in 1994; that is in error. It was actually published in Oncogene August 1, 1996. An abstract can be found at http://www4.infotrieve.com/newmedline/detail.asp?NameID=8760294&loggedusing=M&Session=&searchQuery=Oncogene+1994+Pass+Carbone&count=1 . However, it's important to understand that most researchers, including Carbone, Pass, et. al., consider SV40 to be a contributing factor rather than a causative one. But, as the Atlantic article states, "...Two very recent studies, from Finland and Turkey, found no SV40 in domestic mesothelioma samples but did find it, respectively, in American and Italian samples. The authors observe that their negative findings lend support to the theory that contaminated polio vaccine is associated with the disease: neither Turkey nor Finland used SV40-contaminated vaccines. Today Finland has one of the lowest rates of mesothelioma in the Western world." Nonetheless, as a kid who got his Salk vaccine in 1951, I am certainly concerned about the correlation between SV40 and the possibility of mesothelioma!

I share your concerns Duncan and as a parent I was very diligent with routine pediatric check-ups and booster shots. In addition to the SV40 contamination that we may have passed on to our children, we don't know what contamination their vaccines may have contained.I've decided to opt out of any vaccine mandates that may come our way. Good links - I'll have to do some reading.

All too interesting and thought-provoking. Now you guys got me wondering what all they gave us as kids in the early 60's. I would have recieved vaccinations entering grade school right there in Duncan's current hometown of Mesa, Arizona. I think the school was Whittier Elementary. Anyway, after that I only remember in maybe fourth grade or so, getting a multi-needle shot from a gun -like device on the inside of my forearm near the elbow. Never got the one in the shoulder that left a round scar on my brothers. Who knows? Maybe all WILL be revealed, in a short time. Stop scarin' everybody you guys! I AM kidding, we all know that in these times, ignorance is not bliss. Very Good info, THANKX!
