You can literally live off of sea vegetables, such as algae, kelp, dulse, agar-agar, Irish Moss, Sea Lettuce, Wakame, Kombu, Hijiki, Laver, Alaria, Nori, Bladderwrack, and Sea Palm. There is plenty of Vitamin B12, so vegetarians have no problems. Protein count is high, as well as every other amino acid, vitamin, and enzyme. Along with Chlorella and Spirulina, you could literally live on nothing but that. I have, and after a week, you're eyes clear up and thinking becomes more acute. Someone once said that sea vegetables helps the blood-brain barrier become more permeable, thus allowing more nutrients. They also have zero homocysteine levels, the most assured marker of warding off heart problems. http://www.mycustompak.com/healthNotes/Concern/High_Homocysteine.htm When you get around 50+, you have to think of these things.
