amber, not only does it not move, but it is getting thicker. With each spraying it lingers and builds. A good portion of it, I would imagine, comes from the constant spraying off of the coast and drifts in with the wind. From the ground it is thick blue/grey.
I still have no answers as to why or how the line of fog or "clouds" just stays off of the coast line. Just another one of those mysterys. Still working on an answer.

David...If this haze appears as a dome (?) perhaps some EMF/ELF technology is in use? The 'charge' would perhaps attract the haze..Like iron filings to a magnet...perhaps a force field keeps the clouds at bay along the coast? Then flutuates, allowing the clouds to move in...they recharge the dome in some way....I know this sounds like gibberish  but...what is happening over you seems to be gibberish!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, I see it!!! This collection of crud doesn't go anywhere, it just stays there, inspite of wind etc? Ah oh..wonder when it started? I sure hope someone can shed some light on this...the northern part of cal. is where those rings show up now and then too. Time to go visit family, "Out of State" for awhile. With the heat, the smog the chemtrails, the earthquakes..gosh, and again, the thought of people going on with the daily lives as if there is nothing new under the sun. Sitting ducks, we are, lambs waiting for the slaughter

David, I wonder if those flashes from Edwards AFB are responsible for wht is going on in your area?

the image of 19:30 UTC July 18 2001 shows a tic~tac~toe board being formed out in the pacific
Note that the image changes every hour so if you are not looking at this Right Now ~! you wont see it
