Now I lay me down to sleep

just finished watching the Perseids
doing it's annual shower thing
what caught my eye most
was the light that danced across
the starlit sky without
leaving a trail of any kind
not the first time I have seen
such a display from this same object
with an appendage sticking out
from it at 45 degree angle
no Lulu's not loosing her mind 
she lost that long ago

burp! bird, i didn't see no bird around here
i got within 50 miles of entral Point Oregon yesterday, but saw no rocket blast
there are no rocket blast places around Central Point~ which is central to nothing i can think about except that it is the home of the helocopter company that had the hostages taken this spring in central america
