For me, the only way to deal with anger and fear are to move through them. These two emotions wreak havoc if not dealt with. I believe that anger is as important as every other emotion... we have it for a reason. When dealt with instead of running away from it, anger can bring clarity and focus, and for me, anger dissipates the fear. I watched the reading of the Declaration on TV last night, and really thought about every word. I wasn't feeling very patriotic yesterday until I heard the Declaration. I do think that our Founding Fathers protected us very well... but it is up to us to maintain our freedom. For a brief moment I was feeling like maybe we can win this fight! Lately, I pray for JUSTICE. I also pray for people's eyes to be open. It really helps me. I can be angry without being negative! I try to keep all judgemental thoughts out of my head and then pray like crazy that tHeY get what tHeY deserve  Ultimately Justice will prevail.

No takers huh?? Well I'm gonna use this technique , until i find a better one for me.this one is easy for me...for now

Thanks Penumbra for the feedback. The heat and light of the sun also melts away that false curtain covering everything too, I've noticed. Haven't you?

Justice is prevailing right now!! I can feel the speeded up activity within here and things getting put out to the universe at a rapid rate.Its only a short matter of time before we manifest it,just watch!  I can't agree more Pen..I saw planes headed south after burying us today.Did they head for you? Hope not.

I definately think that reality is beginning to shine through! RTW- We had a lot of clouds this weekend, could hear the planes, but not see them. Today we are being hammered... a good day to stay inside.
