There's a ring around the sun.
What in God's name have they done?
The people are in a state of submission,
The powers that be don't need our permission.
With acceptable losses they do what they will.
The people don't care they're addicted to pills.
Prozac,ativan,ritalin and more,
Apathetic they are right down to the core.
So sit yourself down in your reclining chair,
While the government continues to poison the air.

Skywatcher, Really like your poem...really, so true! Keep those poems comin....it helps ease the "chem" tension and frustration to see creative out-put! Blessings, Joanne ^j^ +++++The Powers That Be, do as they wish to the sheeple, They care not for "The rights of the people"!.....They "foul" our skies and plan our demize,....They are the "Brokers of fear," the purveyor of lies!...We must "wake-up" soon and fight for what's right,....Not accept what TPTB hope is our inevitable plight!....It is a Global problem that requires a "global solution"...We must all come together and find the solution!....The one thing that TPTB fear beyond all,.....Is that we all come together and bring down their fall!....That will take trust, respect, and "free will"....The one thing TPTB cannot kill!! J.
