Edit: I think it also lets us use MORE energy in air conditioning because we're up during the later, hotter hours rather than the earlier, cooler ones. But if it makes people think they're saving energy, isn't that enough? (Irony )

I'd always thought that the imposition of Daylight Savings Time was like the guy whose blanket didn't reach up to his chin, so he cut a foot off the bottom and sewed it on to the top.Like most if Indiana, and most of the non-continental US, Arizona doesn't have daylight savings time (except for the Indian reservations). So for me, it's now that we're on "California" time and wil be for the next however many months. But the bottom line is, I'd rather just get a longer blanket. ------------------ Duncan Kunz / duncankunz@cox.net Mesa AZ / 480-891-2525

Daylight savings doesn't bother me one way or the other except that I can never seem to remember to set the clocks before bed. Some one do me a favor and bump this thread about 10:30 EST.
