I have been an avid 'rts' or 'wargame' player for a long time. There is a particular computer game by the name of 'Command and Conquer' that I played when it first came out. Since then there have been numerous expansions and sequels.
It's just strange how over time the evolution of this game has employed technologies and inventions even before they were commonly accepted. Tesla coils for example. Ion Cannons. Even the Russian Sukhoi jet was in this game before the Russians ever let anyone see it. Just take a look at it if your the least bit curious... it's made by westwood studios. Every technology in this game has turned out to be real thus far. It makes me wonder who is producing it. Oh well, just a video game, but an ironic one when considering reality.

Yeah I've got most of them. I was referring to technologies in tiberian sun and yuri's revenge too... fun game, but just weird how it seems to employ 'virtual' technologies that physically exist but are not commonly known.
