All the more reason to get vaccinated. I've had it once and as a healthcare worker I'm gonna get it again. There is no reason not to.

Plenty of reasons NOT to get vaccinated. I got polio, mumps, and possibly diabetes from childhood vaccinations. Mech has some horror stories also. Why does the government insist on Smallpox or Anthrax as the possible "terrorist" disease? Since they are letting real or potential enemies know what they are vaccinating against, isn't kind of giving it away. I pity the poor immune systems of all the uninformed. They would also have to vaccinate against the following also to make it complete:
cryptococcosis, escherichia coli, haemophilus influenzae, brucellosis (undulant fever), coccidioidomycosis (San Joaquin Valley or desert fever), psittacosis (parrot fever), yersina pestis (the Black Death of the 14th Century), tularemia (rabbit fever), malaria, cholera, typhoid, bubonic plague, cobra venom, shellfish toxin, botulinal toxin, saxitoxin, ricin, shigella flexneri, s. dysenteriae (Shiga bacillus), salmonella, staphylococcus enterotoxin B, hemorrhagic fever, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, histoplasma capsulatum, pneumonic plague, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, dengue fever, Rift Valley fever, diphtheria, melioidosis, glanders, tuberculosis, infectious hepatitis, encephalitides, blastomycosis, nocardiosis, yellow fever, typhus, tricothecene mycotoxin, aflatoxin, Q fever, or ebola.

I would take the small pox vaccine if a verified outbreak had occurred...I don't like vaccines but they are a necessary risk...I can post some really hiddeous photos of small pox victums if you like...gas I take issue with your assertion that you got said medical problems from vaccines...you don't know that... hell a study out a couple of years ago said explicitly that children that don't intake the proper amount of fruit had a 60 percent chance of contracting diabetes... we had a quick supper this evening...due to a basketball game and girl scouts...it was tuna on toast 1/3 cup of mayo,3 cans of white fillet tuna, mrs. dash, celery, lettuce, carrot(chopped) mixed / beef noodle side / and whole celery and carrots, topped with diced hot house tomatos with a choice of H/V/R dressing....or vinegar and EVOO with a few spices.... our girl scout dinner guest said she never ate veggies or fruit.... not at my house !

Seeker, Doesn't matter what your assertion is. I took polio vaccine, then 2 weeks later developed polio. Same time frame with mumps, albeit earlier. I develpoed diabetes 1 month afeter the polio vaccine. I didn't even mention the eczema when I was 10 right after smallpox vaccination. It wasn't my immune system per say, because at 54, I don't get ill. Bigger than the fructose study is the milk sugar, growth hormone connection. I could post all the connections and links between polio and smallpox vaccine, and illness, but if you're at all interested in medical facts, and not just countering what I say, you can look them up yourself. No wait....I'll post one. http://www.whale.to/vaccine/diabetes.html

I've gotten every vacination that the healtcare industry deemed necessary and was legally required. I've never had any reaction whatsoever. Never gotten sick. I get an influenza vaccine every year for 5 years now. The last time I got the flu was 6 years ago. ------------------ "Just say no to the NWO!" "I AM paranoid, they ARE after me!"

A vaccine produced by pharmaceutical companies which are not liable for their product (thank GW for that brilliant move), but from which they stand to profit, not only from the vaccine sales, but also from whatever they will sell you to "fix" the damage done by the vaccination which you have no recourse on, should you become ill.... no thanks. All About Smallpox ------------------ Elen síla lumenn' omentielvo!

I had a friend that contracted polio from the vaccine. He was about 10 years older than me. I think that the polio vaccine was safer by the time I took it. Live vs. dead? I did have a reaction to the smallpox vaccine, scared my mother to death. I have to agree with seeker though, if smallpox breaks out I will get the vaccine, but not before.

Just as no two people are the same, no two people will react to immunizations the same. It's a crap shoot when it comes to how one reacts to vaccinations.

I'll never take another one without a fight.Especially while a crooked, unconstitutional government is in control.
