looks interesting.
i wish they explan more about how it works seems kinda scamish to me.

For all the posts that I read of people who use these devices and the claim that they work, it doesn't make any sense when people who are in the same area of those devices keep witnessing chemtrails.

Empirical evidence is always the best route to take. Understanding of Wilhelm Reich's invention of Orgone is a good first step.
