reminds me of the stuff shown on RadarMatrix.com.
Looks like an EMP to me.
The time seems strange though

That is clearly ground clutter showing through the clutter suppression.If it was EMP, the radar would have gone down as would most electronic devices all over the area. Most of the stuff on RadarMatrix.com is hogwash. F.K.

good point.
the radar did go unavailable though
when the image was peaking.
thats really alot of ground clutter though.
built up very quickly as well.
just wanted peoples thoughts on it as
I am far from an expert.
RadarMatrix is not all crap...
