I click tools, internet options and receive this message?
"The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I'm running windows 98', and as far as I know there is no admin account. What the F--- is the deal here? I'm wondering if it is the result of registry alteration?
