If you are fortunate to catch this before the frames are refreshed, check out this radar map. http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/maps/Satrad.htm?Ontario&Crad&8 the frame for 08/18/03 15:15:45 EDT shows a target like graphic in the state (?) south of Michigan. You need to go to the map of ontario and quebec, the NA map doesn't show the anomoly, even though the latest pic is only 23 seconds after the Ontario and Quebec one. Also note the bright red spots in Rockies in southern Alberta. plus some others. enjoy. i have saved the image (i think) and if someone can offwer easy directions (again) i will post it.

That is nothing more than bad data from that radar site or a glitch in the software from the people who are using the radar data. It is not echos. It is no biggy.F.K.
