I noticed the option in the menu. Is this the list of people on that fruit diet kick ? I haven't looked in case there's pics - I wouldn't want to see other peoples. Spend hours looking at my own though, but who doesn't ?

At the lhs side of the page, the menu says 'who's regular'. I wondered if it was referring to that toxaemia nutrition plan.I was making a joke.

OH!Lol! Well...my philosiphy is stick with the diet that works for you. I thought the article was interesting because it described how you can self-poison yourself and way to get rid of it if you are getting sick from Toxaemia. Personally...juicing is a good way to detoxify the blood liver and kidneys and you can still eat regular foods. That's what I do. I rarely eat salads..mabye once a week..but fruit probably two to 3 times a day. I like walnuts almonds and peanuts for fiber and sometimes beans. Mostly I eat rice. But again..whatever works for ya'.

now you see, your diet's worth buying the book for, his isn't. I mean grated carrots? peeling thems bad enough but by the time they're grated there's naff all good left in it. rice is nice. so is pasta, melted grated cheese stirred in, soya suace and add freid mushrooms and onions. and a rich tea with a cup of gunpowder.
