During war time, a person committing treason can be put to death or sentenced to life without the possibility of parole in a federal facility. I wonder, does that include a sitting president who started an illegal war, which in itself is treason, and has been committing treason each and every day?

Could the said sitting p-Resident be off the hook because it is in fact an illegal war, and treason can only be commited in a legal, Congress declared war? Then it should be tried in a civil court as mass murder. But according to the sitting p-Resident and cronies, due process is no longer in effect. If a person is declared an enemy combatant, then trials are no longer necessary, and the military is judge, jury, and executioner. Which brings us to the question....Should the military then without due process, arrest and torture said p-Resident?

First you have to look at who would give such and order... You'll probably find that person already in bush's back pocket. All i can tell is this administration has thought out their criminal activities very well. It all goes back to when hitler..damn i meant bush was appointing advisors and such, it isnt hard to see the extent "they" will go thru to meet their goals.2 wars 2 enemy leaders at large still... 1 pipeline thru afghanistan to the 2nd largest natural gas reserves in the world. 1 large middle east country in turmoil everywhere except the oil fields. did i miss anything...LOL .....it only takes one bullet to change history......

Agreed David,Hatchet, I know Bush pisses us all off to no end, but please be careful with statements like that. Remember what happened to Vox of voxfux.com for mentioning something not as radical. He had an entourage of fedral agents at his house. There are mental midgets sniffing in the background here, that would call the FBI at the drop of a hat, even though I know you are just talking. I say public humiliation, and jail time. Besides, Cheney would be waiting in the wings.

Is true Swamp. Peole like reynolds and company become sexually excited with the possibility of turning in someone for a statement made. Sort of an internet Aphrodisiac for the dim of wit, a cyber Viagra as it were.

One bullet{haha} changed history forever when JFK died. One bullet felled King, and so many others in the past. Its kinda sad that your first reaction was to suggest that statement meant what both of you posted. Wouldnt that have been actually worded like this? ".....it only takes one bullet to change the future....." See jump to conclusions...A thought.... Isnt it mandatory to remove all common sense questions first?

Hatchet,What you say is 100% correct, concerning JFK and MLK. Do you think Reynolds or Ashcroft would see it the same way? you remember the guy in South Dakota that said "Burning Bush", and got three years in prison. I was thinking of your family, and what would they do if you were canned. If David and I thought it, you can be sure some linear-minded Agent Smith would think the same, and not be so understanding. I'm not a moderator at this board, so all I can do is warn you, not as an enemy, but someone who doesn't want to see you in trouble.
