Since it's gotten below freezing here in NYC, I've not seen one of those pesky planes spraying that crap in the air.

Does anyone know if the chems don't work in freezing weather?

I take it back. It's 15 degrees and there's trails everywhere. Oh well. Fresh air...bah humbug.
