Anyone heard of this...Tecumsah's Curse?-------------
A death curse threatens U.S. Presidents elected in years evenly divisible by twenty. Origins: With one exception, since 1840, U.S. Presidents who have been elected in years ending in zero have been killed or have died of natural causes while in office. And the one exception literally came within an inch of death. ...According to Mark Dodich, an astrologer who has attempted to analyze the Curse of Tecumseh, the reason behind this force is one of "cosmic coincidence," not native American hexing. Dodich claims the curse's effects overlap with the alignment of Jupiter and Saturn, whose orbits have lined up every twenty years. The 20-year pattern's one failure -- Reagan --is explained by the sign that the alignment of these two planets occurred under. Alignments under the earth signs (Taurus, Capricorn, and Virgo) have led to dead Presidents, but Reagan's term occurred under an air sign, accounting for his survival. According to Dodich, year 2000's Jupiter-Saturn twinning once again occurs under the earth sign of Taurus, a phenomenon he says won't happen again for another 600 years. It thus marks the end of a deadly cycle. And if Dodich is right about this curse thing, it will sound the death knell for another President.

I don't know, I personally wouldn't count on it. I personally don't wish any harm to come to Goober Jr., I just wish he'd stick to playing golf, intead of playing General. It get's alot less people killed.SmT

I've been working on this one...
The "curse" effects Presidents who have been elected on the 20 year mark. Dosn't mean they die on a 0 year. Tecumseh said they would die in office.
All signs point to 2006 during the eclipse which falls on the Muslim holy day. Thus in effect "sacraficing" the son of "Great one".I need to dig out a few more facts on this one. But I think there is something here. more to follow...

True, only a couple of those presidents elected in a 20 year died on the year they were elected. Lincoln died the second term in office.Anyone know any astologers? Or any good sites to look at that might have more info on Saturn and all that? I hate the thought of Cheney being in charge, but if Bush wins the next election (probably will) but he's the one that's actually running the show anyhow.

Should it be changed to "Bush may die"? Or do you think the fact that the text comes from Unsolved Mysteries is enough to take it off the hook?Don't wanna cause any problems here.
