I wonder if this 7.0 quake will curtail chemplane flights out of the Pacfic Northwest? Could we be in a weather war? I've heard about quakes being artificially triggered. I hope Lulu & Mark Sky are okay? ...may get some reports from you later?

I'm ok defender, guess I'm too far North to have felt anything. I wonder if the quake had anything to do with the massive front that has been descending from Alaska the past two days while we've been enjoying blue skies. The front would have hit the coast about the time the earthquake struck.

Well i have always wondered if they can use HAARP to trigger earthquakes? Seems I heard Haarp was up and running strong just recently. Our secretary of energy was in Turkey last year just before the big one. The radio has been giving earthquake preparedness messages hear frequently recently. We did not feel this one this far south today.

Thanks for the link Thermit...I've bookmarked it and added it to my other weather sites that I frequent. I tried listening to the sounds of the earthquakes, but "Riders on the Storm" followed me in there and is still with me, not that I'm complaining, as it's a good tune

Seems I wasn't fully disconnected from this thread. First time I've heard an earthquake; some sound like rushing wind, others like a gunshot.
